Some features aren't helpful such as time tracking which is cumbersome and doesn't integrate well with our team. The payment methods are manual or costly with high fees when using a credit card. There is limited automation for leave approvals, and unnecessary features are exposed to employees, needing extra support for basic processing. The onboarding process had some hiccups, and over time more limitations were discovered. We don't feel confident relying on it or integrating it with other services.
