"Great product to help bridge the gap between data silos"

What do you like best?

Lumiary is a super easy plug and play tool that allows businesses to begin to see how their lines of businesses are functioning from a wholelistic level. It brings together data from many different sources that had been previously siloed (Google Analytics, Lightspeed or POS data, Customer Data) and connects them seamlessly. This allows you to easily send segmented, targeted messages to customers at the right time to decrease churn or increase CLV.

What do you dislike?

For the monthly price, you really can't find beat it. I wish it had deeper analytical capability but tools that can power deeper insights are also both a) 10x more expensive and b) 100x more difficult to install and integrate.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's solving the data silos that occur naturally between e-commerce and B&M sales. It also helps connect silos among your e-commerce data that you can't get from looking at a single party alone.
