Effortless Segmentation, Quick Setup

I like how easy Dotdigital is to use. I've never had a CRM manager that can do segmentation that quickly. I appreciate how fast it is to segment for new audiences without hassle. It's convenient to look at who clicked or opened a certain campaign and add a persona or even give them purposes right out of the box. The initial setup was very simple and quick to achieve, with no problems, and I think it was switched over in one afternoon.

DotDigital’s real-time analytics and dynamic content make campaigns smarter

Strong reporting and analytics that are auto generated for each campaign send - the real-time analytics make it easy to see which automations are driving revenue and where customers are dropping off. Instead of building multiple versions of the same email, I can tailor sections of content based on customer behaviour using in-built tools. Our company has also made great use of the form builder available in DotDigital, whether this is for email sign ups, or even blogger sign ups.
