What do you like best about Optimove?

Besides being able to create dynamic target groups, track key CRM metrics seamlessly, and use tools like Optibot to help optimize our campaigns, my favorite part of Optimove is our Customer Success Team Lead. Any time we have questions or run into issues, he’s always readily available to assist. The product offers a lot of features, more than could be mastered in a short training session, so having a dedicated lead who supports us with day-to-day challenges is both comforting and greatly appreciated. What do you dislike about Optimove?

I don’t like that there’s no “proof” view for push notifications, or that I can’t make campaign copies and move them between different products or brands. I also wish the batch data process were a lot cleaner. We often run into issues with daily data loads that prevent certain campaigns from sending, which forces me to use the “always send” option most of the time. What do you like best about Optimove?

I'm a daily Optimove user and what I appreciate most about Optimove is the extensive ecosystem it offers. Nearly all the features I require are already built in, so I rarely need to rely on third-party integrations, and setup is straightforward. What do you like best about Optimove?

Before using Optimove, our tasks required hours of manual work, with a huge margin for error — and, needless to say, errors did happen. Optimove changed everything. It’s intuitive, streamlined our processes, and even provided solutions to problems we didn’t know existed. It has saved us time, improved accuracy, and made our work far more efficient and is now a part of our daily routine.

What do you dislike about Optimove?

So far, there’s very little I dislike about Optimove. Given how intuitive it is in most areas, I expected it to include certain features — for example, a “between” attribute when building streams. That said, there are effective workarounds, and I know the team is already working on introducing this functionality. I've been thoroughly impressed with Optimove. The platform is powerful, yet incredibly user-friendly, which has made our daily operations significantly more efficient.

One of the standout features is the user interface for creating communications templates. It's truly friendly and intuitive, allowing our team to build and launch comms quickly without a steep learning curve. The drag-and-drop functionality and clear design make it easy to bring creative ideas to life.

The data analysis dashboard is another key highlight. It provides a clear, comprehensive overview of our data, which is essential for making informed decisions. The insights are presented in a way that's easy to understand, helping us quickly identify trends and optimize our campaigns.

Finally, the customer support has been excellent. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly timely in their responses. Knowing we can rely on their prompt assistance if we ever have a question has given us great peace of mind.
