The rapid advancement of AI presents both opportunities and challenges for Customer.io if they really striving for seamless digital integration of AI. More automation will amplify the ability to deliver campaigns, the objective should always be real-time customer journey management in the most cost efficient (in terms of labour required on CRM works) and effectiveness of the campaigns and the impact on customer journey. What do you dislike about Customer.io?

Automation of the campaigns, automatic translation to multiple languages, it will significantly improve the value of the product. An agentic AI engine should be integrated ASAP.
