
Besides being able to create dynamic target groups, track key CRM metrics seamlessly, and use tools like Optibot to help optimize our campaigns, my favorite part of Optimove is our Customer Success Team Lead. Any time we have questions or run into issues, he’s always readily available to assist. The product offers a lot of features, more than could be mastered in a short training session, so having a dedicated lead who supports us with day-to-day challenges is both comforting and greatly appreciated. I don’t like that there’s no “proof” view for push notifications, or that I can’t make campaign copies and move them between different products or brands. I also wish the batch data process were a lot cleaner. We often run into issues with daily data loads that prevent certain campaigns from sending, which forces me to use the “always send” option most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
