What I like most is that everything is in one system. Booking appointments, managing patient notes, sending reminders, and taking payments can all be done in one place. The automation side (texts, emails, follow-ups) saves a lot of time, especially when things get busy. Once you get used to it, it really helps keep the clinic organised.
