What I like most is that everything is in one system. Booking appointments, managing patient notes, sending reminders, and taking payments can all be done in one place. What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

The breadth of what it covers without needing to bolt on third-party tools. We use online bookings, digital consent forms, medical records, photo uploads, aftercare messaging and automated comms — all inside one platform. For a doctor-led aesthetics clinic, the legal and compliance foundations are solid. That was non-negotiable for us.

The support team has been genuinely excellent. Annie led our onboarding and handled everything from setting up services, packages and memberships, to coordinating with our software developers and guiding us through widget integration. She’s methodical and detail-oriented — the kind of person who doesn’t let things fall through the cracks. When our developers couldn’t embed the booking widget, I did it myself — and Annie supported me through every step without making me feel like it was an ask. Emily handled the finance and marketing setup with the same level of competence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?

The onboarding window was around three weeks — part of that is on us for not being more proactive, but getting certain elements like forms and services live did take longer than expected. Plan ahead if you’re working to a launch date.

The booking system also opens on a separate domain to your main website. We came from Squarespace with Acuity embedded, so everything lived under one URL. It’s a minor UX point, but worth knowing before you switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have just completed the onboarding process so haven't got going with it properly yet, but the features I am excited to use are the integration with my payment system, the AI features to speed up and create more detailed patient notes and the features I can use to track patient treatment plans. Limitations on customisation of forms as well as the time it took to get in touch with Annie. Th initial stages of getting on board took 5 meetings before we actually got to work.also as my clinic is not live, it would have been nice for pabau to offer a trial or even 50% until I am fully set up. Getting to book a meeting can be a nightmare as you have to wait a week or two to speak with pabau to help build your profile/questionnaire etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

Pabau is a very comprehensive practice software that aligns well with cosmetic and medical practices that want to work professionally and grow. The platform combines scheduling, electronic patient records, consent, billing, and automated communication into one system and supports good record-keeping, traceability, and quality assurance.

An important advantage is the helpdesk. Support is easily accessible, actively thinks along, and assists with both technical questions and setting up workflows and onboarding. The support feels involved and solution-oriented. Additionally, there is often room for consultation and accommodations or custom agreements through the account manager or representative, which is pleasant for growth or long-term use.

In summary, Pabau is a powerful and future-proof system with excellent support, provided you set it up consciously and make clear agreements about functionalities and costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?

A point of attention remains the cost and credit structure. Some functions that feel basic require credits or fall outside the standard package. Therefore, it is important to carefully review in advance what credits are needed for and how they are used, to avoid unexpected costs.

Employees must often work through a checklist when setting up. This sometimes feels a bit forced, but it does ensure that you get the most out of the system.

I love how user-friendly Pabau Practice Management is. The onboarding process was amazing, and everyone was super informative, making me feel comfortable and helping me understand the system clearly. They did their job very well and efficiently. It's a great system with a seamless setup, probably the easiest I've ever experienced. I also appreciate how it helps with client booking, client experience, managing revenue, and marketing, with everything in one place and even the ability to send prescriptions.
