**What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?**

There's always someone there to help in the chat and it has so many features.  It's such a clever system and the new Pabau 2 has a much sleeker feel. I use it all day every day and it never doesn't work.  When the changeover happened with the booking system and there were some glitches, they were on it.  Sorting it out, keeping everyone informed.  Lots of webinars to educate you on the possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?**

Wish I could specify appointment times instead of having to put blocks inbetween them all the time.

**What problems is Pabau Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All my bookings can happen while I'm working, sleeping etc.  My invoices are automatically sent to Xero.  It saves me a lot of time and reduces a lot of stress.

Pabau gives us a lot of freedom by automating many aspects of our Client communications, billing, prescriptions, and lab ordering in a reasonably priced package.

**What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?**

The biggest downside is that its a UK based company, so there are some minor issues relating to the conventions untilized in Europe vs the US, but the support folks are very cordial and helpful and seem to be working hard at resolving the issues that we have had thus far.

We are able to customize forms and fields that allow patient data to flow from one step of our workflow to the next, patient communication is very robust with lots of options and levels of automation that keep our back office from bogging down and our providers focused on each patient.

**What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?**

Seems like it has lots of features integrated into it. The main reason for choosing Palau is the ability to take photographs within the app.

**What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?**

Customer service - very poor. The app is not easy to set up, to get it up and running with all features it takes time, but the support for this is minimal. When we are stuck (either during set up or with a patient) there is no way to pick up the phone and sort the issue then and there - it is a matter of sending an email, with reply after some hours to days with a pdf attachment on how to do it resolve it rather than in person training (which was discontinued recently). Most professionals are busy with multiple jobs. I set aside time during the week to work on setting up my pabau (either creating consent forms, leaflets etc) and it goes waste due to the lack of timely immediate help.

Mainly having integrated feature for taking and saving patient photos.

I have only recently started to use it but it seems intuitive and extremely useful not only for patients data but also to use for staff rotas, holidays etc. My onboarding person, Nicole has been brilliant and always gets back to me in good time with any of my queries.

**What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?**

I find it a bit tricky to brand everything myself, use my colours etc but the team will do it for you. I wish this aspect was easier and we could give Pabau the colour scheme once and all forms/emails/consents etc created were already branded.

**What problems is Pabau Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is in one place which is great. 
It seems easy enough for my staff to use as well
I like the fact there are different security settings and access settings

Customer support , we only have access to customer support during UK working hours, while we are using the software also in Dubai which is 4 hours ahead of UK, so if we have something urgent we have to wait at least 4 hours

I would like PABAU to solve the cost per treatment, because this will make our life so easier while calculationg the commission on net profit
also would like to have our vouchers categorised (Birthdays/referral/Gifts... with different codes )

Support team is fantastic - really responsive and friendly. Feature -rich software, and you can pick and choose which bits of functionality to use.

Occasional downtime can affect things. Would be good to have an offline backup so can carry on working, which will then sync when full service is restored.

Allows us to streamline our processes really well, and the support team is very helpful. Calenders are easy to see and gaps can be easily filled, making us more productive. Templates are also very easy to use.

Pabau meets all my EMR needs and has many integrated options like, online patient portals, patient self scheduling, automatic emails and SMS reminders, as well as reports on sales. Set up and training were thorough, and use is intuitive aamd easy to navigate.

There are several features I don't use that I would prefer to delete or hide, just to simplify my dashboard and decrease the number of clicks it takes to get where I want to go.

It allows me to go paperless. It meets HIPPA guidelines and I don't have to keep a locked file cabnet full of outdated papers anymore.

I find it slightly difficult to manage in terms of set up. For example, you cannot change the colour for communications in a bulk. You need to change each one!

It can be a bit clunky, and the response time can be slow sometimes. It would be great to link in my payment system and not be restricted to Stripe.

Nothing. The system is useless if it does not work and no one will help you.

Since the company switched to only using a chat service as a helpline, none of my troubleshooting issues have been addressed. I am now unable to access my patient notes which I need in order to provide treatment and Pabau has ignored my emails and chat messages for weeks. Tamara in particular has been very unhelpful and every time I log onto the chat she asks me what the issue is when we have weeks worth of chat/ email history explaining the many issues. I have requested multiple times for someone to call me or contact me with regard to further training and nothing has been organised. A complex system like this needs a team who are willing and able to explain the features and sort out issues quickly otherwise doctors like me are left in a very difficult situation trying to treat patients with no notes or history. Writing this review is the only option I have left to try and get assistance from Pabau.

At the moment I am not getting any benefit at all.

**What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?**

I like that Pabau is your one stop shop for all things CRM. It has a lot of functions and add ons that can make clinic administration easier however, you must take the time to get use to its vast customer interface.

**What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?**

Some of the forms are not as intuitive as I would like; however, once you get the hang of it, it does get easier.  Also the app interface could be better as the parts where the client is using it does not change its orientation to landscape; therefore cannot be used on an iPad with the fitted keyboard. Additionally, I think Pabau should probably provide the user with a info email for clients RE: the client portal etc

I have 2 locations and I was unable to book my shifts into the second location. However, the customer service representative solved the problem for me with a click of a button and now I am sorted

The onboarding process has been fantastic, most others only offer a limited amount of sessions, we've been so supported through our journey so far. The system is so easy to use, even for the less techy types like myself, the automation takes away the admin heavy tasks to allow us to spend more time converting our leads and growing our business.

**What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?**

There are a few tweaks needed such as being able to add basic notes and delete photos within the app on iOS but Pabau are great at listening and will take ideas for future improvement. We also have three segments to our business so it's been difficult trying to amalgamate all of our medical forms into one to allow the automated customer journey to flow smoothly, it would be great if in the future we could have the option to segment our journeys so that our clients only have to fill out one form.

**What problems is Pabau Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New or existing client popup isn't working for us, our import from our old database was in XML format and so we're struggling to view our old data as we don't appear to have the right software for this and we are also looking at adding an additional user without having to upgrade our whole subscription. Pabau are helping us work through these problems so that we can provide an even better service to our clients and work more efficiently within our team.

The most helpful is the consent, pre- and aftercare that can be linked with services and get sent out to clients automatically when they book the appointment together with appointment reminders such as e-mail and text. Pabau has made it so much easier for me to keep track of all clients and what treatments they're having, if they have paid and how much they have paid, i can create any reports or templates that i may need and if i ever have any issues a pabau team member is available to help me in 20 minutes or less

No particular dislikes other than the medical templates, the fact that users can save their clones onto a system it takes some work reviewing to find a template best suited. But it's a minor issue

Pabau has been a game-changer. It is so easy to navigate and is helpful with the tools to promote your clinic/service. I like that you can easily send a newsletter rather than using a different platform.

The only thing we have come across would be that it closes the patient's details down once the payment has been updated. It would be handy if it took you back to the patient's file.

Pabua has allowed our business to move forward with the times. We are now paperless and have now been able to move to online bookings. By us moving over to Pabau has freed up our front-of-house staff to concentrate on other aspects of their roles.

Sometimes there are glitches but Alex is very helpful. We sometimes have set things up incorrectly but Alex always helps us to correct this and we sort it out in the end.
