I'm about five months into my journey with Pabau, and I'm excited currently migrating to Pabau 2. The amount of time I'm going to be able to save with the set and forget operating systems. **What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?** The only thing that prevents 10's across the board is that Pabau doesn't have integration with Buy now Pay later services! My last provider had integration and that's one of the reasons I stayed with them for as long as I did and not come across to Pabau. There are work around's but it's not a straight forward process, I've lost one of the pay later providers because of not being able to integrate with the service. Pay later service are a growing trend and won't be going away, but I made the decision that the overall value of Pabau was much more important! **What problems is Pabau Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** The automated system allows me to set and forget the follow ups, recalls and gives me the ability to do what I love and that's the clinical hands on instead of sitting in front of the computer constantly **Official Response from Oliver Sherrington:** > Thanks for your review Nathanial.
