Boring white overall look of the website. The tab for client opens very small. Hard to see ir choose the service bar doesn’t open well.

Eve has been great throughout. Her support for the Pabau system is very helpful to understand and use it to its full potential. I have been using Pabau for about 2 years now and still exploring new aspects which are very useful. Highly recommend.

Pabau saves me so much time and hassle! The automation features are the best.

Some of the integrations do not work as hoped, which creates more admin.  Not sure if this is strictly a pabau problem or the integration but it was working fine and then the last few months it stopped.  The email designer is very glitchy.

Allowing patients to book online 24hours a day and sending out confirmation emails and reminders minimises no shows and saves me time.

Not only does it effectively support the services I have already, but is able to integrate other marketing and financial services to elevate the business - all in one place. The ease of use is especially helpful given that our clinic relies on using this platform everyday. Additionally, the success team is especially helpful for answering all questions. They are very efficient in our meetings in answering all our questions and helping to make suggestions that ensure the best use of the system.

Sometimes due to the time difference across different countries, it makes it difficult to schedule times however the support teams do their best to make sure meetings are scheduled at times most conveinent for us (the users).

Pabau are very knowledgable and work very hard to assist me in the timeframe that works well for me. Being new to software they helped me understand from a laymans point of view which I really appreciate. From the very first call I felt comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. I can't ever imagine not having this software. Its so easy to use and integration was very straightforward. I use it everyday now and I am so glad I do. My team will find it so much easier than paper, remembering to send emails and forms honestly best program I have ever used !!

The switch to the new booking system has been a game changer for our clinic. As a healthcare and wellness provider, efficiently managing appointments and minimizing administrative time are critical — and this platform delivered on both fronts.

**What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?**

Because I am a small business and am unfamiliar with booking systems, the initial setup took some time. However, the support team was very helpful and guided me through the process. One minor wish is that the mobile app could be polished a bit more, especially for older patients who are not as tech-savvy, but overall functionality is strong.

**What problems is Pabau Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automated appointment confirmations and reminders have reduced our call volume and cut down on no-shows, which used to be a major issue. It also supports SMS and email follow-ups, which patients appreciate and which saves us time on outreach.

Cost and compared to previous; however the facilities and integration availabilities is gigantic and supersedes anything in the price category.

**What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?**

We love the functionality, customization, communication, and patient experience that Pabau offers. We have been blown away with the level of customer service support for implementation, data transfer, and training. Also, the consistent improvements that Pabau makes to improve the user experience and efficiencies are a game-changer. If they keep doing what they're doing, they will be hard to beat.

**What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?**

There are hiccups that happen, but Pabau is quick to try and resolve them. We are working on a few items with Prescriptions here, as things in the UK are done differently here in the US. Additionally, I'm not a fan of having to pay for SMS Credits to send confirmation texts to our patients. This should be integrated. It can become costly and make the software more expensive than others if you have a lot of patients.

**What problems is Pabau Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our patient expereince is superior now with integrating Pabau into our practice. We not have the ability to incorporate digital patient forms with the portal that are easy to use and easy to update. Additionally, consent forms can be automated and associated with the specific appointment type, making it easy for them to sign prior to their appointment.

**What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?**

Very impressive support. Pabau has assigned to me a team to support me with every step of the setting up their platform, which has countless integrations and customisation, making it almost effortless for me to go through all the little details.

That includes everything from princing and advice about it to making vouchers and automating consenting forms and sending out campaigns, giving me discounts on their services based on my specific situation as a company, and all this with active and kind support from multiple people on multiple online video meetings. I would definitely recommend.

Althought the plaform addressess many complicated topics of a company, it helps both the business and the client end to be easy and intuitively accessed, enabling me avoiding a tonne of paperwork for every day use.

I would like some more integration of their widgets with my website on wordpress so that links would not send my clients externally, would remain on my website while the make purchases of my services.
