I really like GrowthLoop’s user experience. It’s very easy to use and navigate, and it makes building segments straightforward and simple.

The GrowthLoop platform has saved us time when creating new audiences and activating new journeys. In the past, accessing data from our data warehouse was cumbersome and required extensive IT support. Now our Marketing team is empowered to build audiences and activate journeys on their own, without needing significant IT resources. GrowthLoop integrates seamlessly with our ESP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. The GrowthLoop Support and Customer Success teams have also been instrumental helping to get us onboarded to the platform, both pre- and post-implementation. We look forward to leveraging more of its capabilities, including the analytics and AI tools, in the future.

The UI is straightforward—very easy to learn and simple to use. It has helped us speed up audience segment creation and do it in a much more efficient way.
