ContactPigeon’s automations help us respond to customer journey touchpoints without requiring constant manual intervention or attention. Also, custom pop-ups help us introduce useful additional preference signals to better understand and organize our audience. We are in the process of expanding our setup further to make more active use of RFM and the CDP. This is an interesting next step because it will allow us to move beyond individual campaigns and work with customer data in a more structured way.
