As an NGO, we do not use ContactPigeon in the same way an eCommerce business would. Nonetheless, we really like the platform because it supports our communication needs, and we can manage our campaigns from one platform instead of using separate tools. We mainly use the platform to create and send newsletters, build landing pages, and support communication around events, conferences, and other activities. Moreover, we also use automations and sign-up pop-ups, which help us collect contacts more easily.

What I like most about ContactPigeon is that the platform gives me a lot of freedom to adjust and customize campaigns based on our changing marketing needs. The interface is clear, and the email editor was very easy for me to get used to. Also, being able to edit the code in pop-ups gives me more control over small design details, such as font colors. Another thing I appreciate is the human communication behind the platform. The team is close to the customer, and that makes a difference. We have monthly meetings where we review performance, compare different periods through the CDP, and discuss what could work better in the future. The good thing is that these calls are not just about looking at numbers, but we also discuss ideas and ways to increase sales.

ContactPigeon enables us to keep improving our strategy and campaign management, step by step. Over time, since starting, we have added different tools and automations. We started with basic automations and expanded into other use cases. This has helped us stay connected with customers at different moments of their journey, giving a fresh perspective to our communications. Pop-ups are also an important part of how we use the platform, and we are continuously discussing new ideas around them because they work really well. Using liquid code helps us to control when certain pop-ups are enabled or disabled, offering additional customization options. We are also starting to explore Menura as a new tool, and although it has not been activated yet, we’re looking forward to it.
