Powerful CRM platform for smarter & personalised campaigns

What I like most about Optimove is how it brings customer segmentation, campaign management, and personalisation together in one platform. The ability to create highly targeted customer segments and then use them directly in campaigns makes it much easier to deliver relevant communications without having to rely on multiple tools. I also find the visual campaign planning and automation features particularly valuable. They make it easier to manage complex customer journeys, coordinate different channels, and ensure that customers receive the right message at the right time. Overall, Optimove helps make campaign management more structured and data-driven while reducing a lot of the manual work involved in audience selection and campaign execution.

Excellent for CRM Campaigns, But Onboarding Can Improve

I really like Optimove's segmentation abilities, they are really good. The user interface is also easy to use, making it straightforward to handle CRM campaigns. Additionally, I appreciate that our Customer Success Manager is very professional and provides a lot of help. Compared to the previous product, Ongage, Optimove's abilities are way superior.
