  ### 1. Affordable Telehealth and Helpful Support, but Group Notes, Invoicing and Couples Billing Need Work

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

The cost is affordable, and telehealth is included, for single or multiple people on a call. I also appreciate how helpful they have been, and how willing they have been to hop on a call with me to address issues.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

Group notes aren't intuitive, and don't work as easily as on other platforms. There needs to be a way to put couples into a group, and use this group as the unit of treatment. Right now, I have to add each person individually each time, and I can't use a prior note. Instead, I have to start all over each time. This is a pain. 
Also on the notes, there is weird functionality with the Editor versus Responder roles. There should be a way that I can have a signature on file which is used on every document that I virtually sign. 
The billing for couples also doesn't work well - the system requires me to bill one person of the two, and then shows an unpaid amount for the second person (as though I should be billing each person in a couple the full amount). Also with billing, there is no easy way to show the entire amount collected in the prior month. I modified the dates on the billing page, but this wasn't carried over to the invoicing page, and on that page there was no way to request the information for the prior month. This information should be readily available.
I don't use AI with my clients, so I can't speak to that area.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me solve the problem of being unable to bring multiple people into a call, and it has saved me some money, but I'm not sure these things are worth it.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I like the functionality and the aesthetics of the platform. I like that you can share documents directly to clients' portals. I like the AI tools as well. They really make documentation and administrative work easier. I also like how you can upload documents to integrate them into the platform. The Performance sometimes falters. I have had trouble with the AI creating documents from the scribed sessions, but overall it does very well. Pricing is definitely a plus. One key element overall is the onboarding and continous support. The customer response time is fabulous.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

There is only one thing that I dislike. I use Therapy Notes for a practice I work for while I build my practice and it is a great platform even though I like CarePatron better. The one thing that CarePatron is missing is how Therapy Notes provide assessments, and all of the other major components to counseling within their system and the system notifies you when a treatment plan is due, if any notes are due, or if any other administrative work is due.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped me solve the main issue I have been having and that is with the AI scribe functioning is malfunctioning.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

If you ask me what I like best about Carepatron, it really comes down to how simple it makes everything. The interface is just clean. You open it up, and you immediately know where everything is without needing a massive training manual.

The AI scribe is a huge time-saver for daily notes, and the pricing mostly makes sense for a growing practice. You get a really solid free tier, and the paid plans are super reasonable. Whenever I've run into a snag, their support team has been quick to jump in and help. It just works.

Performance: It handles all the daily basics—scheduling, billing, and notes—in one spot. It keeps your day moving without a bunch of extra clicks.

Integrations:  It plays nice with the big stuff like Google Calendar, Stripe, and Zoom. It might not connect to every single obscure app out there, but it covers the daily essentials perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

While there is a lot to like about Carepatron, there are definitely a few things that can be frustrating. One of the biggest annoyances is that admin users are billed at the exact same rate as clinicians, which really drives up costs if you have a larger front-desk or support team.

Beyond that, the insurance billing features just aren't as mature as they need to be for heavy insurance-based practices. If you deal with a lot of claims, you might find yourself needing a separate tool. The third-party integrations are also pretty limited outside of the basics like Google and Stripe, and the system can occasionally lag if you are working with a massive database.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Carepatron solves is the sheer amount of time lost to daily busywork. Before, managing a practice meant juggling separate tools for scheduling, notes, and billing, which led to a ton of double data entry and endless admin hours.

By rolling everything into one simple platform, it gives me my evenings back. The AI scribe handles the heavy lifting for session notes, the automated reminders cut down on no-shows, and the integrated billing means I'm not chasing down payments manually. It lets me focus on actually seeing clients instead of running a back office.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I use Carepatron for my case management class in college, and it makes the assessments easy for us to navigate. I like how easy it is to find everything and submit everything. The templates are easy, and submitting assignments to my teacher is simple too. For example, I did an MSE template for a case assessment and the questions are already there and set up for me to submit to my teacher. It's super easy to navigate. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I use Carepatron for my case management class in college. It makes assessments easy to navigate, and I like how easy it is to find and submit everything to my teacher. The templates, like the MSE one, already have the questions set up for me.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I find it really helpful to have Carepatron take notes while I am in a session by just clicking the record button. It's a great feature for in-person sessions, as some other websites don't have such easy access when you're in person. This feature makes my notes quicker and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

Trying to connect the calendars to my other platforms is a bit of a hassle. It would be great if Carepatron could connect with Headway or with Simple Practice calendars. Also, the initial setup was a little bit difficult. Getting everyone access to their calendars, setting the right time zones, and figuring out how to sign notes presented a learning curve. It's still not the most user-friendly, but I am getting used to it.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Carepatron for scheduling, writing notes, and filling out documentation. It's really helpful for taking notes during sessions by just clicking the record button, making my notes much quicker and more efficient.

One of the features I appreciate most is the extensive library of templates. Not only are there many templates available, but they are fully customizable, allowing me to adapt them to my workflow and incorporate my company's branding. Another benefit is the active community of users who contribute templates that you can share, customize, and use in your own practice, saving valuable time. I also value the patient portal and integrated invoicing capabilities, which make communication and billing much easier.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

ne area where CarePatron could improve is the lack of integrated fax capabilities. Being able to send and receive faxes directly within the platform would streamline communication with healthcare organizations that still rely on faxing.

It would also be beneficial to have a dedicated communication space for collaborating with providers and other healthcare professionals separate from client messaging. Having distinct channels for provider-to-provider communication would enhance care coordination and help keep client interactions organized.

Unified Billing & Claims: It links appointments directly to invoices, making it incredibly easy to track claim statuses, manage modifiers, and log payments without double-entry.

Modern, Clean Interface: Unlike clunky, outdated medical databases, it is fast and intuitive, meaning fewer clicks to get tasks done.

Automated Client Intake: You can send digital paperwork packets through the portal that automatically save to the client's chart once completed, saving massive amounts of administrative time.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

Limited Customization for NPI/Billing Routing: If you manage a group practice or need to frequently toggle between a Group NPI (Type 2) and an Individual Rendering NPI (Type 1) across different insurance payers, the backend configuration can be rigid and sometimes requires manual workarounds to ensure claims don't reject.

Steep Learning Curve for Complex Insurance Rules: While the interface is clean, troubleshooting specific insurance rejections, coordinating multiple clients under a shared family insurance plan, or managing complex modifiers isn't always fully automated. You still have to do a fair amount of manual oversight.

Customer Support Gaps: Because it is a rapidly growing cloud platform, support is primarily handled via email or chat tickets. If you hit a critical billing error right before a major claims submission deadline, the lack of immediate, live phone support can be frustrating.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transitioning to Carepatron has completely transformed our daily operations by eliminating the exhausting need to switch between multiple scattered software tools. Having scheduling, clinical documentation, and client payments seamlessly integrated into a single workspace has dramatically reduced our administrative overhead. Instead of wasting hours on manual data entry, we can now send digital intake packets directly through the portal that automatically populate client charts the moment they are completed. The modern, ultra-clean interface is incredibly fast and intuitive, making it a breeze to track outstanding invoices and protect our cash flow without the usual friction of clunky, outdated systems. It has given us back valuable time and truly streamlined the way we run our practice!

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I like that is simple for multi-specialty providers that solo practitioners. I literally tried setting up at 4 Am and it was very user-friendly and not overwhelming at all by following the tutorials.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

There’s nothing I dislike, but there are a few things I’ve noticed. Right now, I’m unable to add multiple CPT codes for appointment types. For example, I’m a chiropractor, and instead of creating two separate services, I’d rather be able to include the CPT codes with the AT modifiers under one service. I’d also like the option to send intake forms based on appointment type. I treat different populations, like prenatal vs. pediatric, so the intake forms aren’t the same.

It would also be helpful to have the ability to take a deposit, rather than requiring payment for the entire appointment upfront. Lastly, I’d love more customizable workflows. The current workflows feel pretty standardized, and my practice needs a bit more flexibility for me to use them the way I need.

I think a few additional integrations along the way would be great, too. Overall, I still love the simplicity and can’t wait to see how it progresses.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I like the customizability and the ability to create so many forms. It is helpful that there are templates and their AI integration seems to be helpful for note writing, though I think it could use some optimization time wise (especially on the app).  It seems to be well worth the price. I have not yet utilized their support and onboarding, but I've been able to figure out a lot about it without the help which is great.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I haven't had the best luck using the phone app with the AI Scribe feature. However, I think it could be better, maybe I just need more practice. I also wish that my visits changed colors or had a more significant notification / symbol for if the notes are written and the client has been billed. Or even a changing color after it says "client attended." However, it's been pretty good so far. A few of the features on the exact appointment can be a little bigger / bolder so it's more obvious where the note writing section is.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using an EMR beforehand that didn't allow me to customize the notifications that I sent, nor did it allow me to see what is being sent out. I appreciate the feature of "send to myself" so I can also check things, and the billing is easy to do, which truly helps because I'm not losing money on billing!

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

The most helpful about Carepatron is that it has everything you need in one platform.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

It can be a bit confusing to navigate especially with the forms and insurance. There is an intake form that is sent automatically to the client that it took me a little if time to understand what information was in it and how did ir work. But the insurance tab can be confusing to navigate. And the page with all payments can also be overwhelming to understand. I feel it can be done cleaner and more friendly.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The insurance submission I still don’t feel 100%. I had it for a while and haven’t been able to submit a claim. I don’t feel comfortable.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

The company is VERY responsive to user suggestions, and it’s also very supportive of newer users. They respond quickly and thoughtfully to questions as well.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

The software can feel complicated at first, but once you understand the workflow, there are very few issues. It does have some limitations in what it can do right now, but the company is consistently working to add more features over time.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carepatron has added a reporting feature that lets users see at a glance which parts of patient care still haven’t been completed (for example, whether notes are completed and locked, insurance claims have been submitted, and invoices have been created and sent). They’re also addressing smaller bugs and limitations, and those improvements have already proven very useful.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I use Carepatron for clinical attendance in my psychology practice, and it helps me take faster notes, which allows me to be more present with my clients during sessions. I also find the easy and safe calling feature helpful for attending online client sessions. Carepatron has generally been helping me to organize my agenda and manage my practice better. I appreciate that applying tests is convenient, even though I need to translate them, and having them in an accessible format online is much better than dealing with paper versions.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I think the notification system could be improved for both the practitioner and clients by integrating with more platforms like WhatsApp, which is widely used in Latin America and Asia. The current system primarily uses SMS, which isn't popular here. There should be a way for clients to confirm appointments via a simple button in emails or WhatsApp. It'd also be great to have options to integrate different payment methods. The translation for assessments and documents is difficult as they are only available in English, requiring manual translation. The layout and organization of the agenda, especially on the phone app, could be cleaner and more user-friendly. I find CarePatron's setup more challenging compared to other platforms I've used. It's not as intuitive, and the design seems cluttered, particularly on the phone app. This makes it hard for me to navigate and organize. I chose not to share it with my clients, fearing it might confuse them, especially since it's in English and doesn’t auto translate well. It would be also nice to get notifications or/and a tab for birthdays and special occasions regarding my patients, as it is common in many platforms around where I live.

A very comprehensive system that meets almost all the needs of a medical practitioner, such as a mental health professional. It has reduced my admin time by more than half, and the built-in workflow frees me up to focus on other important areas of running my practice. Having various services set up in the availability schedule empowers my clients to choose what they need. Overall, the system’s versatility is crucial for both the clinician and the client, and it helps streamline and enhance administrative processes.

I wasn’t able to upload a payment QR code as one of my payment options. It also took a lot of trial and error to understand how the system works and to get everything set up properly.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

Overall, it’s affordable and fairly user-friendly, with all the features I need: booking links, appointment reminders, and automated workflows. It performs very well—particularly the virtual meeting area—and includes an AI scribe that helps with notes and reminders for upcoming appointments. There’s also a HIPAA-compliant space for chatting with clients, and they’ve recently added credentialing and billing services, which I think is a great addition and makes them extremely competitive.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

Some of the forms and templates feel a bit clunky and are difficult to create. I also don't like that you can't control when automated workflows are sent for actions like joining the portal or completing intake paperwork. Those messages are sent back-to-back, which I find can be confusing for clients. I'd prefer the automated workflow to send the email/text for intake paperwork after someone has joined the care portal, rather than immediately after a client is created. That would distinguish the messages and provide a buffer instead of two similar texts/emails arriving consecutively. Additionally, when someone joins the care portal there is no notification indicating they have documentation to complete. It would be helpful to have something that directs clients to the paperwork so they can finish it. Support can be a bit difficult to get in touch with if their AI support doesn't resolve your issue. It's like I have to meet with someone to fix an issue, which I don't always have time for, rather than being able to submit a ticket to an IT department for them to resolve.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was paying more for fewer integrations with a different EHR. That system didn't include appointment reminders or an in-portal messaging feature to communicate with clients unless I paid significantly more. For someone running a small private practice, that extra cost didn't make sense, yet these reminders and messaging tools are essential to support clients and to reduce no-shows. The lack of built-in communication made it harder to provide consistent care without incurring additional fees. I also like that they are offering credentialing now, which I expect will be useful for me in the future.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

Carepatron is an all in one system, which is what I like most about it. My clients can book services with me and see what services I offer, and the system automatically emails them the paperwork as soon as they book. The booking is the feature I use the most. It saves me time because clients get the paperwork immediately and I don't have to worry about remembering to send it, since Carepatron does that automatically. It also sends them reminders a couple of times when they haven't completed the paperwork before our meeting, so there's no back and forth emailing to get it done before the first session. The welcome email and reminder emails are the most reliable part for me. Recently a client booked a session, automatically received their paperwork, completed it right away, and it came back to me for review, so I knew all the information at the beginning and our session was more beneficial. Clients find it easiest to receive the paperwork automatically and complete and sign it online instead of printing it out, which has been a huge help and lets me see clients from anywhere. We can also meet on video in Carepatron, it sends invoices automatically, clients can pay me and it goes directly to my bank account, and I can take notes in the system. There are pre-made notes templates you can use, and it's easy to copy and paste your forms in and have them formatted for you. The system is super helpful and very easy to use, and I don't have any complaints. The initial setup was very easy and went smoothly.

I don't think there's anything that doesn't work with Carepatron. It's super helpful and easy to use. There are already some pre made notes templates in there that you can use, and it's easy to copy and paste your forms in there and it formats for you. I was able to set this app up for multiple contractors without paying a huge cost per person, which is great because other apps would charge a lot if there are multiple people. Additionally, I can view my entire team's information, which is really helpful. I also appreciate being able to use the AI features and connect with my Google account to integrate my calendar and ensure my notes are good.

It's billing section is really confusing and it's hard to tell what has been paid and find paid invoices. Specifically, I tried to look up invoices to pay my contractor and some of them are not in the paid section, and you have to look through the different sections to find the invoices. I didn't like the functionality of using the platform- it was not the most intuitive and it was frustrating to add notes for specific clients, and took too many steps oftentimes to do things. My biggest issue was that I was on a "free" plan but after about 3 weeks of using it for 4 clients, it told me that I was significantly above the limit for the memory storage. It was only giving me the option to upgrade. I could not move past this page asking e to upgrade to even delete any information and free up space, and therefore have been unable to use Carepatron any longer... really dysfunctional and I would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

The app is very glitchy and keeps telling me I need to update it almost every day. Also, I can't add a new client when I go to schedule. I have to leave the schedule and go into the clients section to add the client first, and then go back into the schedule. There should be an option to add a new client when I am in the schedule.

I like how Carepatron solves the problem of booking, especially since it is kind of fast. I also enjoy the AI capabilities which, although could be better, are still impressive. They offer great abilities like transcribing entire conversations and generating notes in predefined formats such as SOAP, which is really helpful for following up on my patients. Additionally, the note-taking feature is really great.

I think that the payment processor is not great because I cannot receive payments from customers that are outside Mexico, and that's a problem for me. Also, I wish I could connect the calendar with platforms like Zoho, or other platforms, not just Google or Microsoft.

CarePatron has been a game-changer for my practice from day one. As a small but growing business, I needed something that was powerful, simple, and affordable, and CarePatron has exceeded my expectations in every category. The video appointment feature is incredibly smooth. My clients receive clear links, sessions connect without headaches, and the layout is intuitive for both the provider and the client. I can move from my schedule to a video session in just a few clicks, and everything feels organized and steady. For clients who may not be tech savvy, this matters a lot, and CarePatron has made that part almost effortless.

Billing and invoicing are just as straightforward. Sending invoices takes only moments, and everything is clean, clear, and easy to track. The email system is simple to use and very professional, so clients receive what they need without confusion. Instant messaging inside the platform is another major win. The only thing I dislike is a recent change in the calendar workflow. I used to be able to click directly on the client’s name in the calendar and go straight into the video appointment. About four weeks ago that changed, and now I have to click on the appointment, hit edit, then send, and only then can I get into the video session. It is not a deal breaker at all, but it does add extra steps to something that used to be very simple. If they bring back the ability to join the video call just by clicking the client’s name in the calendar, the experience would be absolutely perfect for me, because I truly love the rest of the program and how easy everything else is to use.

I am not sure they just keep adding updates and they improve ease of use. They are fantastic!!!

I like Carepatron's AI feature that automatically summarizes notes during sessions. It means I don't have to type as much and can focus more on what the client's saying.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

There's definitely a few glitches and bugs that can be ironed out with it. The AI has messed up sometimes where it won't finish a sentence in the note or it'll just take a really long time to finish analyzing. There's also been multiple issues with the mic suppression feature and where clients don't see me, my video, sometimes in the call. And, just the whole user format for the practitioner viewpoint sometimes feels too big and bulky. It's not always easy to streamline through client's documentation to get to a certain thing. But it's not very easy to get hold of their IT especially on the phone. So when you have specific questions or walk throughs, it can take a while to get an answer. Which is a drawback.

I have two separate businesses and I like that I am able to toggle between two separate profiles easily. This was the only platform I found that offers this.

The only issue I've had was that as I was writing a note, the note would randomly delete, which was incredibly frustrating. I reached out to support and they said I needed to use a different browser, which then resolved the issue.

I like the scheduling feature in Carepatron because it allows me to schedule my clients from anywhere. I appreciate being able to set a virtual link with either Carepatron or Zoom. The DAP feature helps to bring the conversation together, and I really like the transcribing feature that collects my conversations. I also find linking my devices to be a great aspect of Carepatron.

I still wish there was a voice recording feature so I could go back and listen and take my own notes. I wish there was an alert system reminder about my scheduled appointments linked to my phone. Maybe a day before alarm or the day of. I have a separate technical gadget I have to load up to see who is on my schedule for today. Also, maybe send me a cancellation notice by email whether I do it or they do it. This will help a lot. It was difficult to set up but I push through it.

I find Carepatron quite user-friendly and intuitive, especially for North American users. The menus, location of features, and language used across the platform have a quickly discernible meaning for most English-speaking people. I also appreciate that it offers an affordable way to facilitate counselor/client scheduling, appointments, and documentation.

Right now, it feels difficult to connect Carepatron to other tools we use or automate workflows outside the platform. Ideally, Carepatron would provide stronger support for integrations through a well-documented public API so external systems can securely read and write data, and webhooks for key events so automations can run in real time. Easier connections with automation platforms like Zapier or Make. We also have some unreliable behaviors in the telehealth tool- if someone joins a meeting before the start time, they end up in a different virtual space than a person who joins (using the same link) after the start time of the meeting.

I can also edit documents provided by Carepatron and schedule clients effortlessly. It sends reminders to clients via text and email, which is a big help. Having an all-in-one application keeps the backend running smoothly, allowing me to concentrate on other things. It's definitely a time saver for me. The more automated, the better. I appreciate that the app doesn't keep pressuring me for unnecessary things like upgrades.

I find the simplicity of Carepatron's app to be very user-friendly and easy to use. Adding a patient is a breeze with this platform. Collecting payment is definitely seamless, which is a big plus for me. I also like the platform layout and the notes feature, which I believe are quite valuable. The AI dictation helps me capture things I might have missed during conversations, especially for SOAP notes. The pre-created templates are very handy. I'd recommend Carepatron to anyone just starting up due to these features. Additionally, I find the pricing per person to be wonderful, and the initial setup was very easy.

I believe that the e-prescribe abilities should be added to Carepatron, and I think that it should also have PMP aware, the prescription drug monitoring database attached to it. For prescribers, I think it would be a great EMR if only it had that capability.

I really like the AI dictation and the premade templates with clickable forms that Carepatron offers. Setting up a dummy account was super simple and pretty self-explanatory, especially when customizing the calendar and scheduling. Carepatron's overall user-friendliness is appreciated compared to other EHR systems.

As of now, I have no idea how to use the AI dictation once I open a template and then I open it in the workspace. I can't figure out how to use it, but that is not an issue that Carepatron has created. That's probably an issue either with my iPhone or with the fact that I was just testing out the website and have not paid for anything at this point.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I appreciate the affordable cost of Carepatron. The audio feature with AI that develops progress notes for me is really handy, and I like that I can make adjustments as needed. The chat feature is something I appreciate too, as it helps keep private information secure compared to using email or a cell phone. I like that Carepatron stores all my completed notes, which is convenient. Creating a fake user to practice features like the camera feature before using them with actual clients is also something I appreciate. Additionally, the ability to sync Carepatron with my personal calendar prevents scheduling conflicts, saving me time. I also found the initial setup user-friendly and appreciated the chance to try the free version first.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I'm not sure what's going on with the connectivity. I've had clients express concerns that the audio feature cuts off more often than on other platforms. There might be ongoing tweaking happening with the IT side. I've also heard the same concern about connectivity not being the same compared to others. Additionally, there could definitely be ongoing improvement in regards to the ability to personalize each of the statements and receipts for my clients.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carepatron solves billing concerns by tracking payments and appointments, ensuring security of client data, generating progress notes with AI, and reducing form creation time, while allowing integration with my calendar for seamless scheduling.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I like that Carepatron is organized and very user-friendly. It allows me to organize my clients in a really great way, including note-taking. I love the fact that it uses AI to record my notes so I can spend more time with my clients instead of writing or typing things up. It just makes it easy to keep track of my clients and send forms, streamlining my practice. I appreciate how it organizes billing, client information, their notes, and all forms, providing all the information I need. Invoicing and scheduling are also invaluable features. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I find the video quality in Carepatron could be improved. A lot of the times, I've had to switch to using Google Meet or Zoom because Carepatron would often lag or freeze for long periods, which other apps don't do.

I use Carepatron to organize my clients easily, including note-taking with AI, which lets me spend more time with them. It helps me track clients, send forms, and streamlines my practice.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

Care Patron is a very simple software that is easy to use especially for small businesses. Before Carepatron we tried multiple big name softwares, and they all came with issues that lead us to quit using them. I have yet to come across anything that would make me change softwares.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I do wish Carepatron had more texting features, for reminders and things. But it looks like they will soon be coming out with more. I also wish you could submit prior authorizations or referrals (like fax) but that is not a huge turn off. What would also be nice is being able to add outside documents to the document section.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carepatron is our ehr software that allows us to store and write patient progress notes, it also allows us to send invoices and intake forms. This has extremely helped us, because we were doing all paper, so now it is one spot. The ease of the software allows for less time spending trying to figure out where you need to go to get to something.
