**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I really appreciate that Carepatron integrates all the services I need into one product, like note templates for clinical documentation, billing, scheduling, and an encrypted video platform. Carepatron is easy to use and intuitive, which makes everything a lot less stressful. It's affordable too, which is a big plus. All the features have easy-to-use commands, and there are simple videos available for guidance. This combination makes it quick to learn, streamlines my tasks, and saves me time. The initial setup was also easy to learn, especially with the available video tutorials.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

The only issues I’ve had is that the updates can feel too frequent as they sometimes occur daily. After updates, sometimes I have issues with the video not loading.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carepatron integrates all the services I need into one product: clinical documentation, billing, scheduling, and a secure video platform. It's easy to use with intuitive commands and guidance videos, streamlining my tasks and saving me time.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I like how Carepatron solves the problem of booking, especially since it is kind of fast. I also enjoy the AI capabilities which, although could be better, are still impressive. They offer great abilities like transcribing entire conversations and generating notes in predefined formats such as SOAP, which is really helpful for following up on my patients. Additionally, the note-taking feature is really great.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I think that the payment processor is not great because I cannot receive payments from customers that are outside Mexico, and that's a problem for me. Also, I wish I could connect the calendar with platforms like Zoho, or other platforms, not just Google or Microsoft.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Carepatron for booking appointments and having conversations with customers. It solves the booking problem by being kind of fast, and the note-taking feature is really great.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

CarePatron has been a game-changer for my practice from day one. As a small but growing business, I needed something that was powerful, simple, and affordable, and CarePatron has exceeded my expectations in every category. They make it easy to run a professional practice without feeling buried in technology or paperwork.

The video appointment feature is incredibly smooth. My clients receive clear links, sessions connect without headaches, and the layout is intuitive for both the provider and the client. I can move from my schedule to a video session in just a few clicks, and everything feels organized and steady. For clients who may not be tech savvy, this matters a lot, and CarePatron has made that part almost effortless.

Billing and invoicing are just as straightforward. Sending invoices takes only moments, and everything is clean, clear, and easy to track. The email system is simple to use and very professional, so clients receive what they need without confusion. Instant messaging inside the platform is another major win. I can quickly and securely touch base with clients, clarify details, or share updates, all in one place, without juggling a bunch of different apps.

One of the things I appreciate most is that CarePatron keeps improving the platform without punishing loyal customers. They continue to add features, refine the experience, and expand what the system can do, yet they honor the rate you start with. That level of integrity and respect is rare. It shows they are in this for long term relationships, not quick hits.

Their support team is outstanding. Any time I have a question, they are truly Johnny on the spot. Responses are fast, friendly, and actually helpful. You can tell they understand what it is like to run a real practice with real people, real schedules, and real pressure. They listen, they respond, and they fix things. That alone sets them apart.

For a smaller business that is growing in phases and being careful with every dollar, CarePatron is an ideal starting point and a very strong long-term partner. The platform is budget-friendly, thoughtfully designed, and built to grow with you. They support insurance workflows, make documentation easier, and keep everything in one place so you can focus on serving your clients instead of wrestling with systems.

In short, CarePatron is truly awesome. They make it easier to practice with excellence, to scale at a realistic pace, and to take good care of the people you serve. I recommend them wholeheartedly to any clinician or coach who wants a dependable, friendly, and capable practice management solution.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

The only thing I dislike is a recent change in the calendar workflow. I used to be able to click directly on the client’s name in the calendar and go straight into the video appointment. About four weeks ago that changed, and now I have to click on the appointment, hit edit, then send, and only then can I get into the video session. It is not a deal breaker at all, but it does add extra steps to something that used to be very simple. If they bring back the ability to join the video call just by clicking the client’s name in the calendar, the experience would be absolutely perfect for me, because I truly love the rest of the program and how easy everything else is to use.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not sure they just keep adding updates and they improve ease of use. They are fantastic!!!

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I like the scheduling feature in Carepatron because it allows me to schedule my clients from anywhere. I appreciate being able to set a virtual link with either Carepatron or Zoom. The DAP feature helps to bring the conversation together, and I really like the transcribing feature that collects my conversations. I also find linking my devices to be a great aspect of Carepatron.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I still wish there was a voice recording feature so I could go back and listen and take my own notes. I wish there was an alert system reminder about my scheduled appointments linked to my phone. Maybe a day before alarm or the day of. I have a separate technical gadget I have to load up to see who is on my schedule for today. Also, maybe send me a cancellation notice by email whether I do it or they do it. This will help a lot. It was difficult to set up but I push through it.

I use Carepatron for scheduling, video therapy, and sharing links to my clients. I can set virtual or Zoom links and schedule appointments from anywhere. The DAP feature integrates conversations and transcribing collects my interactions.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I find Carepatron quite user-friendly and intuitive, especially for North American users. The menus, location of features, and language used across the platform have a quickly discernible meaning for most English-speaking people. I also appreciate that it offers an affordable way to facilitate counselor/client scheduling, appointments, and documentation.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

Right now, it feels difficult to connect Carepatron to other tools we use or automate workflows outside the platform. Ideally, Carepatron would provide stronger support for integrations through a well-documented public API so external systems can securely read and write data, and webhooks for key events so automations can run in real time. Easier connections with automation platforms like Zapier or Make. We also have some unreliable behaviors in the telehealth tool- if someone joins a meeting before the start time, they end up in a different virtual space than a person who joins (using the same link) after the start time of the meeting.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Carepatron for affordable counselor/client scheduling, appointments, and documentation, managing schedules, onboarding clients, and more.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I like that Carepatron has an app which makes it easy to send documents to clients and create my own documents to send. I can also edit documents provided by Carepatron and schedule clients effortlessly. It sends reminders to clients via text and email, which is a big help. Having an all-in-one application keeps the backend running smoothly, allowing me to concentrate on other things. It's definitely a time saver for me. The more automated, the better. I appreciate that the app doesn't keep pressuring me for unnecessary things like upgrades.

The app asks for updates a lot but I am not sure what it is updating. I only use what I need.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I find the simplicity of Carepatron's app to be very user-friendly and easy to use. Adding a patient is a breeze with this platform. Collecting payment is definitely seamless, which is a big plus for me. I also like the platform layout and the notes feature, which I believe are quite valuable. The AI dictation helps me capture things I might have missed during conversations, especially for SOAP notes. The pre-created templates are very handy. I'd recommend Carepatron to anyone just starting up due to these features. Additionally, I find the pricing per person to be wonderful, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I believe that the e-prescribe abilities should be added to Carepatron, and I think that it should also have PMP aware, the prescription drug monitoring database attached to it. For prescribers, I think it would be a great EMR if only it had that capability.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carepatron helps with cognitive behavioral life coaching and generates AI notes. It simplifies adding patients, payment collection, and offers AI dictation for notes, ensuring I don’t miss anything in conversations. The platform's simplicity and pre-made templates are valuable for anyone starting up.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I really like the AI dictation and the premade templates with clickable forms that Carepatron offers. It makes tasks more efficient by streamlining billing and scheduling, and the customization of the calendar is a great feature. Setting up a dummy account was super simple and pretty self-explanatory, especially when customizing the calendar and scheduling. Carepatron's overall user-friendliness is appreciated compared to other EHR systems.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

As of now, I have no idea how to use the AI dictation once I open a template and then I open it in the workspace. I can't figure out how to use it, but that is not an issue that Carepatron has created. That's probably an issue either with my iPhone or with the fact that I was just testing out the website and have not paid for anything at this point.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Carepatron because it provides premade clickable templates, and supports transcription and dictation. These features streamline my admin work, improving work-life balance and ensuring I'm paid fairly. The tool also enhances billing, scheduling, and calendar customization, making it user-friendly.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I appreciate the affordable cost of Carepatron. The audio feature with AI that develops progress notes for me is really handy, and I like that I can make adjustments as needed. The chat feature is something I appreciate too, as it helps keep private information secure compared to using email or a cell phone. I like that Carepatron stores all my completed notes, which is convenient. Creating a fake user to practice features like the camera feature before using them with actual clients is also something I appreciate. Additionally, the ability to sync Carepatron with my personal calendar prevents scheduling conflicts, saving me time. I also found the initial setup user-friendly and appreciated the chance to try the free version first.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I'm not sure what's going on with the connectivity. I've had clients express concerns that the audio feature cuts off more often than on other platforms. There might be ongoing tweaking happening with the IT side. I've also heard the same concern about connectivity not being the same compared to others. Additionally, there could definitely be ongoing improvement in regards to the ability to personalize each of the statements and receipts for my clients.

Carepatron solves billing concerns by tracking payments and appointments, ensuring security of client data, generating progress notes with AI, and reducing form creation time, while allowing integration with my calendar for seamless scheduling.

I like that Carepatron is organized and very user-friendly. It allows me to organize my clients in a really great way, including note-taking. I love the fact that it uses AI to record my notes so I can spend more time with my clients instead of writing or typing things up. It just makes it easy to keep track of my clients and send forms, streamlining my practice. I appreciate how it organizes billing, client information, their notes, and all forms, providing all the information I need. Invoicing and scheduling are also invaluable features. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I find the video quality in Carepatron could be improved. A lot of the times, I've had to switch to using Google Meet or Zoom because Carepatron would often lag or freeze for long periods, which other apps don't do.

I use Carepatron to organize my clients easily, including note-taking with AI, which lets me spend more time with them. It helps me track clients, send forms, and streamlines my practice.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

Care Patron is a very simple software that is easy to use especially for small businesses. Before Carepatron we tried multiple big name softwares, and they all came with issues that lead us to quit using them. I have yet to come across anything that would make me change softwares.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I do wish Carepatron had more texting features, for reminders and things. But it looks like they will soon be coming out with more. I also wish you could submit prior authorizations or referrals (like fax) but that is not a huge turn off. What would also be nice is being able to add outside documents to the document section.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carepatron is our ehr software that allows us to store and write patient progress notes, it also allows us to send invoices and intake forms. This has extremely helped us, because we were doing all paper, so now it is one spot. The ease of the software allows for less time spending trying to figure out where you need to go to get to something.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I really like the ease of use of Carepatron, setting it up was easy, and it doesn't require much to keep going from there!. The integration of multiple functions is great - for example, the calendar feature connects to client details, where I can store notes and review appointment attendance over time. I love being able to send my intake documents from Carepatron when I book a client in for their first appointment. Clients have also uploaded additional documents like past reports to Carepatron when completing intake forms. My clients really appreciate the text and email appointment reminders. Overall it reduces my administrative burden. I compared a few products when I was looking for practice management software to use, and chose Carepatron based on it's security features and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I think it would be useful if there was a different calendar color for appointments not attended vs appointments cancelled,  just to make it easier to see at a glance, but that's the only issue I have.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Carepatron to manage my psychology practice, streamline bookings, and link appointments to notes and client details. The calendar and automatic email and text reminders improve attendance. It's easy to use and integrates smoothly with my workflow, and reduces my admin time!

I like how easy Carepatron is to use. The calendar features are quick and easy, which make it really simple to see my week at a glance and track client no shows or cancellations with an easy-to-read graph on the dashboard. I also enjoy the AI feature that makes note-writing a lot easier and quicker.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

The AI feature needs a lot of work. Sometimes trying to record the transcript in person is pretty clunky, and it's caused me to kinda stop using it for in person. It works much better for phone for telehealth, but it does have some issues where on the transcript, it'll show repeating the same phrase over and over again even though that wasn't part of the conversation. I'd like more customization in the way the notes are written.

I use Carepatron for its extensive template library, which saves me from typing forms manually. Its scheduling features are easy, and it helps track no-shows. The AI aids with notes, while integrated telehealth streamlines my workflow.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I appreciate that Carepatron offers an affordable option for electronic health records, which is really important as I'm just starting in my practice. It provides a comprehensive range of features at a great price level, including video note-taking, AI-assisted note taking, an integrative calendar, and secure messaging. The ability to customize note templates and send notifications to clients via text and email is also a plus. I love that there's a mobile app, which allows me to manage my schedule and respond to client messages on the go, without needing to be at my computer. It's also fantastic that they offer a free version that isn't just a trial. Additionally, I like how my clients can view and schedule directly on my calendar from their own portal, and I can control the forms they complete. The setup was very easy for me, and the AI note-taking feature significantly decreases my note-taking time and allows me to focus more on sessions.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I would like to see more ability or ease to edit the different note-taking options, to add certain things, take away certain things, and to be able to pull information directly from a client's chart into a note and vice versa. I would like to see more adaptability on that front.

I use Carepatron for affordable electronic health records, AI note-taking, and seamless client scheduling. It has drastically decreased my note-taking time, letting me focus on clients during sessions. Clients can schedule directly, and I manage everything through the app without needing a computer.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

This software is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who typically struggles with other EHRs. It covers everything I need for my practice, including online bookings, client messaging, form creation and online completion, online payments, video conferencing, and billing. I am able to integrate my own forms, use pre-made templates, or create from scratch on the platform. Since I do not accept insurance, I haven't had the opportunity to try out that particular feature. Getting started and setting up the system was straightforward. So far, customer support has been excellent—I’ve used the AI assistant for a few simple questions and have also emailed support, always receiving a prompt response. I have been using this software daily in my private practice since I started with it six months ago. And it is very affordable - starting with a free option as I was just getting the practice set up and testing it out.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

Carepatron offers clients the ability to send "messages" as well as create "notes." In my opinion, this could be confusing for clients, since these are two different features that might appear similar at first glance.

Carepatron is easy to use, I like that they are regularly updating features such as automation to improve functionality. They are also responsive to any questions I have when I am troubleshooting.

I do not like that currently their telehealth video feature will only show the shared screen in screen sharing mode, meaning that the view of the client disappears when presenting. This is especially unhelpful as I am a therapist and rely on visual cues from the client.

I appreciate that Carepatron is free and accessible. The free version has all the features I need, which takes care of a lot of the back end, especially in communications, and organizes things well. It has some decent AI features that generally save me a lot of time, even though there are a few bugs. I also like that it's very easy and self-explanatory to set up, with an intuitive interface that allowed me to play with the tools and set up forms myself.

There's still a few bugs when it works on creating a note. There's been a couple little glitches with sending invoices, but thankfully, I've been able to fix those myself.

I use Carepatron for EHR in my private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I really appreciate how it keeps everything in one place with automatic billing and appointment reminders. It's user-friendly and makes the initial setup quite easy. I also like the low prices because costs are a priority for me. The appointment reminders are great because they keep my schedule full by taking that responsibility off my plate. The synced calendars are a big plus, helping me out professionally and personally.

I don't like that text reminders for clients aren't available because my clients prefer communicating via text rather than email. Also, adding a parent to a minor's account is a bit cumbersome since parents have to be added as a contact instead of being given access to the client portal directly.

I like that I can ask for help very easily if I run into an issue. It's very intuitive to use for the most part. Anytime I haven't been able to find the place I'm looking to change something, I have been able to use the chat feature to get very quick responses. For intuitiveness, it's very easy to make and cancel appointments and to create new client profiles.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I think the financial aspect could be more detailed. There are alerts telling me that I have un-invoiced amounts, but the amounts don't come from anywhere that I recognize. I wish there was a better way to keep track of billing. I find the layout a bit confusing, and there isn't an easy way to get a compensation report. As a self-employed person, these things are really helpful for reporting earnings and making sure my tax rates are being reported correctly. It was also hard to change my email when my business email came into being.

Carepatron is much more cost-effective for me, especially with my small caseload, and provides a secure EHR system. I also like that I can send email communications straight from Carepatron, eliminating the need to copy and paste communication into notes.

Billing has to be completed by me - in my previous EHR, there was auto pay and invoices were sent without any thought on my end. This has been a difficult adjustment for me. Additionally, billing for each client in Carepatron isn't organized well. Carepatron isn't very intuitive for a new user. I do appreciate that there was a video consult to help me get some things set up - I also used YouTube tutorials to help with some snags. Overall, more difficult to set up than SimplePractice.

I like that I can edit the templates, add different things to my calendar, the ease of adding more members to my team, and the cost. As a growing private practice, it is easy to save time. Because we provide home health and travel around to clients, it is helpful. Because we can serve more clients in our community. The initial setup was easy, and I was able to upload my other documents.

I don't know when a note is complete, and there's no option to color code them. The time of the session can't be pulled from the calendar into a note. I find the digital signature difficult to use. I also have issues with the chat; sometimes I have to refresh it, and it won’t send messages to my team.

I love the setup and how easy it is to navigate Carepatron. It connects with my calendars and allows me to add my team members easily. I like the community area where I can look up resources, documentation, forms, and the AI portion. The pricing is appealing as well. Carepatron has really great support and customer service, making it easy to reach out for guidance. I love the portal and the telehealth portion with the video feature included. It helps with clinical documentation and communicating with my clients.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I feel that the video telehealth feature needs to have other filters for the background versus just blurred. I feel that needs to be updated to where it's similar to how Zoom shows up in the professional setting. I also feel that another portion of it too is that virtual assistants or admin assistance should be free to use, versus adding them on and having them to have to pay a portion of it as a team member as they are only managing the calendars and scheduling.. Therapy appointments (a similar platform) has it free for admin assistants. Also, I feel that interns should be able to have a free amount of sessions using the platform under a new team-member. such as not exceeding 10 sessions a month for free, or be able to access it free or 1/2 off for 2 years as a team member using their university email address to sign up. That would help students/interns/future therapist to get familiar with it, and allow it to be their first choice as a licensed clinician. I also would like for it to send sms to clients to remind them of their appointments and to confirm or cancel 24 hours in advanced.

Carepatron organizes my therapy practice by having all clients in one area, helps with clinical documentation, and communication with clients. I love the portal and telehealth features, including video. It's easy to navigate, connects with calendars, and allows adding team members.

Carepatron has been a game changer with its additional tool of AI transcribing and support. As an independent practicing LPC, it makes me feel like I have 24-hour office support. I love the ease of use for me and my clients, and all services are easily accessed, with fast and seamlessly delivered billing. The AI transcribing tool and AI support are features I value the most. Of the platforms I've used, including Microsoft Teams and BetterHelp, Carepatron is much more user-friendly, provides greater clarity in audio and visual during meetings, and the transcripts it provides are spot on. I have complete confidence in my ability to meet my clients' needs within this system.

Carepatron works very similar to very expensive software I have used in my career of over 30 years in health care. Starting a new primary care company I wanted something affordable and Carepatron is! The software is intuitive and I can tailor to my particular needs.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

While all diagnoses ICD 10 codes are availabe, I would like the CPT codes to be there for ordering tests. Also, a video on billing that explains the whole process. Finally, in a wish list I would want Carepatron to be able to send prescriptions to the pharmacy and/or orders to imaging or lab centers or hospitals.

Documentation that is easy to use and electronic affording sending to insurance companies and others. It is a brilliant system. I worked for sometime at a large 1000+ bed hospital in charge of the EHR and this Carepatron operates similar to the best of the best system!

I came to the platform after my current EHR fees kept increasing month to month. I just opened my practice in January and have been growing at a consistent rate. With growth comes more therapists, more claim submissions, etc. This has made prices go through the roof. Carepatron has economical pricing and it doesn't stop there. The features that are a part of this site continue to grow and are some of the most innovative in the market. Their Customer support seems to be on par too. I hopped on a quick 15 minute phone call with Marko to have him answer my questions. Great conversation and he was very knowledgable!

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

The AI could use some work. I am switching from another AI based company that integrates with EHRs and Carepatron's AI seems to have a more surface level knowledge of what I do as a SLP instead of the other AI software that tailored its output to be very SLP oriented in how it produced language.

Because it is simple, it is too simple! It passes the point where the interface is just made up of texts and more texts to select and choose. You feel this limitation even more on a platform where there is no order customization, etc. example: in the team members tab, I would like after the name to show the person's position in the company, but it is the number and it is not something that can be changed, you just accept it and feel that it is a simple system (and one more once again: too simple)

Moreover, I find Carepatron to be very personable, with a dedicated team, and the company listens to user input, willing to implement recommendations. This adaptability and the organic growth driven by the founders' personal energy are qualities I value. Lastly, the company’s price and its responsiveness to feedback are major factors in my decision to potentially purchase and recommend Carepatron again.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

Carepatron currently lacks a service similar to 'Care Everywhere', available on other platforms like Kaiser and Doctor Chrono. This feature is crucial for cases where my patients visit multiple emergency rooms, have been hospitalized, have images from various locations and labs, and need to provide this information so I can perform a comprehensive/real-time overview of their history based on all their prior care.  With Carepatron, the patient will have to retrieve and upload this information, which can lead to delay, incomplete documentation, or the patient just going to another doctor who can gather their information from outside entities.  I'm worried about not having this service by using CarePatron, but I'm hoping they adapt this to their software, as it's crucial in a world where people come from all over and their health information is scattered.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carepatron solves my template issue.  I have various services within my practice from consulting, coaching, personal trainer/fitness, urgent care, aesthetics, chronice disease management, hormone replacement therapy, etc and Carepatron literally has a template for all!  No other software can come close to their template library! I'm very impressed!

  ### 50. Great Support but Needs Better AI Features

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I appreciate the exceptional level of support provided by Carepatron, especially from Jamie and Trish, who are incredibly patient and helpful, greatly enhancing my experience. I also value the strong integration with Zoom, facilitating seamless scheduling with a direct link in appointments. The privacy compliance is a major advantage, essential for my work as a social worker, ensuring confidentiality and security. The ease of use in scheduling and billing makes management straightforward. Moreover, AVA AI's availability for system inquiries 24/7 is highly appreciated, and I find creating and using my own templates for notes to be highly beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I found several challenges and areas for improvement that I encountered with Carepatron based on my experience:  1. **Note-Taking AI**: I don't like the note-taking AI feature of Carepatron as it hasn't worked out well for me. The dictation capability doesn't perform as efficiently as other platforms like ChatGPT which I cant use for notes anyway due to privacy compliance.  Additionally, the AI only utilizes Carepatron's templates for dictation, which do not align with my needs, limiting its usefulness for customizing my documentation process. I cannot use it at all atm.  2. **Telehealth Feature**: I find the telehealth quality to be subpar. While it is a notable feature, the inability to share screens and other limitations force me to rely on external platforms like Zoom for better video conferencing services.  3. **Client Portal Issues**: My clients often struggle to access documents shared via Carepatron's client portal, necessitating direct emails to inform them of document availability. This aspect feels glitchy and cumbersome, impacting the smooth flow of interaction with my clients. Also when a client joins there is a patient health form that they can skip but its hard to explain that and my clients are not patients as they are not sick so I would love that to change too. It would be VERY helpful if I as practitioner could view what the client portal looks like as then I could help my clients navigate it. Or if there was short CP video that I could give them to show them how to access it.   4. **Integration Limitations**: I am somewhat dissatisfied with the lack of integration with Apple Calendar. While the integration with Google Calendar and Zoom works, having Apple Calendar integration would enhance the seamless scheduling of tasks.  5. **Email Change Hassles**: Changing my email address on Carepatron proved difficult. The process was cumbersome as my domain address through Gmail wasn't initially accepted, requiring me to make alterations in Google Workspace. This resulted in a time-consuming effort to transfer everything to the new account, highlighting an area for improvement in user-friendliness. Thankyou Trish for your amazing patience and generous offer of time to help me.  These aspects hinder the full potential that Carepatron could offer me, indicating the need for refinements in these areas to better align with my professional requirements.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product ensures privacy compliance, streamlines scheduling, and simplifies billing, which are essential for my counseling business. Although telehealth and AI note-taking need improvement, the all-in-one solution and strong support make it effective for my needs.
