**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I downloaded at least eight different EMRs to trial for my new private practice. Carepatron was by far the most streamlined and easy to use. It also happens to be the most cost-effective with even the free plan, including the basics clinic would need just to get started. The team has also been very responsive to my startup needs. Highly recommend you give this a try if you’re starting a new practice. It’s something I can definitely see growing with my new business.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

The mobile experience is better than most of the comparable apps that I’ve tried, however there is some room for improvement. Regardless, it is still very functional on mobile.

Affordable integration of most features I need to get started with an online practice.

That I can’t put in therapy goals and have it carry over. Also under documents there should be folders to help organize intake vs notes vs assessments so you don’t have to scroll for it.

I like that for the pricepoint, it does everything that I need it to do; calendar, inbox, sending and receiving documentation, and billing. It was generally intuitive to implement and learn. I like that when I have trouble with something and reach out, I get a response quickly.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

There have been many kinks and glitches in my experience. Especially with sending intake forms, billing, and my client's patient portal experience. These have been frustrating to handle.

It is allowing me one place for all of the practice management tools I need to run my practice.

Carepatron provides an EHR wherein I can not only keep patient records, but also schedule and initiate video sessions. There are plenty of options to customize templates and other features.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I have found it somewhat tricky to know right off what information about patients Carepatron collects and autopopulates into patient files, which means I have had to alter my initial forms slightly after my first patient / collect that info in session. I needed to alter that first casenote to do so. This isn't a big deal, just something to keep in mind!

I love the colors first of all and the user interface is nice and easy to use as well. I love that it’s an all and one CRM for healthcare and guardianship programs like mine.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

Everything I need to manage my clients is under one site, no more folders on my computer holding documents. now everything is in the cloud. They have very clear privacy policies and everything syncs up with my email and calendar on my phone so I never miss an appointment.

I had a number of queries as I was setting up and the AI assistant was very helpful but when my needs became more technical I was handed over to the customer service team who were super helpful and friendly.

Having recently started my practice it is the ideal software for me to use and I can see this being used for every session

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

The form making process is a bit clunky but I fully expect that will improve over time. I feel this is a team that takes customer feedback seriously

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a one-stop solution for all my client management needs - instead of running a CMS for keeping up with contacts, record keeping for notes, forms and contracts, everything is in one place, emails to and from the client are linked to their records so I don't have to rely on memory to remind myself of the history of each client

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

Carepatron is easy to set up and use. It's very straight forward. There are lots of options for customization. My priorities (outside of a HIPAA-compliant platform to store patient data) were customization in scheduling as well as tracking the workflow for each client, which is possible with Tags and Status options. The Community templates are great, and the templates are easily customizable. Customer service has been helpful and timely.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

When you send intake forms to a client, the box that pops up for you to select them is visually overwhelming and confusing if you have more than a couple of intake forms. I wish it was just a multiple choice list to check-off which forms to send. It was too much for me and it was too much for my staff. I had to spend the entire day merging my various intake forms into one long form. A couple other things would be nice:
- If archived clients could be removed from the client list, that would make the client list shorter, you'd have less to scroll through, and it would feel "cleaner" and more organized. 
- Some type of Administrative Note section (like in Simple Practice) would be nice on each client's page so there would be a dedicated spot for important information for the clinician to see, such as a reminder to get teacher input or a note to hold the report until payment is received.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The self-scheduling options are customizable, which is important because I want to automate as much as possible. The Tags and Status options are important for tracking where each client is in the workflow.

It is a very flexible tool with many customization options, but they've somehow made it easy to not use those features if users don't want to.  The tool is also very well supported and questions are always resolved within one business day.

There is no easy way to download full patient records which could make it extremely difficult to leave the tool given that clinicians must keep records for years.

The software is quite easy to understand and grow comfortable with. It provides everything my small practice needs and more. I didn't need to contact customer support, and found it very easy to integrate and implement in my practice.

it can be on the more pricey side especially if you have a large volume of clients. Especially if you are a part time provider and don't need carepatron for daily use.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

It's affordable, very easy to learn, I like having the ability to edit or upload templates for clients, and being able to add my supervisor to check my notes. It's also very easy to set up invoices and payment options for my clients. I haven't needed to use customer support, but setting up an account was fast and there was a very through walkthrough of how to use the system. I haven't used it alot yet because I am still growing my small pactice, but I check in every couple of days to add new forms and see what worksheets they have for my day job!

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

I actually do not have any complaints right now. It is very affordable and I love the option for integrated HIPAA compliant telehealth!

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost! I am very new to starting up my practice so with a very smal budget for my own EHR, this was the best option by far. I actually prefer it over a more expensive one that I had a free trial with.

I love that you can download unlimited templates and then tweak them to make them your own and individualize them for your clients!  I haven't come across anything like this previously, and it's been SO beneficial for my clients.

I wish there were a way to filter duplicate templates and know which one is the finalized version.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

I have to admit, I didn't except to say with Carepatron, but the tiers/packages they offer seem to fit any need/any level of practice. Easy to navigate user interfaces for both employees, and clients... and overall extremely well designed and constantly updated for the better.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

So far I haven't found much I don't like about Carepatron, I think the template integration could be further automated for ez of use, and the patient/provider messaging system could be more streamlined. But still very good for the price range.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thus for I have yet to find any issue with Carepatron that needs immediate attention, and anytime I have reach out- their customer service team has been excellent.

Love the client portal option and the ease of use in creating templates/forms/paperwork. The AI transcripts and notetaking is a massive bonus. Everything is customizable and the customer service is the best I've had in an EHR.

The forms section has a lot of options of things that don't apply to me so it gets in my way when looking for what to send a client. but I'll take this extra 10 sec for everything else I get.

I've just started using Carepatron and couldn't be happier.  It's so easy to use. I love the calendar sync and LOVE all the templates provided. Moving my therapy practice over has been seamless and clients have also stated the process was easy. This is now my go-to platform for therapy and coaching!

First, the customer service staff is amazing! They met with me and answered my questions and actually suggested I utilize the free version while building my business. I am SO thankful, as I need to conserve capital to start. I really appreciate that they advocated for me! You don't see that anywhere. I will DEFINITELY upgrade and grow with this company because success starts with BELIEF in others trying to accomplish the same goal. I love the humanity aspect.

Second, the actual software itself is very user friendly, and effective, but does require some extra steps for the free version (fully understandable) and I cannot wait to see what the subscriber version offers. It was very easy to implement and integrate into my business. Since it will be my main source of connection, I look forward to the growth for us both!

Everything I need is at my fingertips to interface with clients in a way that both looks professional and helps me focus on offering the best care.

I had some trouble dovetailing my  (non-Google) calendar and email to this service and haven't yet had time to walk through that with your tech people. For now, I've devised some workarounds...

I am a trama-informed story coach, so my business is unique in that it's not quite like life coaching, but it's not licensed therapy. Regardless, Carepatron has what I need to offer my clients a streamlined, professional platform for scheduling, invoicing, and tele-health sessions.  It helps me keep track of everything in one place, and it was fairly intuitive to learn!

The templates are unusually difficult to maneuver if creating your own. The fields don’t populate as they should. The “editor” and “receiver” is confusing when creating. There are gaps in the flow of the software. Some things populate automatically. Others only do when you go into the client chart. 

The AI portion seems unnecessary for the fields it is offered in on the site. The client intakes and demographics aren’t clear on the site. An App would be great to have as well.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

It does not inundate you with ads and sales except for membership purchases, which is what its all about anyway so cant fault them there. The different areas it sends you to within it are easy to navigate and communicating with individuals is easy also. Getting in contact with someone to help you with a issue concerning the website is very easy also. veru supportive. The ammount of ways to use the site is great also. lots of features. I use it on a daily basis to check in with other developers working on simialr projects. integrating with my work loafd and time use has been relatively easy to. it works well within the time i have to use it. implementing it with my own suggestions for work in progress on projects with other develpoers has been a breeze to.

Not much. I would say that it sometimes sends you in circles to the same content sometimes is all.

It solves the problem of finding like minded individuals to work on gaming industry content i havnt been able to find anywhere else in a healthy atmosphere.

**What do you like best about Carepatron?**

The best thing is there is a Free option.  This works well when you don't have 5,000 clients to chart for.  They also have many different templates you can choose to use for your notes.  You can also use your own style.  For those who believe, if it isn't broke, don't fix it, choose to search for a term, bookmark it, and use it regurally.  Also, I don't remember getting too many emails from the company filling up my inbox.

**What do you dislike about Carepatron?**

The worse thing I can think about CarePatron is having to format some of the templates; however, you can make your own templates to use and format it as you wish.

**What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed an EHR system to try quickly.  When I checked out CarePatron, I was able to begin use in a short amount of time.  Being that the clients I was using this for was not a high amount, I was able to chart/take notes in the system under the free acount.

I have very few complaints although some reporting options would be nice such as attendance and missed appointment reports.
