What do you like best about Workleap?

The interactive org chart is very helpful, along with the search capability. It is nice that you can search off of free-form entries as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

There seems to be a lag with the auto-updates between our HRIS and Pingboard. Employees who have left often remain as empty boxes for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workleap?

I love the pulse surveys that get sent out. It encourages employees to share information with their team managers while maintaining anonymity. You gain great insight into how the organization is doing and how it can improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

They have a newer recognition feature. It's quite surface-level right now. I would love to see development with that to utilize it with our organization. Reporting could also be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workleap?

Being able to measure important insights of the teams, and to have the visibility to act on them in consequence.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

Some companies like ours have different levels of management, and that can be tricky when the chart is created with the teams, subteams, and segments. If you do it right, it's super helpful.

On the other hand, with some teams, we have more struggles than others when it comes to replying. And sometimes 2 pulse surveys a month can be a lot for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workleap?

Softstart brings our onboarding to life. It takes the overwhelm out of the process that every new hire must go through to be successful. We can easily organize tasks in sequences that make sense and update items for each unique individual who comes on board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

I think that every system has caveats, however, Softstart has always been transparent and has never overpromised on something they cannot provide. I do wish we could leave start dates TBD until we have a firm date. What do you like best about Workleap?

Officevibe helps increase office morale and allows managers to learn where they could improve their management skills. Another great feature is the Good Vibes. Staff and management love using this feature to recognize their peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

We haven't found any downsides to Officevibe. The price tag may be steep, but the value you receive is worth it. Some staff does not participate because they don't trust it is anonymous, but that is not an Officevibe issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workleap?

Officevibe has helped us monitor our employee engagement but, most importantly, helped us make a workplace where people enjoy coming to work. It has also been great to track key company events and the positive effect these events have on engagement and mood. We also love the recent addition of the Good Vibes cards, which have increased recognition across the entire business, especially across different departments. What do you like best about Workleap?

I came to a new company and needed to get to know other team members. Navigating the organizational chart was extremely easy, and I was able to quickly understand the composition of the different teams in the company and the people to call on in each department.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

What do you like best about Workleap?

For me in the last three years Officevibe became the facto tool to help my teams to be a better leaders and understand the insights of my team in a better way, I try other tools in the past but this have been the beset Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

The only thing is the option for members to update their profiles, we dont have a connection with HR or Azure ID, and if we want to segment surveys; I have manually set the value for each member, I cant ask them to update their custom fields Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
