**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I came to a new company and needed to get to know other team members. Navigating the organizational chart was extremely easy, and I was able to quickly understand the composition of the different teams in the company and the people to call on in each department. 

Its gamification tools allow you to quickly correlate a name with a face, facilitating further interactions with those people.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I can't find anything I really don't like. Maybe I would add alerts when team members' birthdays are coming up.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Know the organizational structure, know who to contact in the different departments.

The product itself could be useful for some if their customer support team wasn't so terrible.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The product team and customer service. No regard for their clients.  I wouldn't recommend this product or business to anyone.

We wanted a simple org chart. It doesn't benefit us at this point.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

For me in the last three years Officevibe became the facto tool to help my teams to be a better leaders and understand the insights of my team in a better way, I try other tools in the past but this have been the beset

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The only thing is the option for members to update their profiles, we dont have a connection with HR or Azure ID, and if we want to segment surveys; I have manually set the value for each member, I cant ask them to update their custom fields

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sentiment and engagement tracking in my teams; improve 1:1 meetings and launch surveys to segments in the department

I love how this platform has so much to offer and really serves so many functions-it's almost a CRM when it comes to the full slate of its functions, including feedback collecting, survey creation, communication management, and more.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I haven't found a feature to dislike, if anything I continue to discover more features offered to help serve me in my role!

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me specifically, it helps in gauging and getting a true measurement of employee engagement, including providing info to better assist in measuring intangibles like pulse/health of an organization.

Automation of answers and build of analytics

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Support is slow and does not coordinate between themselves (communicating customer/request status).
When there were problems with credit card acceptance, I was not supported properly despite requesting urgency and efficiency. Not even an apology for the trouble

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need for DYNAMIC engagement measurement and the continuous diversity of metrics, success factors on acting on time on identified improvements
The 2nd problem is quick, "templated" surveys on hot topics (employer branding, communication issues, etc) and/or deep dives on specific improvement areas to do rootcause analysis
Benefit: when analyzed and acted upon quickly, we saw with 1 customer an increase of 30% in engagement in 6 months

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Before OfficeVibe we held periodic pulse surveys which were infrequent, tedious and a little light in terms of useful data. Now the information is frequent and rich and provides us with actionable staff insights. The ability to have anonymous feedback means we are hearing a lot more about topics that staff feel are important. As a management team, we can then address these immediately. This pulse check and feedback loop have paid dividends with our NPS trending upward and our staff rating all areas of the organisation "in the green".

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There is not a lot to dislike. The rate of development is excellent, and many things get implemented just when we, as an organisation, get to the point that we want to start using them. It's like OfficVibe is bugging our HR meetings! We say "wouldn't it be good if we could ..." and it appears in OfficeVibe.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small team which means people are less likely to say what is on their minds if it seems like they are rocking the boat. OfficeVibe gives everyone a voice and allows management to respond quickly with actions. We had some staff issues that were not known until OfficeVibe allowed them to be brought to the surface. These have been addressed, and our NPS score has shot through the roof.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The extended question pool, based on a validated model of Employee Engagement and the strong reporting capabilities available within the tools.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Limited options in customizing the question pool (as we would sometimes like to add a cultural flavor or add new questions to prevent survey fatigue).
Also, working with their API to take data out of the tool (e.g. for using in other reporting outside Officevibe) is rather cumbersome.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using the tool we are constantly aware of the engagement level of our employees (at the company level as well as in specific working groups) and the potential demotivating factors so that we can act in time to prevent further consequences.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like the honesty and anonymity system that Officevibe provides. With this genuine feedback, management can work to improve internal operations and ultimately create a better working space for the team.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Team members have the option to send another team member a "Good Vibe". I think this should be displayed for the rest of the team to see. It's a proud moment for the recipient, so it should be shared. In doing so, it would be nice if team members could see all the members of the organisation. This is especially handy if your organisation has several locations.

Officevibe is creating a better working space for the team.

Pingboard is extremely user friendly and provides a great visual for the entire organization. It had some nice integrations to other apps.

As an admin, the website at times was a bit clunky. A lot of bugs.

Biggest problem it solves is for providing an excellent visual for the org chart for the entire organization.

The tool is very intuitive and the UX is really good. The insights we are able to gather from the data is available is really helpful and giving us a good indication of how we can help our team

The meaning of the different area's could be more prominent. When we discuss as a team we are sometimes having to spend some time understanding what is actually meant by the different categories and sub-catergories

The interface is very easy to navigate and user-friendly. The team adores the language used in the surveys and emails: it is open, encouraging and informal, which helps encourage the team to participate and be honest. 
Another WOW is the Good Vibes cards; amazing to see weekly compliments swapped between close and far away colleagues. 
The section of 1:1 templates is useful for HR purposes.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Customer support was not very helpful when we had just started to use the platform and needed advice and tips for navigating the platform. Instead of expected expert advice, we simply received a generic article link that did not correspond to our request.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the level of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the work aspects, so we can react efficiently; listening to open questions replies and understanding the local teams alignment with the company's purpose.

I like that it is completely anonymous. I have submitted feedback that I would have never submitted if my name was being shared, and my colleagues feel the same way. This way we can honestly share what we think with our superiors.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It is a bit annoying getting offers for the surveys as often as they come up. Not sure if this is a setting that my boss enabled, but I get a notification every week and I'd rather get one every other week because a lot of the feedback I leave ends up being very similar since things don't change too. much from week to week.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Officevibe is solving the problem that I don't feel comfortable sharing my honest feedback with my superiors all of the time, and it is giving me a way to share my honesty without fear of being retaliated against or looked at differently.

-Difficult to interpret results for small total org teams (around 20 or under) with mostly partial responses over a 6 month period... the ebbs and flows of results are natural and sometimes finding out what issue areas are can be difficult

im not really sure - the pulse check customization for custom surveys are really great and exciting. I believe those will help our team more than the current overall pulse check given our org size

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It is a very user-friendly tool for HR, Team Leads and employees to have a real-time view of the Employee Engagement regarding specific metrics and be able to make plans give quick responses and keep connected with what people are thinking, and feeling inside the organization.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I miss having access to averages of the metrics. It always shows the TODAY or VARIATION metrics.
Not having the option to export the data (graphics) it would be very helpful for external reports across organization.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having instant access to feedback at a global level allowing us to identify possible tensions in the teams.
Also to have specific metrics to evaluate aspects that normally are a bit less tangible and being able to make decision or make recommendations across different levels of the organization.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Officevibe is the single best tool we have in our HR tool belt. It allows us to get in front of problems before they become systemic. It helps us identify trends tied to culture, and allows us to always be making our workplace a better place to be. It's one of the few pieces of software I actually ENJOY using.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Honestly, I have no complaints. I'm excited to watch this software continue to grow and develop. It's always getting better and that's something I can't say about many of the HR tools.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowed us to master the remote setting. It's an extra set of eyes and ears in an environment where we need as many as possible. Not to monitor our people, but to make sure we're listening. and truly "seeing" them.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I love the eNPS side of the software, I personally use the data from there often in my job as I work in HR, so I like to keep a check in with all the teams and this allows me to do this very easily.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I'm not a huge fan of the 121 feature, as an admin of the system I would expect to be able to see everyones 121's in the team but I can't so it makes it a bit harder to keep a track of who has had 121's from their managers and who hasn't.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to keep having touchpoints with our teams and it's allowing our managers to have a better insight to their teams and if there are any trends going on in that month.

I like that I can get a fairly accurate picture of our employees' daily engagement. The comment section also allows for a discussion. It is another conversation channel with our staff.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The benchmarking tool is not very user-friendly. I would like to be able to see my organisation in comparaison with multiple others. Right now, this is not possible.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed for a current view, and perception of our staff issues and mobilization. Before, we could rely on a yearly survey (is so!). The picture we were getting became old rather quickly.

OfficeVibe's ability for anonymous 2 way feedback has helped us re-engage our teams. We have seen a massive upturn in our engagement and has put the power in the hands of managers.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Manually maintaining team structures through a bulk upload could be done better. It would be great if all users and settings could be exported to csv and then altered and uploaded again.

Low engagement and remote team management and feedback collection. We have had a big improvement in engagement and eNPS. The team is now thriving and productivity has increased.

Great for getting a quick overview of the team's pulse and being able to investigate issues with personalized questionnaires and anonymous chat for employees! The addition of Good vibes is really awesome for recognition :)

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Nothing in particular. You just need to know that it's an advantage and not a way to manage human resources. There's nothing like a real in-person discussion to get the true picture. Also, there's always the issue of having a good participation rate. When the same questions come up often, employees can get tired of answering them.

Allows to confirm intuitions about the overall well-being of employees and to target our weaknesses to address them and then track and analyze the effect of the improvements implemented.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Softstart has a really intuitive interface and makes it easy to create onboarding tasks for new hires. It also facilitates scheduling meet & greets, which is super helpful. Their customer service has been very responsive and helpful, particularly in helping us to understand when new features would be coming online.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There are some minor quirks, like when scheduling a meeting through Softstart it would be helpful for the description to sync over to the meeting invite itself.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to have a platform that would allow us to have a more consistent and scalable onboarding experience for our new hires. Softstart has enabled that and we've gotten really positive feedback from the new hires who've used it.

The organization of the app, teams, departments, and people makes it easy to keep track of everything. 
The Templates are great for One on One's, it takes the guess work out of some repetitive tasks.

I don't have any dislikes at the moment. This provides insight on things that I might have otherwise overlooked.

It is very easy platform for onboarding the employees and it has very nice features which make it easy to work on this platform. It helps schedule everything quickly.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It hangs a bit while working with a lot of stuff and takes a time to load all the stuff together. It is not available on phone otherwise it would be a altogether good platform.

It helps connect our whole team together easily. The meeting scheduling feature is very nice and it is easy to track the whole team and process together and at one time.

The comaprison analysis is brilliant. We can choose the data period. The questions are simple and objective. We can send reminders to the inactive members. Employees can post their feedback keeping their identity concealed (anonymous feedback).

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The free version does not allow to use all of its features.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The employees can freely submit their feedback anonymously. Officevibe gives a month on month comparison on the various parameters is very helpful and gives the HRBP an eagle's eye view on improvement scpoe.

I would like to have a different survey setup for the Management level but Officevibe uses the same questions across tall levels.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

We use 3 platform. One for our internal training needs (Entreprise) . One 'à la carte' for our small clients with punctual needs (Standard) and finally one for our larger corporate clients with more than 25 users (Entreprise). The "zoom" like training is also very efficient (we have done many seminars of 4-10 users).

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Not much to write here except we would appreciate a way to have user parameters to 'save" data export profile. Also a quicker like to access the planned video training

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to keep all trainings at one place, to generate steady revenue, to allow many roles and permission levels. The system is simple enough that it does not require high computer knowledge.

I wish that there was more accountability for the managers.  I wish the surveys were available for us with all access to see. I wish that that surgery's were sent out together beginning of the month. Also because we have a small management team I wish I could shut surveys off for them.

The sheer amount of data that is collected, and the breakdown of different questions you can see in the surveys. I also love the anonymous feedback option, giving a voice to all team members - including the more shy ones.

The OKR function isn't 100% user-friendly in its setup. I also think the tool would be a full package with other HR functions - like performance reviews (180, 360).

Accurate, constant temp check of team happiness and culture, eliminating the problem of employees holding back from employers out of fear/power difference. Great templates for 1-on-1s for new managers who need more guidance and structure.

Easy to use and set up, the reports are clear and of high quality, it gives real insights and the fact that it's truly anonymous help to make sure we know the truth from all the employees

Even if it already has a tool for 1-1s, it would be nice to have a calendar synced automatically with Google Calendar and Zoom for managing invitations and recurring meetings within the app

Get to know our team and gather important insights with their intelligent questions that track which categories need to be further scoped. Automatic surveys started in Slack are awesome and no-brainer.

There are definitely some additional benefits of officevibe that we have no clue how to use. I wish they would reach out and explain and walk us through the process a little bit more.

Officevibe helps with the communication between our team members and our senior leadership. The feedback we receive (which is a lot) is answered by our partners and HR staff and we respond to everything. Our team members like that we are listening to them and making changes.

I would say that the OKR part does not reflect what we need. There are many reports missing, as well as an overview, and a connection with the manager (it seems mostly linked to team objectives).

To understand well, anonymously, what is happening in the company. It's also good for providing statistics on which to base future actions.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It's really easy to set up your course. I quickly was able to create my course. There's a range of options (quizzes, files, videos, images etc). Also very easy to modify or switch modules. I like that there's a free option (you only pay a fee when you sell a course) so it's a no-brainer. 0 financial risk.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The login process is sometimes confusing for older or less technical users. You need to create an account before you buy the course. It would have be nice to create the account while you buy the course.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a low cost solution to propose my courses to the public. I didn't want to pay super high fees for a course that I didn't know if I was able to sell to people.

I think team members enjoy having the option to submit anonymous feedback. I also like the option to send out additional polls when needed. Being able to download reports to excel is nice too!

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

We get lots of complaints that questions are too repetitive. We try to explain the reasoning but I think this contributes to the large number of inactive participants we have each month.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wouldn't say there is a problem that Officevibe is solving. It is just an added benefit to our employees. Unfortunately, many remain inactive and don't participate.

Easy for employees to use. Managers can see where they need to spend focus to increase their employees well being. Employees feel secure with the anonymity piece.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Integrations for provisionings don't have a lot of customizability. Hard to gauge metric scores to a point in time. Difficult to organize teams that have under 3 members to gather the best data.

Officevibe is helping us with understanding our eNPS. Their 10 metrics encompass a wide range of areas and help us to know where to spend time focusing on to encourage employee growth.
