**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Having all of my team's comp consolidated in one place allowed me to dramatically speed up my compensation

easy-to-use platform provided great clarity to me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I cant say there is anything I dislike about Barley.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing! OfficeVibe is great as is and the best employee survey system I've used

Employee Engagement and freedom to share ideas and concerns anonymously

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Know in real time the appreciation of colleagues about their company.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I would like to be able to select the data, dates, and be able to export everything as an Excel or PDF file.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allow us to have the correct time and to become aware of information that we would have difficulty obtaining otherwise.

 ### 5. Simple, easy and effective.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurence A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It's simple, so our employees tend to use it even if we're using the plateform since a few years and that it has lost the novelty effect.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It's challenging to take action on continuous feedback or moving metrics.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Putting numbers where it's difficult to have some (HR)

 ### 6. Excellent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2024

 ### 7. Got us out of spreadsheet

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Beautiful UI and great customer service. Implementation was very intuitive and they helped us through the whole thing.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Would appreciate more report features, as well as more flexbility on comp cycle sand boxes (like being able to unlock them).

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualization and understanding of pay bands

 ### 8. works fine

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

the attention of the team and willingness top help and adapt to our needs

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The product itself is missing features like backing up the review to the previous manager if not correct according to policy, and the uploads of bands is only done by the barley team on massive terms that is hard wit we need changes

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organizing the compensation review for the company on the same place and being able to preview the budget according to the increased % rules

 ### 9. Excellent service, easy to use, very helpful for our customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie-Eve P. | Directrice membership et partenariats, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The platform is really well designed and it answered all our needs.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Nothing, really. I have an excellent after-sale service if anything is not as easy as it should be (and most of the time, the problem is on my side, not on them's).

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training my clients about the angel investment theory.

 ### 10. User Friendly and efficient!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

This is my first time using Pingboard at a company and honestly, it is one of the better org charts that I've used in a long time. I love how you can search for employees in a variety of different ways and have it in org view and single view.

When I need information quick, it's easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Although I love the overall view of pingboard for the org chart, it does zoom in and out fairly far. I find myself toggling in and out to get all of the information that I need. It would be great to have the system have a list of solely names and titles.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The org chart is a game changer. It is often difficult with other platforms since it lags with employee information, but Pingboard has been great for our company since we are close to 1000 employees.

 ### 11. Workleap review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Definitely customer service, ease of use, ease of implentation

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Not as broad as other solutions (skills tables by example) but they're working on it apparently, and on the expensive side

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating an efficient knowledge base, managing certifications, monitoring training completions, etc

 ### 12. Great tool, has provided our organization with a lot of valuable, actionable information.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Having the pulse survey report has been very valuable when communicating with executives as I can now speak in numbers and have visuals to the health of our organizations culture and engagement.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I find some of the features when trying ot make updates or see an employee list difficult to navigate too and I had to do some reading and attend the webinars to learn how to do some of the tasks.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee Engagement, we now have numbers to take to executives and it has allowed us all to be on the same page on what we need to improve on within our organization.

 ### 13. Excellent way to automate culture checkpoints

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio A. | Chief People Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Excellent UI, non invasive for employees. It enables us to have a helicopter view of the cultural health of the business, and it got employees to provide good feedback to each other with the vibe cards on a constant basis. It's now part of our routines.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Would appreciate an integration with Factorial.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Culture health checks, employee recognition, custom surveys, engagement...

 ### 14. Great initiative to have healthy teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin Jafeth A. | Inside Sales Team Leader, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The great interest in achieving horizontal feedback in the areas, effective templates as well

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

A little more development in the Spanish language

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to anonymously know the performance of the leaders and subsequent hierarchies

 ### 15. It's really helpful, but I don't know if I'd pay for it

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John O. | Board member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It has a really nice chart to display the way the company is organized, who does what, and who's the person in charge. It also lets you see relevant info about every person inside the company, which is really important for remote-only or hybrid companies like mine.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I think the app should have more features to make it more appealing. I'm pretty sure I'm one of the few people at my company that actually uses Pingboard and understands what it is for.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work at a remote-only company with 250+ employees, so it lets me see and understand the way the company is organized, who the leaders are and who they are in charge of. It also shows me some info on my coworkers.

 ### 16. Great way to manage team sentiment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

That I don't have to do much other than read.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

That I don't know who is saying what since it's anonymous.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

knowing where issues are arising

 ### 17. Great feedback and leadership tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Understanding, in real time, how your teams are feeling about their work, the company, their peers and you as their manager

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There is nothing I don't find useful with Officevibe

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The gap we had between our company strategy and the employee understanding and engagement in said strategy

 ### 18. Best online training platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline L. | Formatrice en chef | Responsable communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Friendly-user
Easy integration of content

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Certificate features
Online calendars unavailable

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy connection with our customers and employees for training needs

 ### 19. Helpful, but also tedious

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bianca G. | Technical Writer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I specifically recommend Softstart's collaboration between HR and the employees. It really does minimize paperwork, keeps records, and bridges the gap between upper management needs and HR's abilities.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The only thing I would change is the engagement activities. Starting up can be a process all in its own, and Softstart, though it has great ideas, sometimes can overwhelm HR with all the extras.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduced time wasted on paperwork and communications between myself and upper management. It has allowed me to keep records a lot faster and hire quicker, as well.

 ### 20. Good, but anonymity needs to be displayed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Regular surveys, short enough to keep people doing them

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

People don't believe it's anonymous - can this be shown more?

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting an overall feel for the happiness of the staff

 ### 21. Painless tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I have to do almost 0 efforts while Officevibe is keeping me well aware about the status of my team.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Actually nothing that I can say I dislike.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me insights about how my team is doing.

 ### 22. One of the most useful tools for HR!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Interaction with users through feedback

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Language management for questionnaires

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Get an idea of the real "mood" of the employees in our organization

 ### 23. Good product, valuable insights but could offer more reporting functionality e.g scheduled reports

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Good layout, valuable insights.
Graphs are intuitive

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Been able to scheduled reports to managers for their individual teams eg enps would be helpful

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How engaged our employees are, areas managers need to improve

 ### 24. Great way to evaluate my company while staying anonymous if I choose to.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan J. | Account executive, Hospitality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The interaction between the executives and staff, the ability to shout out individuals and acknowledge where they've helped me and my every day educations within the company

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It's a bit harder to navigate on mobile than it is on desktop/laptop. I know it's a nitpick considering all the good it's done but that's about the only difficulty I've found here.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving me the ability to anonymously evaluate those in places far above me gives me the feeling that they are truly listening. Especially when I get replies from as high up as CEO

 ### 25. Easiest way to know who's who

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily D. | Freelance Photographer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

In a remote workforce situation, we constantly need to know who is who...especially in a global organization. Pingboard makes it super easy to take a peek at org charts & reporting structures to make decisions on who to go to internally for certain topics.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There's really no downside that I've seen. The only thing that might be of note is that its celebrate/shout out feature might be redundant depending on the rest of your org's tech stack.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very global & dispersed workforce, so I use Pingboard better to understand our org structure & job roles/responsibilities. Its pretty basic & there is no learning curve, so anytime I need answers its easy to find them.

 ### 26. Amazing tool to understand/capture employee engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Manager, Talent & Culture Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

it is simple to use, user friendly, the configurations are mostly done for you but you can also do some customization if needed, it saves us so much time and provides great insights

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

sometimes comments can be a bit rude from individuals as the tool is anonymous, its not directly related to the tool, but something to be mindful of if you are reading the feedback received

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

getting some information that employees might be too shy to share directly with their managers or hr. it gives us great insight on many data points that are very useful in our internal discussions

 ### 27. Get your employe Information and profile with its Amazing Chart Feature

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiwani B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It provides a customizable chat that visually represents the herrrical structure of the team and department. It provides a centralized library to get the employee information complete profile. It provides the communication and sharing feature to make groups and share documents with teams.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The reporting and analytics features are not much advanced in it. Integrating it with other tool create an issue.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides the communication and sharing option which helps to communicate with teams easily the share the spreadsheet with them. It helps me to send the necessary information to new em[ployees. and also helps to track their status.

 ### 28. Great engagement monitoring tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Easy to use. Quick survey. Friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Nothing specific. Very complete product

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a constant pulse of global employee engagement and satisfaction. Employees feel we are giving them an opportunity to share their satisfaction level, comments and concerns.

 ### 29. Great insights for reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I love how easy it is for the surveys to be sent out and for feedback to be received. The insights are great and Im really able to tailor down my feedback for where to work from.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I would like the ability to customise a bit more within the onboarding surveys, I would also prefer if you could send out ad hoc surveys that aren't attached to the larger surveys.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to understand how people in the company are feeling and where they want to see improvements and changes. We're much more proactive using this software.

 ### 30. No Support, Plenty of Bugs

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry Y. | Director of Technology & Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Org Chart is intuitive and easy to use.
Great "who is who" quiz to help onboard new employees.
Meeting notes are a nice implementation.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Support is terribly slow.
So many bugs:
- Multiple google workspace domain doesn't work
- 1:1 meeting doesn't sync with the right Google Calendar events
- We don't even have the Google Calendar integration settings available to us for some reason

Dropping my review: They require a 30 day cancellation notice even if you are on a month-to-month plan, ridiculous.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Org Chart

 ### 31. I'm glad we can keep an eye on how people are feeling in our company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander B. | Head of Experience Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The survey is straightforward to complete, and we tend to get pretty high completion rates. People are encouraged to leave qualitative feedback anonymously (but with a chance to receive a reply from managers) and this has led to a lot of useful conversations that wouldn't have happened otherwise. Managers find the tool easy to use and we often look at specific areas to focus on. We recently started using it for company and team OKRs too, which seems better than putting it all in a spreadsheet.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The functionality for managing individual goals and 1-to-1 meeting agendas/actions is a bit inflexible, and people have struggled to adopt this in our company. Managing OKRs is a new functionality and has some limitations too, especially when trying to reset/revise OKRs every quarter.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Officevibe helps all managers in our company, all the way up to the leadership team, get regular feedback about how people feel while working here. We look at patterns as well as individual anonymous feedback to understand what we can do better.

 ### 32. Reviewing Softstart as an onboarding tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason Pierre S. | Director Business Solutions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Softstart is visual and offers many interesting templates to get you started. The activity plan is available in both list and calendar mode. Many graphics and icons make the experience quite intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Somewhat harder to get an entire hiring group involved. This is not a showstopper by any means, but when using the tool as only a participant of the onboarding process in one or two activities, sometimes the sharing aspect is less convivial.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this new reality of remote work, bringing new teammates on board to the company and ensuring a quick and welcoming experience is key. A service like Softstart enables this by scheduling all the of the various events and activities upfront - this way, no one is left behind in their first days or weeks.

 ### 33. It is pretty good, easy to use and fast to load

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gus B. | Senior Customer Support Agent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It is very user-friendly; it took me just a day to learn how to use it and navigate its different features; compared to other solutions, it is pretty straightforward and faster.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Actually, I can't recall disliking something specific about it, maybe the way the company structure diagram was presented; you had to zoom in and out constantly when using it.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It proved helpful when trying to check your employee information and update your data in just minutes; how the org chart worked is good but can be better. Other than that it was a great experience.

 ### 34. Became Top 10 Places to Work using this software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darrell K. | CEO | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

We love OfficeVibe. The feature we love most is the insights/statistics it provides daily, allowing us to track all areas of our business over time. We use this to manage areas we need to work on, find out which departments are doing well (or not) and fix critical issues within our business. We are a power-user of OfficeVibe and have been able to obtain a ranking of Top 10 Places to Work by using the information it provided our management team.I provided a video review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcizT-SOt9w

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

We find the 1-on-1 templates/scheduling a bit clunky so we use other software to do that. I love their action items, but we've never quite figured out how to make the 1-2-1 review work well.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OfficeVibe if fixing multiple issues including:
1. Fixing inherent issues - We can see if the problems reported are company-wide, dept-wide or just with one person.
2. Annonymous feedback - This allows to collect real feedback from everyone without needing to ask for it.
3. Dept Management - we can tell how our managers are doing with their own respective groups in the 10 identified areas within OfficeVibe.

 ### 35. Great visual guide to Organizational layout as a whole

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Whenever I need to find out information, such as who is someone's Manager or who is a colleague of another teammate, I know I can use Pingboard to find this information quickly and easily

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Sometimes it is not easy to find individuals once the organization is large enough. When the group was around 300 employees, it was easier to navigate than when we hit 600

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's sometimes difficult to find the exact employee you are looking for, especially in a large organization. This is where PingBoard makes it easy to search for employees by name, with a visual Org Chart.

 ### 36. Meaningful Engagement & Feedback from Employees!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joy W. | Human Resources Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The user-friendly interface, combined with the analytics, makes this a quick and helpful resource for us. It's easy for employees to engage with and insightful for the employer.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It's harder to get useful analytics for our smaller teams. Officevibe requires a minimum number of employee responses before it provides any gathered data. This makes sense to safeguard anonymity and ensure that employees feel safe sharing their feedback. However, for a couple of our smaller teams/departments (4-5 people) it withholds all feedback sometimes if 1-2 people don't participate in a survey. We mostly have great participation, but when someone goes on vacation, for example, and skips a survey, we lose out on the whole team's feedback.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Originally, we started using Officevibe to track our eNPS. But we soon found other very meaningful (if not MORE meaningful) insight from this engagement tool. The ease of picking a number on a scale from 1-10 is a super simple ask from an employee, so they can fly through the survey without feeling like they're wasting time. Officevibe intuitively brings up a unique question specifically related to a participants numbered answer. This question is an open ended "write in" question that digs in deeper as to why they chose that rating. Since there are on 1-2 writein questions, employees aren't overwhelmed by the survey and actually take time to give us valuable, more detailed and often actionable feedback. Then, as managers respond to employees' survey feedback, employees start to see the impact of their engagement, it perpetuates a continual cycle of meaningful feedback and engagement. When we first started using Officevibe, we'd get short written responses from employees (a few words, often a single fragmented sentence) But as employees felt heard and valued they began typing in more detailed and meaningful input. We've made a lot of positive changes in our company processes that were initiated from employee feedback in our monthly officevibe surveys!

 ### 37. Feedback anonymously

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul B. | Coordinador de Servicios, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It asks specific questions that helps me to get a feel for how people feel about their job and the office as a whole and it does it in a quick and easy way

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Set up could be more user friendly and intuive.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

yes.

 ### 38. Connecting Remote Coworkers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I love that Pingboard makes it easy for me to find out who I should reach out to and let me catch a glimpse of who I'm reaching out to. In our remote work world, I struggle to know who works in other departments, but Pingboard makes that much easier.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Pingboard could use a UI update. I'm new to the software, and I'll admit I'm not aware of how long it's been around, but it's aesthetically dated, in my opinion.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pingboard makes it easier for me to identify coworkers in other departments.

 ### 39. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivali K. | Inside sales specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

its attractive, user-friendly and quick. I like its design and concept and it help me in providing surveys regarding my company. Helps is expressing my views with the management

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

it does not engages us and also I feel our management gets to know about our comments

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps me provide my views on the organization like how I feel about the company and the scope of improvement. My company takes our feedback seriously, so it is helping alot

 ### 40. New Hire Onboarding!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Softstar was amazing for onboarding new hires into our organization. As a smaller entity, it was a way for us to adequately use technology to help us with this endeavor.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There's honestly not a ton to dislike about Softstart. The implementation process was honestly a bit slow, but then it was super easy to use and grasp once we were moving again!

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have the time, money or internal resources to satisfy our onboarding needs. We needed a cost-effective solution, in the form of technology, that would help us with onboarding and onboarding needs.

 ### 41. Limited app but great in what it's for

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allan Francisco J. | Senior Human Resources Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I think the best feature of Pingboard is the ease of creating an organizational chart and the simplicity of updating it. You can easily create and update your organizational chart with a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

What I dislike most about Pingboard is the limitedness of the app. While it's excellent in what it does, its usability is very limited. For example, it has the ability to acknowledge good works of co-workers but it does not have the ability to provide tangible rewards.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us,m it helps us create an organizational chart that can easily be updated whenever an employee is hired or when someone resigns from the company. We have used this as well when we needed an org chart in pdf for our data room.

 ### 42. Great, easy to use tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen P. | VP, People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

OfficeVibe is very easy to set up and has a seamless integration with slack which makes it simple and straightforward for my employees to access. I also love the reports feature- it allows me to see the trends over time and really focus on the areas that need improvement them most.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

OfficeVibe doesn't have as many capabilities from a reporting perspective as some of the other more complex tools out there. There are others that offer more robust performance management and OKR tool, but they do listen to feedback and are continuing to make improvements.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping a pulse on the team can be a challenge, having an avenue where people can provide anonymous yet segmented feedback has helped us to uncover specific areas that we need to focus on for the right teams.

 ### 43. What A Time Saver!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** felix f. | HR Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Our HR team has saved at least 3 hours per week since we started using this tool. Gone are the days when we would repeat the same information week after week. With the arrival of Softstart, we have built our video bank of information for new employees and we can now spend quality time getting to know them better and answering their questions. The fact that employees have access to so many files and information before their first day makes their arrival much easier and they can always refer to them if they have any questions. In addition, the onboarding templates save a lot of time in planning!

We also use it with employees who have been with our company for several years. If an employee has to go out and do a few tasks on a big project, Softstart maximizes access to information and provides all the context needed to do the job effectively.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The management of our files in the library. I think we're used to using folders rather than tags, but that's a detail and it's easy to adapt quickly.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softstart provides a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new employees. It makes it easy to coordinate all tasks and clarify the expectations of everyone involved. It is also a tool that we continually feed and that becomes an important foundation in the company.

 ### 44. Pingboard Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Pingboard offers a seamless and intuitive team management solution. Its employee directory provides a comprehensive overview of our organization, fostering connections and promoting collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Sometimes the platform is slow and experiences significant lag, which makes it frustrating to use, especially when trying to access important information quickly.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the standout features of Pingboard is its intuitive employee directory. It provides a comprehensive overview of the entire organization, complete with detailed employee profiles, contact information, and even custom fields for personalization. This directory has become an invaluable resource for our team, making it incredibly easy to connect with colleagues, locate expertise, and foster a sense of community within our organization.

 ### 45. Handy way to see who you are working with

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The interactive org chart is very helpful, along with the search capability. It is nice that you can search off of free-form entries as well.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There seems to be a lag with the auto-updates between our HRIS and Pingboard. Employees who have left often remain as empty boxes for a while.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping figure out who is in what team, in what office, and what their expertise is in.

 ### 46. Great Feedback Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I love the pulse surveys that get sent out. It encourages employees to share information with their team managers while maintaining anonymity. You gain great insight into how the organization is doing and how it can improve.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

They have a newer recognition feature. It's quite surface-level right now. I would love to see development with that to utilize it with our organization. Reporting could also be improved.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us gather feedback on how we can improve our organizational culture.

 ### 47. The MUST HAVE tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milagros D. | Workspace & Wellbeing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Being able to measure important insights of the teams, and to have the visibility to act on them in consequence.
The feedback feature is essential for us to continue improving our ways.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Some companies like ours have different levels of management, and that can be tricky when the chart is created with the teams, subteams, and segments. If you do it right, it's super helpful.
On the other hand, with some teams, we have more struggles than others when it comes to replying. And sometimes 2 pulse surveys a month can be a lot for them.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- The visibility of wealth from the teams.
- The insights from the different perspectives
- The picture of the status of the different teams
- the eNPS metric

 ### 48. Best Onboarding Solution!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristine S. | Business Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Softstart brings our onboarding to life. It takes the overwhelm out of the process that every new hire must go through to be successful. We can easily organize tasks in sequences that make sense and update items for each unique individual who comes on board.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I think that every system has caveats, however, Softstart has always been transparent and has never overpromised on something they cannot provide. I do wish we could leave start dates TBD until we have a firm date. We work in an industry that requires background checks and sometimes those dates do fluctuate and we have a moving target for start dates.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system allows up to create a flow for onboarding tasks. The number of items to take care of a new hire can be overwhelming and this system breaks it down into many weeks. We have received great feedback over the last year using this system from our new hires and managers. The sheer ease of use makes this even more incredible.

 ### 49. Love Officevibe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara G. | Area Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Officevibe helps increase office morale and allows managers to learn where they could improve their management skills. Another great feature is the Good Vibes. Staff and management love using this feature to recognize their peers.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

We haven't found any downsides to Officevibe. The price tag may be steep, but the value you receive is worth it. Some staff does not participate because they don't trust it is anonymous, but that is not an Officevibe issue.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Officevibe allows staff to rate many different areas and share feedback on many topics. Staff feels like they are heard, and when they see management taking action on their feedback and concerns, it increases morale and the likelihood the staff member will stay with the company.

 ### 50. The best tool for ensuring a happy workplace where senior managers can take positive effect.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurtis M. | Communication & Engagement Coordinator, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Officevibe has helped us monitor our employee engagement but, most importantly, helped us make a workplace where people enjoy coming to work. It has also been great to track key company events and the positive effect these events have on engagement and mood. We also love the recent addition of the Good Vibes cards, which have increased recognition across the entire business, especially across different departments.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

One downside is that some of our teams are small, which doesn't allow us to track the data, but it's understandable that they wouldn't be anonymous.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping to solve the problem between managers and employees. Managers better understand how their teams feel weekly, and employees feel more inclined to give regular and honest feedback.
