UKG Ready Pricing Overview

UKG Ready has proven to be a reliable all-in-one platform for our organization. We utilize its HR, Time & Labor Management (TLM), Points, Accruals, Payroll, Tax, and Leave modules, and everything integrates seamlessly. The system is user-friendly for both administrators and employees. I find the employee self-service features particularly effective, as they significantly reduce administrative workload. The navigation is intuitive, allowing users to locate what they need with minimal training. I find UKG Ready to be a fairly easy platform to navigate, and it's fairly intuitive. It stores a lot of information, which makes it a good resource. Additionally, it's just easy to interact with. I really value the payroll processing capability, as it helps streamline our complex payrolls. I also like the time and attendance functionality, which allows us to create a good structure for our hourly employees to check in, clock in, and capture their time appropriately. I feel the UKG Ready app is a little bit cumbersome to navigate, and it's not the most user-friendly. I also wish that there was more self-service, and I didn't have to fill out cases or service requests to make changes to my instance. The initial setup was incredibly cumbersome and not fun, lasting a very long time, and I felt that the implementation partners were not as helpful as I would like.
