# Using calendar in Kronos in other applications

Is there a way to have the calendar which display time off requests flow into calendars such as Apple Calendar or an Outlook Calendar? The ability to sync these together would be tremendously helpful.

There is an iCalendar attachment option available within Notifications.
When a time off request is approved, for example, a notification can be triggered. Most notifications are sent in the form of emails and there is an option to add the notification as iCalendar attachment.

Did you ever get any good answers here. I would love for time off requests to flow to the calendar (outlook) as showing OOO.

It appears you can export calendar data from KRONOS Workforceready but I have no experience doing it.
If you type this into the help, there is some information about exporting: "Exporting Date-Specific Reports to Mail Calendar Clients".
