**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

EverythingBenefits simplifies and automates the registration process, which minimizes HR staff workload and makes it simpler for workers to sign up for insurance.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

EverythingBenefits because of issues with the integration between their system and your payroll system, which can make things difficult and time-consuming. Additionally, you have found that sometimes it is more effective to communicate through phone calls rather than emails in order to resolve issues and clarify information.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EverythingBenefits reduces manual updating labor expenses and mistakes. Before EverythingBenefits, we manually updated our operators every week, resulting in missing and inaccurate data. It makes monthly data uploads easy and precise.

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

We no longer need to manually send data to our carriers, this is uploaded weekly out of UKG.
Our Benefit Carriers receive all tiers of coverage and dependents- this includes, medical, dental along with vision to another carrier.  Dependent information is pulled from our HRIS (UKG) to include, DOB, SSN, and gender. 
The information provided to our carriers also includes Cost centers which helps our finance and accounting team with reconciliation of invoices across all of our office and facilities.
Our Retirement plan provider receives employee information such as date of hire, date of termination, date of rehire as well as all hours worked and pay information to ensure compliance.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

Our Client Success Rep has changed multiple times since implementation and the response time has also increased.
We have a 360 feed that comes back to us from our Retirement Plan and this has not always been timely.  We had several issues with setting this 360 up and we felt that our Customer Representative did not understand the complexity of the file or the compliance issues surrounding the importance of accuracy and timeliness.  It took us several calls and emails to get resolution.
As of recent, we have struggled to get timely responses from our Client Success Rep.  I recognize that team are busy but we have gone days and even more than a week before a response has been received.
When an issue is occurring on a file feed, the trickle down effect can be detrimental to our employees and to our compliance and I wonder if Everything Benefits has lost sight of the importance of their role with organizations such as ours.
We have had to reach out to our Customer Success Manager as UKG on different occasions due to the untimely responses from Everything Benefits.
I would recommend Everything Benefits over our previous EDI carrier but I would share our stories of struggles.

**Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:**

I would recommend that others speak with Everything Benefits about their timeliness of responding and if they have a guaranteed time to respond based on the recent struggles we have had to get timely responses from our Client Success Rep.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to manually submit information to our providers via an excel spreadsheet.  This was a timely process as we had to ensure that termed data was being sent along with any new or changing data.  This also meant that life events would be sent manually via a spreadsheet as well.  Open Enrollment was also processed to our carriers via an excel spreadsheet but this is now sent to our carrier through the secure file feed.  we have several carriers that data is sent to weekly.

*My team is still relying on pulling files from our retirement platform because we don't have full confidence in the data coming back to our HRIS on the 360.

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

EverythingBenefits has really helped make my job easier and keeps me assured that our clients' benefit information is being sent to their carriers without fail each week. They are very helpful with any questions I have and will do their best to assist me in resolving any errors or discrepancies as soon as possible. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly team that is always happy to assist, and their management is amazing!

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

Sometimes emails aren't answered right away, which is normal for any business, given that they have many clients they are working with. However, if something is urgent and you give them a call, they will almost always answer right away.

**Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:**

They are a very knowledgeable company and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have some clients who are not very good with the manual process of keeping things updated in our system in regards to benefits. Having EDI feeds makes for a much cleaner and simpler process for our clients and when our clients are happy, we're happy!

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

I really appreciate their customer focus. I love the fact that if I have a question or concern about Everything Benefits I can reach out to our Sr. Customer Success Specialist and she is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

There is not much that I dislike about Everything Benefits. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that if there was an error with the file feed, I may not know until a day or so later. However, on the rare occasion that this happens, I appreciate the fact that my Sr. Customer Success Manager is very helpful in getting the matter resolved.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently administer benefits at our company and Everything Benefits allows us to leverage our HRIS and avoid having employees enroll into several different vendors during qualifying events and open enrollment. The benefits are an improved employee experience and time saved.

We work with Everything Benefits because they are able to fill a gap in communication between payroll and benefit carriers.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

Everything Benefits needs more support staff as their resolution turnaround time is too long.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EDI feeds and the ability to pull data from our benefit enrollment and populate the carrier forms for small business clients is a HUGE help. That automated communication between payroll and the carriers is very important to our clients.

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

The ACA compliance tool - The team helps walk through all errors.  The forms are all done and sent out in a timely way.  I also love the reports that are sent to our providers.  This is pretty seamless. 
I also feel that the quick solutions have helped us a great deal, if something is wrong it is corrected quickly.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

The cobra site is a bit difficult to read all the effective dates and paid through dates. It was confusing for our past employees at first but it seems to be moving smoothly now.  The reports seem to be a bit difficult to find all the information in one place when I get calls about cobra.   I loved the addition of a one point person contact that was added,  At first it was just a general email.

**Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:**

I would recommend EB to others especially those who are using Kronos.  I believe that made all the difference for us when we added the new HR system.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am working with EB on our enrollment process now.  Hope to improve the ease and understanding when changing benefits.  This is something new we are reviewing.  We may also look into the 401k piece in the future.

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

My weekly feeds go thru without any issues to all  of our benefit providers.  They send the updates for changes my employees have made, new address, qualifying event changes, etc.  Really makes for a peace of mind that weekly all of my needed updates are sent to each of them.  I truly appreciate the TOP NOTCH assistance I receive if there happens to be any issues along the way.  Everything Benefits does a GREAT job!

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

Everything Benefits does such a wonderful job that it is truly hard to mention many complaints.  They do a wonderful job and are one of the best investments we have decided to make.  I do not think you will regret your decision to bring Everything Benefits on board!

Everything Benefits has done a WONDERFUL  job with all that we have need on our weekly benefit feeds.  I appreciate the attention to detail we receive whenever we encounter any issue.  Which are few and far between by the way.  Makes me feel safe and secure knowing my company is getting great support.

I would definitely recommend Everything Benefits.

Oh my goodness, the amount of time and effort they save me by the feed going thru with the changes each and every week.  They have proved their worth over and over again to me.

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

I like that there is a dedicated EDI Specialist for each client, but that there is a team support model where someone else on their team can jump in and assist if the specialist is out or dealing with a high volume and needs some help.

I also like that they are very responsive, a much better response time than working with the carrier EDI specialists directly.

I also like that they follow up consistently with the carriers when waiting for a response, and they copy me in on the communications so I know the status of everything.

I have had a very positive experience working with everyone from the Everything Benefits team.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

This isn't necessarily a failure on the Everything Benefits side, but very rarely we may run into a situation where their system cannot pull or populate something from my system that would make things easier, but that is most likely more of an issue with the export data that is being sent by my payroll system, so may be more of a wish list to have my system be able to send more fields to their system in case they are ever needed.

I have also learned over time that sometimes rather than communicate through email mostly, it is sometimes better to just jump on a phone call to work through a file topic as sometimes things get lost or miscommunicated or misunderstood through email.  So this again is not really a dislike for the EB team, but rather a lesson learned that if you think it warrants a call just call them and talk through it rather than exchange emails.   Sometimes a 15 minute call clears things up and things get resolved quickly.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem solver and main benefit realized is that we are helping our clients get their employees enrolled with the benefit carriers with very minimal work required on the client's end.   Other than the initial carrier implementation calls where we are just talking through the process and confirming details, the client is able to just step back and allow Everything Benefits to take charge and work directly with the carriers to get the EDI files configured and up and running.   From that point the client has no work to do in order to have employees successfully enrolled in benefits, other than approving the employee's enrollment elections in the payroll/HR system.   Clients really like that they have very minimal responsibility and action needed to get employees enrolled in benefits.

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

I like that my systems can speak to each other.  I generally can be hands off and not worry about whether or not the information is making it from my HRIS to my benefit vendors.

I like that it only takes 1 person to run the system.  I can let my other HR reps do their jobs while 1 central person takes care of the benefits.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

Communication with my EB rep is not great and it usually takes several attempts to get a full answer or the correct answer.  On multiple occasions I have had to go to the next level to get my concern fully addressed.

**Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:**

If you don't like the person they assign to help you, don't hesitate to ask for someone else.  When we were assigned someone new, we should've just asked for someone else.  They attempted to help him help us, but as time has passed, we thought things would improve but it really hasn't gotten much better.  Looking back, we should've insisted.

As far as using the system, we have 1 person (me) do the administration and 1 person who does the day to day work.  You really don't need more than that, it more or less runs itself, you  jut have to double check it.  No system is perfect.

I currently have no problems being solved.  The benefit is that everything funnels to 1 place now.

I like the customer service the best. you guys value customer experience as much as we do and its refreshing to see. Anytime something might be wrong/off, I email support or one of your support team and I get timely responses fixes. 

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

sometimes forms are off but they are fixed quickly. things happen, I get that but its how things are addressed handled afterwards that matters. 

**Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:**

EDI feeds are great along with their implementation teams. Customer service is very responsive but the forms lack a little bit of functionality and can be very frustrating to use at times. When things do occur though, they are very good about responding and trying to figure out what the root of the issue is and how it can be fixed and prevented in the future.

turning small company experience into a bigger one. it allows clients to appear full EDI and tracks everything. the EDI feed experience is also very pleasant and everyone has been great to work with.

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

A low cost option for our carrier EDI Feeds! We currently enter all changes weekly in our HRIS. This has caused errors and taken valuable time away from other tasks. EverythingBenfits is able to provide this service at a reasonable price and save us time and allow for accurate data transfer.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

Having to sign up over six months before we implemented. (paying step up fee so early) We signed with Kronos over six months before we were scheduled to be able to implement and had to sign with Everythingbenefits at the same time to receive the discount. Sales were great and the discount was worth it. Our sales team ensured that we understood al of the features and their benefits and did not try to force us to view and purchase items that we already had with our new Kronos system. I appreciated their honesty and genuine desire to help make sure that we had the correct product to meet our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:**

EverythingBenefits  will make your life easier by taking care of the carrier connections. The sales and implementation team are a dream to work with. Not high pressure and very helpful. Frank answered all of our questions along the way.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are eliminating the labor cost of monthly manual updates and the errors associated with these manual updates. Prior to securing EverythingBenefits we had to manually update our carriers each week. This allowed for data to be missed and or entered incorrectly.  EverythingBenefits  allows for a seamless and accurate upload each month. It also takes care of our bi-directional feeds as well. We are excited to finally have the feeds that we have needed for years.

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

The EB team is very responsive and very capable.  They have worked with us every day to customize a product that works for our administrators, unique benefits, and our clients.  We came to them with a very tight timeline from implementation and OE and they have been incredibly available to make sure we hit the mark.  My favorite thing is how willing development is to continue working with us after the initial roll out to optimize the platform.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

This is less a dislike and more of a "be careful what you wish for."  When I say that their portal is HIGHLY customizable I mean it.  Some companies may be fine with a more pre-packaged, out-of-the-box solution.  If you have unique requirements though or operate in a complex benefits environment (like a PEO or conglomerate) this is a great solution.  You MUST know you benefits and processes inside and out and be very much in the weeds as your product is built.  They will develop almost anything for you, but you need to know to ask for it.  Think of it like this - some users love Apple because it's easy out of the box.  Other's with very particular needs and preferences may opt for Linux.

Our last BA platform was very restrictive and also unresponsive when thing went wrong.

Working with Everything Benefits as been like working with members of my own company. They are always fully engaged in projects and go above and beyond to help.  They stay on top of projects and are always open on providing progress updates whenever needed and are always quick to deliver them. Their Management team is always so helpful and is always willing to try and accommodate special requests as they come up.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

I would like to be able to run more specific reports. For example progress reports per client per carrier would be extremely helpful vs only having access to the full report sent weekly that includes all clients.

**What do you like best about EverythingBenefits?**

I enjoy how much easier Everything Benefits makes my day to day benefits administration tasks.  This has helped me free up time to work on other projects.  Everything Benefits has helped me automate most processes in benefits administration for our company.  Any hiccups are quickly addressed.  We enjoy the product so much we are looking to utilize it more in the upcoming year with ACA reporting and possibly taking over our open enrollment from our current system to the Everything Benefits system.

Overall the system has made my day to day easier and I truly feel I would not have been as successful administering our teams plans without the help of Everything Benefits.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

Our team does not have any real complaints with the Everything Benefits tool.  As with any new program there is a learning curve to how the process will work but once you have that down its very easy.  The process from feed build to go live can be daunting but our contact Lauren has been very hands on and helpful.  Any issues we have come across she has addressed in a timely and professional manner.  She truly makes doing my job easier.

One issue we currently have is a file feed for one of our carriers is taking quite a long time to setup.  We have had one file feed that was a very easy, quick setup and this file feed is taking quite a bit more time to come to full fruition.  Even through the whole project, Lauren has been instrumental in keeping us on track and heading in the right direction.

**Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:**

Be sure you have time to work with Everything Benefits and the carriers to implement the platform.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything benefits has helped to automate our changes to our current plan carriers, whereas before I had to do everything manually.  They offer a ton of first class assistance through building the file feeds and are very hands on from start to finish. once your team goes live with their product   We have found that overall the tool has been an A+ for our company.   Since implementing the Everything Benefits platform our records have never been more accurate and our benefits administration is easier than it has every been.  Our team is hoping to add the ACA reporting in the near future since we are so pleaded with their benefits administration tools.

we implemented EB in 2020 to reconcile invoices from more than 10 benefits providers. For the payroll we use UKG (ultipro). We were using excel spreadsheets before, super time consuming, we can now reconcile in less than 15 minutes and generate follow up reports very easily

Their support team is amazing. The integration with our HRIS system makes managing the carrier connections easy.

Because they are growing, I may not get immediate responses on my tickets, but they are always helpful and resolve my issues promptly.

No manual entry for benefit enrollments, 401k enrollments come directly to the system for approval and their COBRA admin service is a real time-saver.

EB Just handles this very complex process without us having to hire the technical resources to build our own EDI Files, 401(k) Files, COBRA Files, etc.  Their processes are robust, there's accountability built in at each step and the results are fantastic.

There's nothing I dislike about Everything Benefits.

Everything Benefits allows our clients to seamlessly integrate their critical employee benefits data directly with their carriers. We're using the self service wizard as well as the Benefits Reconciliation. I find the Benefits Reconciliation very helpful, it saves me a lot of time and it also eliminates a lot of reporting I used to do in the past such as self audits etc...

Everything Benefits is very easy to do business with and has done a great job of building connections with the leading carriers.  Their team is responsive and are always available to assist.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

I can't think of anything that I can say I dislike.  They are on it and we enjoy working with them.

We are not currently working on any problems.  Partnering with Everything Benefits has allowed us (Workforce Go!) to be competitive by tieing in their services with our HCM suite.  Without their partnership, we would be at a significant disadvantage in the marketplace.

EB sends data between different systems seamlessly. The user interface that Everything Benefits designed inside our payroll system is great. I really enjoy how they took the time to lay out all portions of the key components.

The testing process takes a little while but otherwise it is great. In order to ensure the setup is done correctly and in a timely manner, takes a lot of communication however it is quite necessary to provide a terrific solution.

Definitely a great choice! If you are tired of building out custom exports for your clients, you will love this option. Consider going with everything benefits to keep your clients extremely satisfied.

EB Has taken a great load off our plate! One of our clients recently signed up with Everything Benefits and so far they are enjoying the system and the process very much! There is even an option to have single sign on links directly from our payroll system. This allows the clients to access EB with ease.

Everything Benefits has streamlined our benefits administration process. In the past there was manual data entry for more than 7 different benefit sites, leaving much room for human error, missed applications, incorrect plan elections, etc. The time EB has saved us is tremendous!

Sometimes getting a response or hearing back from a specific department can take a while or persistence. The customer service aspect was top notch at first or during our implementation but has seemed to wane here a little bit now that we're established.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our cobra administration is superb. I love the automation and automatic notifications. They only email initial notifications but will send out via postal mail the cobra notices once a termination or resignation, retiree, etc takes place.

I work for a nonprofit and, as a result, I wear many hats. Before EverythingBenefits, I was manually reconciling our benefits invoices. It would take days (literally) and all our invoices were not able to be exported to a spreadsheet. Once we implemented EverythingBenefits, what took me a week now takes a business day. I also identified over $200K in billing errors this plan year.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

The only thing I do not like is that the system times out quickly. Also, the process of adding new employees can be cumbersome. The support department was able to help with that.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EverythingBenefits helped me identify several errors with our billing. We currently use the system to reconcile medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, and our ancillary plans. By using this program, I found several employees that terminated that were still on our invoice and was able to identify issues with the file feed from our HRIS.

With Everything Benefits our clients are able to enroll the new hires and do their annual enrollments electronically.  This eliminates paper and allows us to import in the employees elections, eliminating data entry errors.  They also have a great Benefit reconciliation program that allows us to make sure that we are collecting and paying the carriers correctly.

**What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?**

There is not a downside to using Everything Benefits.  Once you commit the time to setting it up everything just works.

I recommend that you get a demo and sign up for Everything Benefits to make your Benefit Administration easier.

Everything Benefits solved the scanning and storing of paper enrollment forms and also the data entry of the benefit elections made by the employees.  This allowed us to be able to enroll people quickly and not make and data entry errors.

The services that they provide have been very good and have done everything we expected, however, the best part has been their support. Rachael, the CEO has personally responded to my inquiries many times, not to mention very quickly. If there ever is an issue she makes sure it's corrected and then follows up with me. I just met my new account manager today and she seems to be of the same quality. Definitely recommend.

While automation has become less complicated, things still take time. Most of the timelines I deal with are delayed by lack of communication from other parties, but I have not had this problem with EB. They respond - even when they do not know the answer - they continue to update and let you know what they are doing, trying, and if they feel there are other options.

We are a third party provider, so some of the answers to the questions provided will be based on one client, not our entire group.

Automating the records was easy with the right communication and information. The system is user friendly, the team is more than supportive, and they are able to teach and empower their clients to use their system to its fullest.

I appreciate that they find ways to accommodate clients of all size and the ease of getting new clients setup with their carrier connectivity feeds. Everyone at Everything Benefits has been great to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. We utilize their integrated Cobra Administration services as well, which is a huge value-add for our clients.

Integration with payroll system of record and carrier(s) make it easy to track all benefit changes and update carriers without logging into multiple sites & manually updating.

When using Forms vs EDI carrier connection, accurate mapping to forms has been 50/50.  Typically, the EB support team can resolve these issues fairly quickly, but other times we get tossed between a few different reps and have to re-explain the issues which can be frustrating

**Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:**

I would suggest you have a solid understanding of how fields are setup in system of record in order to translate the EDI mapping provided by EB.  Some carriers may require additional information to be sent via EDI, which will require understanding where EB is pulling this information & what fields you are able to utilize that will be picked up on the EDI.

Ease of enrollment/changes to carriers. Having an automated connection with carriers ensures timely updates, removing the potential for human error/delay, and saves our team time from doing these updates manually with multiple logins.

There are some clarity and transparency concerns that leave the whole process a little fuzzy, which makes troubleshooting somewhat difficult... and we struggle with cost and timing concerns in comparison with some other EDI options that our clients have access to.

**What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many clients are working towards are more streamlined and automated HR/BenAdmin workflow, in which EDI's play a big role; so it is beneficial to have this service available to offer to eligible clients as an integrated feed. However, it has proven challenging to try and make so many systems work together, when each system has its own set of requirements and limitations. We have learned a lot, and continue to brainstorm new ideas every day. It is an ever-evolving product.
