I would even say that the learning curve is non-existent. The punches are also recorded accurately and is very easy to escalate when there are any issues with a punch. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** The only thing I dislike is that it does not show the time off balances for compensatory days accurately. This might be due to internal changes, but I would like for it to show every type of time off. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved the problem of correcting incorrect punches and requesting time off. Before I had to fill a time-off form and send an email for both time off request and when correcting an incorrect punch. Now I only need to submit a request and everything else is automated. ### 2. I could go to my HR department and get all the information but now it's at my fingertips. My punch times, my payroll history, points. I can view all my vacation times and put in for it on the app. I even have access to my W2's. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** All the layers of security. I think it's excessive and over the top. Every sing lady you have to get codes and verify you are you and it doesn't recognize your device even though you use the same one. I also wish there was an option under position transfer to change the selection going forward. I got a new position this May and have to change the position every time I want to clock in.
