Some of the reports looked nice and they did help us customize the reports to our needs. But they were the only ones who could edit or modify reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many things we dislike about this product. First, we were told many updates to their software were coming in the next 3 years. The administrative side is a clunky Citrix application into a Windows 2003 Server. They promised the whole application would be moved to the web version in 3 years. After 3 years, they said "We are now starting the 3 year process to move it to the web, but will first focus on other areas."
Security is an issue. Windows Server 2003 has been unsupported and vulnerable for years. They use an old version of Joomla for one of the web version products which is outdated by 6 or 7 years. Another vulnerability.
Reports look nice, but run clunky.
The teacher side is buggy, does not always work, is slow to perform, and loses data that teachers have entered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
