"Simple & User Friendly"

What do you like best about Frontline Central?

I used Frontline when I was a high school Spanish teacher. Everything was very easy to find and all the appropriate fields were there. I like how there is an option for notes to Administrator as well as notes to Substitute. The ability to add attachments is very helpful, since it can be difficult to get documents to the sub. I also like the option to choose either a half or full day absence and the ability to view previous absences. I also appreciated the ability to select a specific substitute by name. What do you dislike about Frontline Central?

I can't think of anything I would change, honestly. The app is very user-friendly. I mostly used it on a computer, so I can't speak much about the mobile experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navigating frontline as a new user is difficult to do. There are many tabs and options to click and get lost. Obviously, with time, this improves. Sadly, the first few times, the platform is overwhelming. There is no tutorial either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Frontline Central?

What do you dislike about Frontline Central?

I have had to ask the HR person to figure out what the difference is between "internal coverage" and "double coverage". It would be helpful if it were explained in a drop-down box Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Frontline Central solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past we were using paper timesheets and they were difficult to fix if you made a mistake. You never really knew if all of your time was accepted or rejected, but with Frontline, you can look it up. I like that the timesheets are turned in once a week, instead of at the end of the month. It's easier to keep track that way.

Please note, I can't submit a screenshot of me on Frontline because my computer is messed up and won't take a screenshot. I previously did a review and tried to upload a picture of me using it but it said the file was too big. I received the gift card so I guess it was okay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Frontline Central?

What do you like best about Frontline Central?

Frontline does a phenomenal job with data validation in its system. Regardless of whether you are using the ERP or SIS, the application has assurances that prevent users from entering data that would cause errors in state reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frontline Central?

The main complaint is the page reloading, everytime you select a different element on the page when searching. It is annoying to say the least especially when it doesn't automatically place focus in the next field that require a selection to complete your search criteria. Recommendations to others considering Frontline Central:

Look at all that Frontline offers; they have many applications under their umbrella that work well together. Some of their apps may replace something you already have in place that will save you some time and energy when integrating external applications with their system. What problems is Frontline Central solving and how is that benefiting you?

Frontline has helped us make our state submissions "cleaner" because we can spend more time addressing discrepancies before they happen because of the validations in place. None of the products talked to one another and there was a need to enter data numerous times. The platform was not user-friendly and after 16 hours of training, I still felt confused I have mastered numerous HRIS systems and still had trouble following the program.
