Great Dashboard and tool to manage traffic and sales **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Dayna P. | District Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024 **What do you like best about RetailNext?** It gives traffic and security access all in one simple dashboard **What do you dislike about RetailNext?** It will sometimes be delayed when unchecking and checking different locations or multiple locations when it recalculates totals and information. **What problems is RetailNext solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows real time numbers for customer traffic in all my retail locations so when complaints of slow days are there, it allows me to review that. It also gives me information so I can manually calculate conversion for our traffic into sales. ### 2. Added benefits when it linked to EAS events, Single Sign-on and Ping ID. Customisable options are helping us a lot to work towards reducing shrink **What do you dislike about RetailNext?** Nothing major to dislike but buffering issues are a concern to look at. Probably this is common as like in most video management applications when you use it remotely, **What problems is RetailNext solving and how is that benefiting you?** Retail Next is helping us to reduce Shrink and analyse patterns of Theft. ### 3. This is an advanced system - not for everyone.
