What do you dislike about RetailNext?

It will sometimes be delayed when unchecking and checking different locations or multiple locations when it recalculates totals and information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RetailNext?

I like the dashboard, Analytics and Security events apart from the video management. Added benefits when it linked to EAS events, Single Sign-on and Ping ID. Customisable options are helping us a lot to work towards reducing shrink Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RetailNext?

Nothing major to dislike but buffering issues are a concern to look at. Probably this is common as like in most video management applications when you use it remotely, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RetailNext?

The diagrams and analytic tools are very cool and visually pleasing. I'm torn in between - the numbers you can get out of this are insane, the type of demographic insights you can get out of this are above any other system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RetailNext?

The solution is very expensive - we're talking expensive cameras, expensive software subscription (thousands monthly if you want good functionality). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
