Like any company, there are always opportunities to improve—especially in a fast-paced technology environment—but I view those as challenges to take on rather than negatives. What I do appreciate is that Zonar keeps innovating and evolving to meet customer needs. I enjoy working in environments where processes, technology, and expectations are continually improving, because that creates real opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution. We use about 6 different elog system for our various regular carriers and zonar is by far our favorite. Easy to use, excellent reporting features in web version. their teams are amazing at customer service and taking feedback and actually implementing feedback from their customers.
