“Google Workspace Keeps My Day Organized with Seamless, Connected Collaboration”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like best about Google Workspace is how easy it is to use across the workday, especially in a role like mine where I need to stay organized, communicate clearly, and move between different tasks quickly. As a Mental Health Case Manager, I regularly rely on Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Google Docs, and it is helpful having everything connected in one place instead of switching between separate platforms. It makes scheduling, team communication, note-sharing, and document collaboration feel much more streamlined.

I also really like the overall interface and aesthetic. Everything feels clean, modern, and intuitive, which makes it easier to find what I need without wasting time. That may sound minor, but when you are using a platform constantly throughout the day, the visual simplicity and layout make a difference. Google Workspace also works really well across different devices, which is a big plus. Being able to access the same email threads, calendars, files, and meeting links easily from my laptop or phone makes it much easier to stay on top of things when I am not sitting in one place all day.

Another thing I find valuable is the real-time collaboration. Google Docs in particular is useful when working with teammates because multiple people can edit, comment, and review information at the same time without version confusion. Overall, Google Workspace has been one of the most practical and reliable parts of my day-to-day workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The integration is a strength overall, but there are moments when settings, permissions, or file locations are not as immediately obvious as they could be. In a fast-paced role like mine, even small delays in finding the right document or confirming access can be frustrating.

I find that the mobile experience, while very useful, is not always as smooth as desktop for tasks that require more detail, especially when reviewing longer documents or managing multiple tabs of information at once. Another minor issue is that shared Drives and heavily used folders can become visually crowded over time if teams are not consistent with naming and organization. None of these are major problems, and the platform is still very reliable overall, but there is definitely some room to make navigation and file management feel a little more streamlined.

On the onboarding side, Google Workspace is relatively easy to get up and running with because the tools are familiar, and in my experience it does not require much training to start using core functions like Gmail, Calendar, Meet, and Docs effectively. In terms of AI, features like smart compose, suggested replies, and other built-in prompts are helpful for saving small amounts of time throughout the day, especially when handling a high volume of communication and routine documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace is solving a lot of the day-to-day coordination problems that come up in a fast-paced work environment. In my role, the biggest benefit is having communication, scheduling, meetings, file storage, and collaborative documents all connected in one system. It reduces the need to jump between disconnected platforms and makes it much easier to keep track of emails, calendars, shared notes, and team documents without losing time. That has a real impact on workflow because it helps things move more efficiently and keeps communication clearer across teams.

It is also especially helpful for collaboration and access. Being able to work in the same document with other people in real time, join meetings quickly through Calendar links, and access files from different devices makes the workday feel much more organized and flexible. From my perspective as an end user, the value comes from how much time and friction it saves in everyday tasks. Pricing and ROI are not really areas I am directly involved in, since I use Google Workspace through my employer rather than being part of the purchasing or decision-making process, but from a usability standpoint it has been very practical and reliable. “A smart and reliable tool for hassle free scheduling and makes meetings much more efficient”
What do you like best about Calendly?

I like Calendly for the convenience and time savings it brings to scheduling. It turns a usually slow and repetitive process into something quick and seamless. Instead of exchanging multiple emails to find a suitable meeting time, we can simply share a booking link and let others choose from available slots, making scheduling much more efficient and far less frustrating. I appreciate how easy Calendly is to use, with a clean, straightforward, and simple interface that both our team and external contacts can navigate without confusion. Setting it up and managing it requires minimal effort, which is especially useful in a busy work environment where speed and clarity matter. I also value the professional experience it creates, making the booking process look organized and polished, which is important when scheduling with clients, candidates, or partners. Additionally, it helps us stay more structured internally by ensuring appointments are clearly arranged and easier to manage, reducing scheduling stress, and creating a more organized and professional way to book meetings. It's a simple tool, but it has a big impact on daily productivity and communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Calendly works very well overall. But there are a few areas where it could be improved. At times, some of the more advanced features can feel limited unless you move to higher tier, which may not be ideal for smaller teams or users with simpler needs. It would also be helpful to have even more flexibility in customization, especially for branding, booking pages, and meeting workflows. Another area for improvement is how certain settings and options are organized. The platform is generally easy to use, but some features can take a little time to locate or configure properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Calendly to streamline meeting scheduling, saving time and reducing the back-and-forth emails. It simplifies appointment management, prevents overlaps, and creates an organized booking process. This helps us stay on the same page, making scheduling efficient and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive, Powerful AI Studio Backed by Elite, High-Touch Support”
What do you like best about Qualified?

The combination of a sophisticated AI Studio and a truly elite support model. The product itself is intuitive and powerful, allowing us to build our digital SDR and navigate complex conversations with ease.

However, the standout has been our Success Architect, Jake Di Noto. Jake doesn’t feel like a vendor; he feels like a core member of our team. He is incredibly responsive, lightning-fast with technical execution, and possesses the strategic intelligence to anticipate our needs before we even voice them. Having a partner who is as invested in our "Go-Live" success as we are has made all the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

The platform is deep, which means there is a learning curve to mastering every nuance of the AI Studio. However, this is entirely mitigated by the high-touch onboarding and the wealth of available resources. Any initial complexity is quickly resolved through their proactive support. What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qualified gives us a 24/7 AI presence that qualifies intent and books meetings in real-time on our website. This helps us move from a "fill out a form and wait" model to "instant conversation and booking." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“SurveyMonkey’s Built-In Analytics Turn Responses Into Clear Insights”
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

The most helpful aspect of SurveyMonkey is its ability to turn responses into clear insights through built-in analytics and reports. It allows users to easily track responses, analyze trends, and visualize data using charts and summaries. The platform also supports different survey formats and distribution options, which makes it convenient for collecting feedback from customers, employees, or research participants. Customer Support is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

One downside of SurveyMonkey is that some advanced features and detailed analytics are only available in the paid plans. In the free version, there are limitations on the number of questions and responses you can view, which can restrict more complex surveys. Additionally, customization options for survey design could be more flexible in certain cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

SurveyMonkey solves the challenge of efficiently collecting and analyzing feedback from a large group of people. Instead of manually gathering opinions or responses, the platform allows users to quickly create surveys, distribute them to different audiences, and automatically collect responses in one place. This helps save time and ensures that feedback is organized and easy to analyze. For me, it is beneficial because it provides clear insights through reports and visualizations, making it easier to understand trends and make informed decisions based on real data. “A complete facility management platform”
What do you like best about Archie?

The analytics dashboard is important for us so we can see which parts of the office are being used most and when we may hit capacity in the future as we grow. The actual booking and visitor registration functionalities are good too, I'd say the platform offers a lot of flexibility and it seems easier to use than other options on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archie?

Custom reports have been upgraded and work well now, but were too limited when we first started with Archie. There are minor issues here and there, for instance settings there are not self-explanatory on what they do. Never came across any bug or downtime though, so that's great. Overall it's not super polished but all of the core features are robust and we can trust the platform to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously had little data on how much space we needed or how the facility itself should be configured. What we get from Archie still requires a lot of digging into the numbers but we are collecting very interesting insights. Employees and visitors never had problems using it, obviously this was very important for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. “A strong foundation for modern business operations”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 gives us a professional, all-in-one operating environment for email, document management, collaboration, meetings, and day-to-day business operations. Its biggest strength is how tightly the tools work together. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive form a connected ecosystem that makes it much easier to keep communication, files, and workflows organized, without constantly jumping between disconnected platforms. It has helped us operate more efficiently and present a more polished, enterprise-level experience both internally and externally. It also integrates seamlessly with our tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

Some parts of the platform can feel a bit fragmented, especially since admin settings, user settings, and security controls are located in different places rather than being grouped together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 addresses our need for a centralized business platform for communication, collaboration, file storage, and overall productivity. It enables our team to manage email professionally, collaborate on documents in real time, store and share files securely, and stay connected across different locations. As a result, we’ve become more responsive, reduced day-to-day operational friction, and built a stronger foundation for scaling the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

While Microsoft Outlook is a powerful tool, one drawback is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when managing a high volume of emails. Important messages can get buried if folders and rules aren’t set up effectively.

Another challenge is that the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, particularly for new users, which may create a learning curve when trying to use all of its features efficiently.

Additionally, occasional syncing delays between email and calendar—especially across devices—can be frustrating when working in fast-paced environments where real-time updates are important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Excel?

I like Microsoft excel because of its exciting features, and how can I say that they are so good because its been nearly 6 years I am using it, I am currently in college third year and I am using it since my class 11th, I like the features like organizing my class data since I am a coordinator, sometimes I make mistake for names then if i want to replace that particular word I can simply search that word and replace it everywhere and also it have features like formula where I can simply apply filter out peoples and it is so much beginner friendly anyone can easily use it. Microsoft excel is very easy to implement in my everyday class tasks it helps me organizing data and analyze them, and it is so much easy to integrate with other apps like Word, PowerPoint or outlook and talking about its customer support it is top notch I don't have that much complaint but twice or thrice i have received customer support within 1-2 days Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great tool for improving client experience and training”
What do you like best about Userpilot?

Flows and Spotlights are easy to use and provide great value to clients to ease their use of the software. One thing that sets it apart from Pendo, which we previously used, is the spotlight, which flashes on screen to have a bit more of a passive way to bring attention to a feature, rather than blowing up a message across the screen. UserPilot customer support has been great and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

When I have finished working with a flow and click "Next" I get a new tab with the UserPilot interface. And when I launch another edit window, I get a new tab with my product UI. This means I may end up with an endless number of UP and UI tabs open. I wish it would recognize that I already have the UI open and switch to that window, and revert back to the UP window when I am ready to exit the editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The time it takes to code help messaging within our software is not ideal. Having UserPilot allow us to reach clients directly almost immediately and solves many issues when it comes to communicating what is needed in a timely way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Essential Tool for Customer Order Notifications”
What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. Also, the initial setup was just creating a login, easy peasy. For my purposes, Waitwhile does exactly the job I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Waitwhile to alert customers when their orders are ready, allowing them to shop without waiting. It's easy to enter and edit customer info, helping us gather multiple customer orders efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive, Great-Value Recognition Tool That Fits Seamlessly Into Slack or Teams”
What do you like best about Assembly?

The interface is really intuitive, so you don’t need to go through much of a learning curve to start using it, everything feels quite straightforward and easy to navigate. It fits well with tools like Slack or Teams, which makes it more natural to use during the workday without having to switch apps all the time. In terms of performance, it runs smoothly most of the time, actions like sending recognitions or browsing rewards are fast and dont really lag. There are plenty of ways to spend your points, and sending them is easy and highly customisable, which adds to the overall experience. Pricing-wise it feels like good value, especially considering the impact it can have on team engagement and motivation. Onboarding is simple and doesn’t require much training, and support is generally helpful when needed. It also offers some insights into team activity and recognition patterns, which can be useful, even if the AI side of things isn’t super advanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I would like there to be more payment options for different countries, or for the option to use currencies other than the euro Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lack of recognition and low employee engagement, manual reward processes, and limited actionable insights into company culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
