“Calendly Makes Scheduling Simple with Shareable Booking Links”
What do you like best about Calendly?

Calendly has been helpful for scheduling meetings without going back and forth over timing. I started using it a few months ago, and the feature I use the most is sharing booking links because it makes it easy for others to choose an available time directly. It saves time, keeps meetings organized, and reduces confusion in scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

One thing I did not like much about Calendly is that some useful features are limited during the trial or free plan, which can make it difficult for new users to properly explore the platform before deciding to upgrade. For someone using it for the first time, a slightly more flexible trial experience would help in understanding its full potential more comfortably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly helps solve the problem of manually coordinating meeting times through repeated messages and followups. Before using it, scheduling meetings often took extra time because of availability confusion and back and forth communication. After starting to use Calendly a few months ago, it became much easier to share available slots and let others book meetings directly. The main benefit for me has been saving time and keeping meetings more organized. It also reduces missed meetings and makes scheduling smoother, especially when managing multiple conversations or client discussions at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless Google Workspace Integration for Studying, Writing, and Collaboration”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

As an undergraduate science student, Google Workspace is my daily lifeline. What I like best is the seamless integration between Drive, Docs, and Sheets. I rely heavily on Google Drive to securely store all my large wave optics and mechanics PDFs, along with high-res scanned copies of my professional sketches. Google Docs is incredibly versatile—I use it not only for drafting complex university assignments but also for typing out my original poetry and shayari before campus literary events. Furthermore, Google Sheets makes tracking my entrance exam preparation and organizing statistical data analysis incredibly organized. The real-time collaboration feature is an absolute lifesaver when my classmates and I are working on joint physics presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

While Google Workspace is generally excellent, there are a few minor drawbacks. Formatting complex mathematical and physics equations in Google Docs can sometimes feel tedious and limited compared to dedicated LaTeX editors. Additionally, the standard free storage limit fills up rather quickly when you are constantly uploading high-resolution scanned images of professional sketches alongside heavy academic PDFs. Lastly, the offline mode for Docs can occasionally be a bit clunky and laggy before it syncs back to the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary problem Google Workspace solves for me is digital fragmentation and data security. Previously, my academic materials (heavy physics notes, statistical datasets) and my creative work (original shayari drafts, scanned professional sketches) were scattered across various offline folders and devices, making them hard to manage and risking data loss. Now, everything is safely centralized in the cloud. It allows me to seamlessly transition from studying for my IIT-JAM exams on my laptop to typing out a sudden poetry idea on my phone. Additionally, it has completely eliminated the headache of version control when collaborating with my university peers on joint assignments, as we can now all edit a single file in real-time without emailing multiple drafts back and forth. “SurveyMonkey Makes Survey Creation and Analytics Effortless”
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

This is one of the best survey and response-collection applications I’ve used. It really helps me because it doesn’t stop at collecting responses; it also analyzes the data automatically. That makes decision-making much easier, since I don’t have to deal with complex formulas or functions like I might in an Excel spreadsheet. Instead, it generates and presents the insights I need, including trends and patterns. For example, when I receive a high volume of responses—like 1,000 or 2,000—the tool handles the analysis on its own and saves me from doing everything manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

In my view, SurveyMonkey’s biggest drawback is the set of limitations that come with its free version. For example, you’re restricted to collecting only 25 responses per form. Although the core tools needed to create a form are available at no cost, more advanced capabilities—such as detailed analytics—aren’t included and require a purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

SurveyMonkey primarily addresses a common challenge: people often have to make decisions—or, at times, simply take guesses—without having complete information. In many situations, gathering feedback is difficult. Whether in college or in a company setting, when we are developing a product, getting enough responses can be a real struggle. For instance, we were recently working on a research paper and needed responses from people. Similarly, while developing a doctor-consultation application, we again required user feedback. “Very impressed by Archie's product and team!”
What do you like best about Archie?

I had a great experience from the beginning with the onboarding team helping in any way possible to set up the product the way we needed. When it comes to the app itself, although it's not perfect it delivers a lot a value and there are new features big and small coming up frequently. We use it on one location for now and I'm very happy with the choice. Users find it very easy to use and the few times we needed help the support team was extremely nice and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archie?

Clearly some small things are not as polished and there are some settings that are a bit buried and hard to find at times, however the main flows work perfectly. I would also argue floor plans are not the easiest to edit, but once you get used to how it works it's okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main use case is resources booking at our workspace, we were able to customize the booking processes very easily, define policies and also add our brand to the portal. On top we also sign in visitors through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Do-It-All Forms and PDF Builder That Replaced Our Other Tools”
What do you like best about Jotform?

This platform is a do-it-all solution. First I set out to use it to collect basic information for intake/onboarding. Then I realized it could create PDFs from input as well. I have used it to replace a number of other different software options (including Adobe) since now I can build PDFs along a branded template right in Jotform. I felt like the product is excellent for the price, my only qualm is that I wish I could add a colleague to the account without needing an enterprise subscription. The UX can be a little tricky since there are so many options, and several of the options relate to different aspects of the same form/task - for example it's easy to accidentally switch between the form builder and the pdf editor. All that considered though, if you get lost, the AI builder is excellent at getting you back to where you wanted to go in the first place. The AI can even take a stab at building pretty accurate forms, and can answer questions about conditional logic/intent. There are tons of helpful integrations as well and I am looking forward to seeing how Claude can be used with the new integration to enhance overall performance of this tool with regards to my daily efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

Very little honestly. Performance is excellent. As mentioned, I do think the only flaw is that there are so many features it's easy to get lost in a feature you weren't looking for - but that's opened my eyes to the platform's capabilities so realistically not a bad thing. For the free/inexpensive plans (I'm on the Silver plan) there's no real onboarding or account-based support team but the AI takes very good care of any questions you might have. It's incredibly intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jotform is replacing email back-and-forth conversations in trying to collect the correct onboarding documents from our customers, saving us hours in admin time. Now we're using it as a contract-builder, wherein we can input a few details and produce a fully consistent and compliant PDF document to just pop into Docusign for signature. Overall this has made our processes way more user-friendly for both internal and external audiences, and has saved countless dollars in overhead/admin time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Qualified turns our high-intent website traffic into real pipeline”
What do you like best about Qualified?

What I like best about Qualified is how quickly it drives meaningful engagement on our website. The platform makes it easy for us to identify high-intent visitors and connect with them in real time through targeted conversations. Since implementing it on our site, we’ve already seen a noticeable lift in both engagement and conversions, especially from accounts that matter most to our business.

The flexibility of the experience is also a big plus, we can tailor messaging, routing, and playbooks to align with our GTM strategy without a ton of complexity. It also integrates seamlessly with our CRM, which allows our team to act on conversations immediately and keep everything tied to pipeline.

Overall, it’s been a powerful way to turn anonymous traffic into real opportunities without adding friction to the buyer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

Nothing significant so far. If anything, the challenge is making sure you’re fully utilizing all of its capabilities. It’s a powerful platform, and getting the most out of it requires some upfront strategy and ongoing optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qualified is helping us turn anonymous website traffic into real pipeline by enabling us to engage high-intent visitors in the moment. Instead of relying solely on static forms or delayed follow-up, we’re able to create real-time, personalized experiences that drive immediate action.

We’re also using features like Pounce to instantly alert our team when high-intent prospects are on the site, which allows our small but mighty Growth Team to jump on opportunities in real time and ensure no potential deal slips through the cracks.

On top of that, we’re actively A/B testing different conversion experiences, including a video modal versus a more traditional text-based chat approach. This is helping us better understand what drives engagement and conversions on our website.

As a result, we’re increasing engagement, accelerating speed to lead, and learning more about what actually converts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Beginner-Friendly Design Tool with Time-Saving Templates”
What do you like best about Canva?

What I like about Canva is that it’s very easy to use, even for beginners. I can create professional-looking designs, presentations, posters, and more without needing much design knowledge. The drag-and-drop feature saves a lot of time, and there are plenty of ready-made templates available for every type of work. I also like that it runs smoothly on both mobile and laptop, which makes designing convenient every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

What I dislike is, some of the best templates, elements and features are only available in the pro version. Sometimes it also becomes a little slow when working on large designs or when the internet connection is weak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of creating designs quickly without needing professional graphic design skills. It helps me make presentations, resumes, posters and other creative work in a very simple way. This saves a lot of time and effort and I can create attractive designs for both personal and professional use without depending on a designer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Feature-Rich, User-Friendly Platform with an Impressive AI Companion”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

It has pretty much every feature I need, such as screenshare, multiple invites, good host control as well. I love the whiteboard functionality since it serves most of my purpose of explaining notes or other things. The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive to understand. It performs well on my system with little to no lag. Since it offers both paid and free plans, it's quite flexible in terms of pricing and offers a great ROI. The platform is beginner friendly and does not require too much support to operate as well. The AI companion surprised me as I did not expect it to be this good, it was summarising meetings and even offering follow ups.It also integrates very well with other apps such as slack or google calendar so very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

The interface me sometimes feel crowded, there could be more integrations as well. for example, I feel that if integrated somehow with microsoft teams it would be much more helpful for my use case.I do notice some cases of lag while running zoom although the performance is mostly okay. The pricing also feels okay to me but the free tier meetings end every 40 minutes which is inconvenient. The AI bot has room for improvement too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of having too many disconnected tools by bringing meetings, chat, phone, and collaboration into one place. Instead of jumping between different apps, everything you need is in a single platform. It also addresses the challenges of hybrid work by making it easier for remote and in-office teams to stay connected and coordinate with each other. On the productivity side, its AI features like automatic meeting summaries and transcripts mean you spend less time on follow-ups and more time on actual work. Overall it saves time, reduces friction, and helps teams stay aligned regardless of where they are working from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Visitor Pre-Registration and Seamless QR Check-In”
What do you like best about FacilityOS?

It does everything and keeps me organized.

I really like pre-registering visitors. This process makes checking in visitors much more efficient. I believe that the visitors like it as well.

When I create the event, it gets added to my calendar so I know who is coming and when. The visitor receives an email and completes the registration via a link. It takes less than 30 seconds to complete. Everyone loves that it is quick because nobody has time anymore. It's great that I can tell that they have completed it. Once they have registered and receive their QR code, the process is seamless. If for some reason, they do not have their code with them, I can always print it and get them signed in that way.

I like that i can make the visits recurring and use the same code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

When some visitors come back, they are considered "Returning" visitors. I don't always have them pre-registered so they sign in via kiosk using "returning visitor" selection. It does not always work. It is not a big deal, they just sign in as new visitor.

the events do not clear when they are done. I am currently undecided if I want the past events to auto delete or if I want to keep them. My instinct is to delete them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about GReminders?

The AI Note Taker and the pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. These features save us a lot of time each day, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate them in advance has improved consistency and reduced the need for manual follow-up.

Customer Support has been very responsive in answering any questions that come up, and they were great to work with during our implementation of GReminders into our tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. It would be helpful to add OneDrive and Google Drive for Business as well, since those are the programs on our approved compliance list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The AI Note Taker and pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. Both features save us a lot of time, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate these ahead of time has improved consistency and reduced manual follow-up.

One thing I’m especially looking forward to is even deeper integration with Redtail CRM, which will make the workflow even more seamless for our team.

I use it to track links back to ghostwriting links on LinkedIn, blog posts, and articles. AI integration with Claude.ai with app development has been extremely helpful. The Receptionist is great for gatekeeping at the front door, whether it's for clients, guests, vendors, or even UPS delivery drivers. I appreciate that it is convenient and connects guests to the necessary people either via email or text, making it much quicker to alert someone that a guest has arrived. It's also easy for users or guests who come to the lobby and quickly alerts people that they have guests, making the process fairly seamless in that regard. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

The app seems to log out quite a bit. Sometimes I walk by the iPad, either in the morning or the middle of the day, and notice that we've been logged out. “Simplifying Goal Tracking and Peer Feedback Discussions”
What do you like best about Leapsome?

In my work, I use Leapsome mainly for performance reviews, goal tracking, peer feedback, and 1:1 discussions. Earlier, review comments and action items were usually scattered across mails or separate notes, which made follow-ups difficult during review cycles.

What I like most is that everything stays organized in one place. Before manager discussions, I can quickly check previous feedback, pending action items, and goal progress without searching through multiple documents.

During one quarterly review cycle, I used the peer feedback and praise features to collect inputs from team members, which made the discussion more structured and transparent.

I also receive reminders for pending reviews and feedback activities directly during work, which helps avoid missing deadlines during busy project schedules.

Another useful part is that review comments and summaries become easier to organize, so preparing self-reviews or feedback discussions takes less manual effort. The platform was also easy to start using because the layout and workflow felt straightforward even during initial usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

One thing I noticed is that when multiple review cycles, feedback forms, or goals are active at the same time, navigating between sections can sometimes feel slightly repetitive.

I’ve also faced situations where older meeting notes or pending discussion items continue appearing in later 1:1 discussions, which can create some clutter if they are no longer relevant.

Another small challenge is that some advanced workflows or customization settings take time to fully understand initially, especially for users who only access the platform during review periods Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

one challenge was keeping track of progress discussions, review points, and improvement areas over longer project cycles. Earlier, many discussions happened through meetings or chats, and after a few months it became difficult to refer back to specific commitments or feedback shared during earlier reviews.

Leapsome helped solve this by maintaining structured records of goals, feedback, and review conversations in one place. For example, during a recent review cycle, I was able to compare current performance discussions with feedback from previous quarters and clearly identify areas where improvement had happened over time.

It also made coordination with managers and team members easier because action items and review discussions stayed documented instead of depending on memory or scattered notes.

The reminders and tracking features helped maintain continuity during busy project periods, especially when multiple tasks and deadlines were running in parallel.

Overall, it brought better visibility to performance progress, reduced missed follow-ups, and made review discussions more consistent and data-backed over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media and online awareness sessions, so I regularly use surveys for patient feedback, weight loss consultation forms, webinar response collection, nutrition awareness programs and lifestyle related feedback work. Creating surveys, adding questions, editing forms and sharing survey links feels smooth during regular work. I use it frequently for health awareness surveys, consultation feedback forms and educational response collection. Different question types, rating options, survey templates and logic settings are useful because every health project and audience response form is little different.

I also like the reporting and analytics features because they help me understand audience feedback more clearly. It becomes easier to check which health topics people are more interested in and what type of educational content is helping them more. Response tracking and data export also helps while managing survey records and feedback reports together. performance has been good during regular use. Surveys load properly, response collection works smoothly and I did not face major problems while handling multiple forms together. Mobile survey experience is also good, so people can easily fill forms from phone during online sessions and wellness programs.

Features like survey branching, rating questions, multilingual support and customization are very helpful during clinic and educational projects. Customer support articles and help resources were also useful whenever I needed help for survey settings or form management. Overall, QuestionPro has been very useful for managing wellness surveys, educational feedback, patient response forms and health awareness projects in a more organized, smooth and professional way during my regular work. It takes some time to properly understand all reporting, branching and customization options. I also noticed that when many responses and reports are open together, the dashboard can feel little heavy sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simple but powerful tool for customer service at IKEA”
What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I love how easy it is to use Waitwhile and it seems to get better every year! In addition to alerting us to customer presence, Waitwhile also allows us to communicate efficiently with our customers via text. I can't wait to see what other features are implemented in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. A QR code would dramatically shorten times for us as well as provide improved functionality for co-workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aside from favorable interactions, our customer satisfaction depends on the speed and efficiency by which we are able to serve them. Waitwhile helps us communicate with our customer via text and alerts us to their presence in a timely fashion. Now that a serve/complete button has been implemented, I love that we no longer have to toggle between "Now Arrived" and "Now Serving" cues to click customers through. the platform may also be underutilized by certain teams or managers, which can create inconsistency in participation and recognition across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assembly helps solve the common problem of employees feeling unnoticed or underappreciated in the workplace. By creating an easy way for coworkers and leaders to recognize contributions in real time, it helps improve morale, engagement, and overall workplace culture.

For me personally, it provides a sense of appreciation and validation for the work I do, especially during busy or challenging periods. “Ease of Use and Incredible Support”
What do you like best about Userpilot?

I like how easy it is to use Userpilot; it's really simple to learn and start creating the solutions it allows. Additionally, it has incredible support for technical issues; whenever we request help, their support team is willing to assist. It's very valuable because, in case of doubts, queries, or additional support, we contact technical support directly and within a few hours, we have responses and even calls to resolve the concerns. This is very important to avoid wasting time and to make the most of the tool. I also like that with just a few clicks, we can create onboardings, step-by-step guides, or presentations of new tools and measure their impact on the user. The tool allows us to visualize the usage and events generated by users in their sessions, which is truly useful for making decisions and analyzing the usage patterns of our product. The initial setup was very simple; with support and a developer, we had the product up and running in less than two days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

There are many things they have on the web that they need to include in the app, such as adding onboarding or step-by-step guides. Their main need is really to strengthen all their tools so that they are available from the app, such as session recording, label events, step-by-step guides, onboardings, coach marks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Userpilot allows me to quickly create onboardings and guides, measure usability and impact on users, visualize user events for decisions and usage patterns. It is powerful with statistics and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
