Nothing major. It's a simple tool that does one thing. However, I prefer these days to use AI in my calendar. Calendly doesn’t provide much context around meetings themselves, which means it often needs to be paired with other tools for preparation or follow-up, and for rearranging everything. We can't read minds, unless we're some type of medium, can we? Collecting info can often be a daunting task for a business owner, but we need to know...am I giving my customer everything they want and need? I have learned more from completed surveys, perhaps it's the anonymity for a customer (that they know of), they speak more freely and answer questions. If you have 10 or less questions that need answers, you'll be fine with the basic plan. If you are looking for market research panels, unlimited responses, benchmarks, exported data, customization then my recommendation is the Advantage plan. Overall, you'll likely find everything you need with basic and it comes with survey analysis. It's really all I need, I try to create surveys quarterly, it keeps my crowd engaged and let's me know if I'm headed in the right direction. No monkey business, you'll like that! Canva works great for most day to day designs, but it does have limitations when it comes to advanced customization. For more complex layouts, detailed layer control, or heavy animations, it can feel restrictive. Also, some useful assets are locked behind paid plans, and large projects can occasionally feel slow. We frequently gather information that we need multiple people to be able to access and because of Jotform, we are able to do this quickly and efficiently and in a way that is simple for everyone. Jotform streamlines a lot of of processes including audition forms and gathering surveys and interviews from cast members. Having the ability to ask for file uploads for videos, photos, and documents is incredibally valuable so that we have all of the data in one place. And being able to allow people to schedule appointments is amazing - especially because the sign up/schedule feature is endlessly flexible and customizable. We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs. It has also allowed our front desk to see if we have trainings for the day and how many people we are expecting at different times which lets us know when it may get busy in the lobby. Although Zoom Workplace is powerful but some useful features are paid for example paid plans is the only way to remove 40 minute limit on group meetings. Also free plans allows you to record the meetings only on your own system, you have to buy paid plan in order to use cloud recordings. Before the Zoom Workplace we have to manully host the meetings, use different types of tools for communication and also everytime I have to switches the tabs in order to use my AI assistants. Since Zoom Workplace brings all these features into one work it boosts our productivity and saves lots of my time and effords. Zoom Workplace offers stable audio and video calls performance even in our weak office PCs before Zoom Workplace our system were lagging like hell but now they are working very fast since we dont have to open multiple tabs for different tasks as all of the taks can be done on one tab. I think the aesthetic of GReminder's booking page is rather uninspiring and lacks appeal. With other booking calendar tools, I've had the opportunity to influence how the booking page looks for my visitors. GReminders has been very helpful to me so far by sending appointment confirmations, which saves my staff from having to make multiple attempts to reach clients for confirmation. I wish that the user interface looked a little more modern/sleek. Sometimes it looks like an older or more boring user interface, and I think if they updated it something more in line with Gmail or just did a facial refresh, it would be even better. As it currently stands, it looks like something from the early 2000s. I understand that Outlook is probably geared more towards business professionals, so making something like fancy and cool isn't really a huge priority, I just think it would make the interface more fun to use and maybe attract more people to use it. It just makes doing my emails so easy. We all spend a ton of time sending and receiving emails, and Outlook makes that process so simple. It makes it so easy to store my conversations, and I can quickly access an old thread when I need to. I also really love that the @xxxxx.xxx is customizable. For example, I'm in law school and my email address ends with @wisc.edu and it's just cool that you can switch that stuff around so it's not like Gmail where everything ends the same way.

Also, when I was working as a life coach and running my own practice, Outlook was incredibly easy to sync up with Carrd, which was my website platform. The learning curve can be pretty steep. While basic tasks are easy, the more advanced features—like Power Pivot or complex nesting formulas—aren’t very intuitive for a beginner. You often have to spend a lot of time on YouTube or forums just to figure out how to do one specific thing.

It can get sluggish or even crash when you're working with massive datasets or too many formulas. If a file gets over 50MB, you start to see 'Not Responding' messages, which is frustrating when you're in the middle of a big project. It still feels a bit 'heavy' compared to lighter web-based tools.

Collaborating in real-time is better than it used to be, but it's still not as smooth as Google Sheets. Sometimes you get 'versioning' errors or sync conflicts when multiple people are editing a workbook at once, which can lead to data being overwritten or lost if you aren't careful.
