What do you like best about Calendly?

I mostly use Calendly for interviews, quick client calls, and follow-ups, and honestly it makes scheduling a lot less annoying. Before this, I used to coordinate times manually over email or Slack, and it ended up wasting more time than I expected especially when different time zones were involved.

The booking links are probably the most useful feature for me, because people can just pick an available slot directly without all the back-and-forth. I also like the reminders and buffer settings, since they help prevent overlapping meetings and reduce last-minute confusion. What do you dislike about Calendly?

One thing I’ve noticed is that calendar syncing can sometimes take a bit of time to update availability correctly. It doesn’t happen all the time, but during busier schedules I’ve run into a few cases where the timing didn’t reflect properly and I had to manually adjust it afterward.

Some of the routing and availability settings also felt a little confusing at first, especially when I was managing multiple meeting types at the same time. What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly has largely solved the constant back-and-forth scheduling problem for me. Before using it, I was manually coordinating times through messages, emails, and calendar checks, and it honestly got messy pretty quickly once multiple people were involved.

Now I typically just send a booking link, and meetings get scheduled much faster with far fewer follow-ups. The timezone handling and reminders have also helped cut down on missed meetings and unnecessary rescheduling, which makes day-to-day scheduling feel a lot smoother overall. I use google workspace daily for analysing data, preparing reports and collaborating with finance and management teams, Google sheets is my main tools for data analysis, budgeting ,forecasting and tracking financial metrics, Docs is used for reports and documentation , Gmail for communication and Google drive for storing and sharing financial files securely. I like most is its simplicity and flexibility of Google workspace. It can be hard to understand the benefits / downsides of the different account types when it comes to pricing opportunities. Some of the "level ups" don't seem to provide what I would want / expect out of a higher plan or subscription. This may be specific to our company however because we currently use Survey Monkey in a very specific way and are not utilizing every possibility of the services just due to what we need the most. I had a great experience from the beginning with the onboarding team helping in any way possible to set up the product the way we needed. When it comes to the app itself, although it's not perfect it delivers a lot a value and there are new features big and small coming up frequently. We use it on one location for now and I'm very happy with the choice. Users find it very easy to use and the few times we needed help the support team was extremely nice and helpful. Clearly some small things are not as polished and there are some settings that are a bit buried and hard to find at times, however the main flows work perfectly. I don't like that you are limited to 100 submissions a month on the free plan. I understand that a business has to make money, so there have to be limitations on a free plan, but limiting to 100 submissions a month is quite small. If you feel stuck setting up your account and templates, ask questions. Support is easy to work with and they know their program best. Ease of use! Extremely easy to use and quick to set up! Also provides reports to show who was getting the most visitors, etc. Customer support is definitely there if you do have difficulties. The ease of integration into our system was very helpful. Due to the frequency of use in our facility, the system matches our needs. Seriously, if I have to talk about the best thing about Outlook, it’s its interface. It feels very Gen Z. Apart from that, I think it’s far better than Gmail. It provides more options than Gmail and has more features. In our college, all emails are created on Outlook, and it makes it easy to mark important things. What i feel the thing that I dislike about the ui ux is it's interface feel cluttered mainly with reading paneer and folders , finding some email take more clicks than expected . Apart from this the its connects with most microsoft apps but it's non integration with some non microsoft apps feels less seamless . Performance - outlook feels slow when loading large mail boxes , many advanced features are tied up with Microsoft 365 which cause it more expensive for student . What do you like best about QuestionPro?

I love this platform for its user friendly interface that is really easy to use even for first time users. The onboarding of this platform can also be done with a google ID. This makes the login process more secure and fast. Other than this I love the easy creation of forms on this platform with the available templates. The AI of this platform also actively assist in brainstorming and creating a templates from just a prompt. So there is no worries if the similar templates of our survey is not there on this platform as we can easily create one with the help of its AI. Other than this I also love the capability to use branching logics and add media to the survey. Branding can also be done easily on this platform. I love the capability of this platform to distribute efficiently through various channels and also create a good analytics. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the pricing of this platform was more moderate. I also wish that the speed of processing was a little more faster on this platform. Cal ID solves the hassle of manual scheduling, endless back-and-forth, and fragmented meeting management. Instead of spending time coordinating availability through emails or messages, it automates the booking process by syncing calendars, managing time zones, sending reminders, and handling rescheduling automatically.

For me, this boosts productivity and saves a significant amount of time, especially when I’m managing client meetings, demos, interviews, or team coordination. It also feels more professional for clients, since they can instantly book an available slot without delays. What do you like best about The Receptionist?

The Receptionist is great for gatekeeping at the front door, whether it's for clients, guests, vendors, or even UPS delivery drivers. I appreciate that it is convenient and connects guests to the necessary people either via email or text, making it much quicker to alert someone that a guest has arrived. It's also easy for users or guests who come to the lobby and quickly alerts people that they have guests, making the process fairly seamless in that regard. What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

The app seems to log out quite a bit. Sometimes I walk by the iPad, either in the morning or the middle of the day, and notice that we've been logged out. It might be an iPad update or something unrelated to the reception app, but I do find myself having to relog in from time to time, which would not be ideal if a guest came and they couldn't access it. What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I really enjoy the little things which give a positive spin on a day at work. You can't always have the best days, but seeing some of the interactions on Assembly really give a little smile or laughter to the team. It brings you closer in a way to everyone you work with, even if you have a larger company. A social media style interaction with the family within the boundaries of your company. I would say my most disliked thing in any platform is when someone tags @everyone and you get those notifications. A lot of times it isn't pertaining to the items I enjoy following, so it's just an extra email to mark as read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
