“Google Workspace Makes Engineering Documentation Accessible and Collaborative”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is a great tool that allows keeping engineering documentation easily accessible to the whole team. I can use Docs to keep engineering documentation such as design notes and specifications, Sheets to arrange my test readings or component information, and Drive to store my reference files. The ability to edit simultaneously is especially useful for reviewing technical information by several engineers as it allows seeing edits instantly and leaving comments to particular parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

In the process of engineering projects, a huge amount of drawings, spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation is created. It is hard to find the latest version without proper structure and naming of the files. Also, engineering calculations performed on spreadsheet have some limitations comparing to dedicated engineering software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace gives us an easy-to-use shared platform for documenting engineering project and performing its review. The information about changes and reasons behind them, as well as shared access, will help all team members understand each other better and reduce the circulation of many copies of technical documentation. “Simple, User-Friendly Surveys with Clear Results”
What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

What I like best about SurveyMonkey is how simple and user-friendly it is. It makes it easy to create professional-looking surveys, customise questions, and share them with others without needing any technical knowledge. The results are also presented clearly, which makes it convenient to understand responses and gather useful feedback quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

dislike about SurveyMonkey is that some useful features are only available in the paid plans, which can feel limiting for occasional users. The free version also has restrictions on the number of questions and responses, and the interface can sometimes feel a little overwhelming when working with more advanced survey options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

SurveyMonkey helps me collect feedback in an organised and efficient way without having to manage responses manually. It makes it easy to create surveys, reach multiple people, and analyse the results in one place. This saves me time, helps me understand people’s opinions more clearly, and allows me to make better decisions based on real feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Handled ~800 signed event waivers in one weekend”
What do you like best about Jotform?

We needed e-sign liability waivers for a company racing event on short notice. I built two signature-heavy forms (per-clause initials, driver's license and insurance fields, emergency contacts, conditional logic) the day before the event and collected roughly 800 signed documents in about 72 hours without the product breaking a sweat. The builder is fast and intuitive, Jotform Sign handled legally-worded agreements better than I expected, and every submission showed up in Jotform Tables in real time so our staff could check people in at the gate from a phone. When we outgrew our plan mid-event, upgrading took two minutes and the limits lifted instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

The plan limits on signed documents are easy to underestimate. Bronze includes 100 signed docs a month, which we burned through within hours on day one, and the warning emails threatening to disable our documents landed mid-event, so the jump from the $39 tier to the $129 Gold tier felt forced rather than chosen. A pay-as-you-go signature add-on would fit spiky, event-style usage much better. Minor gripe: the volume of marketing and upsell emails after signup is heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had to get assumption-of-risk waivers and release agreements signed by every attendee at a large company event, plus a stricter agreement for drivers where we verified age, driver's license, and insurance details. Paper would have been a check-in nightmare, and dedicated e-sign tools get expensive fast at that volume. With Jotform one person spun up both agreements in a day, attendees signed from their phones before arriving, and staff used the submissions in Tables to verify licenses and insurance during check-in. Around 800 signed documents collected over one weekend with zero lost paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Calendly Makes Scheduling Effortless with Clean, Professional Calendar Integration”
What do you like best about Calendly?

What I like best about Calendly is how simple it makes scheduling meetings without the usual back-and-forth communication. I can share my availability through one link, and other people can choose a time that works for them. I also like the calendar integration because it helps prevent scheduling conflicts and keeps appointments organized automatically. The interface is clean and easy to understand, and setting up different meeting types is straightforward. Overall, Calendly saves time and makes the entire scheduling process much more convenient and professional. My experience with Calendly’s automated features has been positive. I especially like how it automatically handles scheduling based on my availability and helps prevent calendar conflicts. Automated confirmations and reminders also reduce the need for manual follow-ups. These features make the scheduling process more efficient and help me stay organized without having to manage every step manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

What I dislike about Calendly is that some of the more advanced features are limited to paid plans. The free version works well for basic scheduling, but additional customization, integrations, and automation options may require an upgrade. I also think the setup can feel slightly overwhelming at first when configuring multiple event types and availability rules. However, once everything is configured properly, the platform becomes much easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly solves the problem of coordinating meeting times between different people. Instead of exchanging multiple messages to find a suitable time, I can simply share my scheduling link and let others choose from my available time slots. This saves me time, reduces scheduling conflicts, and helps me keep meetings organized in one place. It is especially useful when arranging meetings with people who have different schedules, making the overall process faster and more professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Desks and meeting room booking system”
What do you like best about Archie?

I like having desk and meeting room bookings together! Before we had different ways of doing both, so it wasn't always obvious what was available. Employees can just open Archie and see what's free and book it themselves. Great value for the price. Archie is well-designed, easy to use, and genuinely makes my workflow easier. I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth, and the value definitely matches the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archie?

There are a few features we don't use because they would be more useful for larger teams, so it can feel like there are more options than we actually need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core need was finding a better way to manage the office where most people aren't assigned permanent desks. Archie has helped us move away from fixed seating without creating chaos / friction with our teams. People reserve what they need, meeting rooms are easier to keep track of... it's good! What do you like best about Canva?

Canva stands out for its ease of use and quick implementation—you can start designing within minutes without needing professional skills. The number of features is impressive, from templates and stock elements to AI-powered tools, making it versatile for everything from social posts to presentations. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other platforms, like Google Drive and social media, which streamlines publishing. Customer support is generally responsive, and the platform’s frequency of use is high because it’s reliable for everyday design needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

While it’s fantastic for quick designs, it doesn’t offer the same depth or flexibility as professional tools when working on very detailed or complex projects. Integration is smooth but not always perfect with certain third-party apps, and support, while helpful, can sometimes take longer for complex issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the benefit is clear: it saves time, reduces costs, and empowers creativity. “Exceptional Engagement Tool with Proactive Support”
What do you like best about Qualified?

I really appreciate Qualified's service model, especially our CSM, Ethan, who is incredibly proactive. It's probably the best success team I've ever worked with, helping us find use cases and solve problems. The visibility into the prospect and customer journey on our website is really helpful, letting us see real-time activities and history to inform our conversations. The livestream feature is frequently used by our SDRs to engage prospects on high-intent pages to pull them into our pipeline earlier. The signals component is valuable, as it aggregates customer engagement into accounts, helping our team prioritize outreach and making our communications more relevant. Qualified also offered unique functionality like real-time engagement and monitoring through the livestream component, which we couldn’t find elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

I'd say our connection with Salesforce could be a little bit better. Sometimes I tend to lose prospects between Salesforce and Qualified, and I have a hard time finding a prospect tagged with the Qualified campaign. It would really be nice if the integration was better, like having everything I see within Qualified embedded into Salesforce, maybe within an iframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Qualified:

“Powerful Microsoft-Outlook Sync and Automated Reminders with Flexible Configuration”
What do you like best about GReminders?

What I find most helpful about GReminders is that it links with our Microsoft Outlook calendars, syncs appointments immediately, and sends out automated reminders—by email or SMS—to our clients for those appointments. We can set up automated initial appointments confirmations, reminders, changed appointments and follow-ups for each calendar, which makes it easy to stay consistent.

The best thing I’ve found is that it offers an option for almost everything we want to configure, so we can tailor it to our needs. The price is also not high for our usage. Their website has an AI assistant, meaning that when I post my questions, the AI searches and finds the correct response.

The salesperson, support team, and billing team each helped me along the way to figure out the process. The website performance is fast and complete compared to other alternative platforms out there. After using it a couple of times, I found it user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

I don’t see any significant disadvantages to GReminders. It offers lots of configuration options to choose from. The main downside, though, is figuring out where each configuration setting is located and understanding what each one is relevant for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problem GReminders helps to solve is automating telling customers about their appointment start date and time.

For example it automated sending of appointment dates and times, including the initial appointment confirmation, day-before reminders, and even follow-ups to request Google reviews. It also helps with notifying clients about schedule changes, such as updated dates and times in our calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy Collaboration with Zoom Workplace”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use for meetings and team communication. Joining meetings is quick, and features like screen sharing and chat make it convenient to collaborate with others. The interface is simple enough that I can use it without spending much time figuring things out. I use Zoom through my organization, so I don't personally pay for it. From my experience, the features are useful for regular meetings and collaboration, but I can't personally evaluate the value against the subscription price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I like that people can check-in when I'm away from my desk, and it notifies the host, which is the only useful tool it offers us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visitly?

Visitly is not great, and the new updates have been very problematic. The only thing it effectively does is notify people when visitors check-in, but other than that, it doesn't seem to offer much value to us. The new update has changed the entire layout of the check in screen on the desktop. Now we have to select the host two or three times before it recognizes a selection, it now shows all available entries instead of the only required ones we have set, on the tablet if you want to go back because you selected the wrong host, you have to start over, you can't just go back. Also, you can't have multiple notification groups, each notification distribution list has to have it's own visitor type. If you don't use QR codes or face recognitions, you cant turn it off the tablet screen so visitors try to use it even though its not available, and last but not least, the price went up even thought we took off and do not use most of the features you offer. “Intuitive platform that simplifies performance tracking and keeps our team aligned”
What do you like best about Leapsome?

As a FinOps Analyst, I appreciate tools that reduce administrative friction while improving cross-functional visibility. Leapsome does a fantastic job of streamlining our performance reviews, goals (OKRs), and feedback processes into a single, cohesive interface.

The platform is clean and easy to navigate, which makes completing reviews or setting up regular check-ins quick and straightforward rather than a time-consuming chore.

I also really like how transparent the goal-tracking features are: it makes it simple to see how individual metrics align with broader organizational goals, keeping everyone on the same page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

While the platform is generally very smooth, the initial setup and customization of specific review cycles or permissions can take a bit of tweaking to get perfectly tailored to your organization's exact workflow. A few minor UI navigation shortcuts could also be added to make moving between custom reports faster, but overall, it hasn’t impacted my day-to-day experience in a major way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leapsome solves the problem of fragmented employee feedback and siloed performance metrics. “Microsoft 365: A Comprehensive, Secure Collaboration Ecosystem Powered by Copilot”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how it brings collaboration, productivity, and security together in a single ecosystem. Whether teams are working remotely or across global locations, tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Office applications make it easy to communicate, share information, and collaborate in real time. I also appreciate the integration of AI through Microsoft Copilot, which helps automate routine tasks, summarize meetings, generate content, and improve decision-making. Having spent many years at Microsoft leading enterprise initiatives, I've seen firsthand how Microsoft 365 enables organizations to work more efficiently, strengthen governance and security, and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

While Microsoft 365 is an exceptionally powerful platform, its breadth of capabilities can also make it complex to manage. Organizations often struggle to fully utilize all of the available features because of the learning curve and the pace at which new functionality is introduced. Keeping users trained, maintaining governance, and managing licensing can be challenging, particularly in large enterprises. That said, Microsoft continues to improve the platform with AI, security enhancements, and user experience updates, making it one of the most comprehensive productivity and collaboration solutions available today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 solves the challenge of keeping people productive, connected, and secure regardless of where they work. By integrating communication, document collaboration, file storage, project management, and AI-powered productivity into a single platform, it eliminates many of the barriers created by disconnected tools. For me, it has enabled more efficient project and program management through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, and the Office suite. It has improved collaboration with stakeholders, simplified document sharing and version control, and reduced time spent on administrative work through automation and AI capabilities like Microsoft Copilot. As someone who has led large-scale enterprise programs, Microsoft 365 has helped me keep distributed teams aligned, make faster decisions, and deliver projects more effectively while maintaining strong security and governance. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

We use QuestionPro to power patient-centered research at OurBrainBank, and it’s been an excellent platform for building complex, user-friendly surveys. The advanced survey logic, branching, multimedia support, and customization options make it easy to create a seamless experience for participants while collecting high-quality data. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

One area I’d love to see improved is survey migration. It would be helpful if organizations using the nonprofit plan had access to migration tools or a simpler way to import surveys from other platforms. Rebuilding complex surveys manually can take significant time. Aside from that, QuestionPro has been a powerful and flexible platform for our research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

QuestionPro enables us to efficiently build research surveys and collect patient stories through OurStoryBank. It gives us a reliable way to gather structured data and lived experiences, helping us better understand the needs of the glioblastoma community and inform our research and advocacy efforts. “Incredibly Flexible Workspace Booking with Great Global Choice”
What do you like best about Gable?

What I love most about Gable is the incredible flexibility it gives me to book desks and offices all around the world. Having booked spaces in both London and Paris, I’m constantly impressed by the sheer range of choices. With so many fantastic offices and options across different neighborhoods in both cities, finding the perfect workspace is always seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gable?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike! If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be having more workspaces available for instant booking. Waiting for host approvals and confirmations can slow down the process, so expanding the instant-book options would make the overall experience even smoother. What problems is Gable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gable solves the challenge of remote work friction by drastically increasing my productivity. Having access to dedicated workspaces outside of my home gives me the ideal environment to concentrate without everyday distractions. More importantly, it bridges the gap in team collaboration—being able to meet up with my colleagues in person allows us to solve complex problems much faster and more naturally than we ever could over a Zoom call. “Efficient Gatekeeping with Minimal Hassle”
What do you like best about The Receptionist?

The Receptionist is great for gatekeeping at the front door, whether it's for clients, guests, vendors, or even UPS delivery drivers. I appreciate that it is convenient and connects guests to the necessary people either via email or text, making it much quicker to alert someone that a guest has arrived. It's also easy for users or guests who come to the lobby and quickly alerts people that they have guests, making the process fairly seamless in that regard. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

The app seems to log out quite a bit. Sometimes I walk by the iPad, either in the morning or the middle of the day, and notice that we've been logged out. It might be an iPad update or something unrelated to the reception app, but I do find myself having to relog in from time to time, which would not be ideal if a guest came and they couldn't access it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Receptionist saves us an entire salary and is convenient for connecting with the right people quickly via email or text. It's easy for visitors to use and alerts staff seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
