It can be hard to understand the benefits / downsides of the different account types when it comes to pricing opportunities. Some of the "level ups" don't seem to provide what I would want / expect out of a higher plan or subscription. This may be specific to our company however because we currently use Survey Monkey in a very specific way and are not utilizing every possibility of the services just due to what we need the most. I don't like that you are limited to 100 submissions a month on the free plan. I understand that a business has to make money, so there have to be limitations on a free plan, but limiting to 100 submissions a month is quite small. GReminders makes scheduling with clients super easy and reduces back and forth communication a lot. Clients often pick a time slot within minutes of me sending a link and then I'm notified and appointment is scheduled.

What i feel the thing that I dislike about the ui ux is it's interface feel cluttered mainly with reading paneer and folders , finding some email take more clicks than expected . Apart from this the its connects with most microsoft apps but it's non integration with some non microsoft apps feels less seamless . Performance - outlook feels slow when loading large mail boxes , many advanced features are tied up with Microsoft 365 which cause it more expensive for student . Microsoft Outlook keeps all my college communication in one place by managing email, calenders , invitation , notices etc it reduces changes of missing important announcements , assignment , deadline .

I honestly don't have any major criticisms of Leapsome. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the publication period for assessment results. Personally, I would find it helpful to be able to view my manager's assessment as soon as it has been completed, rather than waiting until the results are released. The app seems to log out quite a bit. Sometimes I walk by the iPad, either in the morning or the middle of the day, and notice that we've been logged out. It might be an iPad update or something unrelated to the reception app, but I do find myself having to relog in from time to time, which would not be ideal if a guest came and they couldn't access it.
