What do you like best about Calendly?

Calendly is most valuable for how flexible it is around scheduling logic. The ability to create different event types, each with its own rules, availability, and conditions, makes it easy to handle a wide range of use cases w/o manual coordination. The advanced settings (buffers, limits, availability controls) are useful since I have different needs and types of external meetings. They allow me to protect my time, avoid overbooking, and adapt scheduling rules to different stakeholders and contexts.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Nothing major. It's a simple tool that does one thing. However, I prefer these days to use AI in my calendar. Calendly doesn’t provide much context around meetings themselves, which means it often needs to be paired with other tools for preparation or follow-up, and for rearranging everything. We can't read minds, unless we're some type of medium, can we? Collecting info can often be a daunting task for a business owner, but we need to know...am I giving my customer everything they want and need? I have learned more from completed surveys, perhaps it's the anonymity for a customer (that they know of), they speak more freely and answer questions. If you have 10 or less questions that need answers, you'll be fine with the basic plan. If you are looking for market research panels, unlimited responses, benchmarks, exported data, customization then my recommendation is the Advantage plan. Overall, you'll likely find everything you need with basic and it comes with survey analysis. It's really all I need, I try to create surveys quarterly, it keeps my crowd engaged and let's me know if I'm headed in the right direction. No monkey business, you'll like that! I can reserve a seat recurringly for specific days of the week, see which areas are full, see who's at the office on a certain day. There are other features too like filtering for equipment, book parking spots, and more more stuff, but I only use it for planning my schedule and booking where to work from. Jotform is incredibly versatile. We are a nonprofit theatre company and use this Jotform in almost every department - audition sign ups, contracts, board member pledges, applications, and so much more. Anytime we need to gather information, we immediately go to Jotform because it is so easy to build forms and collect responses. When responses come in, the inbox and data spreadsheet are perfect to share with directors or collaborators. I almost always have a Jotform tab open because I use it nearly every day. We frequently gather information that we need multiple people to be able to access and because of Jotform, we are able to do this quickly and efficiently and in a way that is simple for everyone. Having the ability to ask for file uploads for videos, photos, and documents is incredibally valuable so that we have all of the data in one place. Zoom Workplace also supports both group and one on one video and audio meetings, and these work smoothly even on my slow office PCs. Our team uses the Zoom Workplace everyday for daily tasks like meetings and boosting productivity.

Zoom Workplace also provides the documentation in very easy to understand language thats covers setup guides, troubleshooting steps in case of any errors which happens almost never and one can resolve the errors without waiting for a support agents.Also they provide 24/7 help including live chat and phone support to paid users. Although Zoom Workplace is powerful but some useful features are paid for example paid plans is the only way to remove 40 minute limit on group meetings. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

How simple it is and the fact that I can have the app on both my iPhone and my Macbook Air. There's nothing fancy about it, but it works great and I never have issues with it. I also know that Outlook is widely used within the business/legal field, so it's nice to know that while I'm in school, I'm becoming very familiar with the email system that I'll likely be using for th erest of my career. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I wish that the user interface looked a little more modern/sleek. Sometimes it looks like an older or more boring user interface, and I think if they updated it something more in line with Gmail or just did a facial refresh, it would be even better. As it currently stands, it looks like something from the early 2000s. I understand that Outlook is probably geared more towards business professionals, so making something like fancy and cool isn't really a huge priority, I just think it would make the interface more fun to use and maybe attract more people to use it. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?

It just makes doing my emails so easy. We all spend a ton of time sending and receiving emails, and Outlook makes that process so simple. It makes it so easy to store my conversations, and I can quickly access an old thread when I need to. I also really love that the @xxxxx.xxx is customizable. For example, I'm in law school and my email address ends with @wisc.edu and it's just cool that you can switch that stuff around so it's not like Gmail where everything ends the same way.

Also, when I was working as a life coach and running my own practice, Outlook was incredibly easy to sync up with Carrd, which was my website platform. What do you like best about Synthesia?

The audio quality and avatars are some of the best I've seen. The tool is easy to use, especially if kept simple. Meaning, I would recommend not to over complicate the message by adding too many animations and fancy effects. Also, the text to speech is very good. When presenting L&D and How-to videos, it's important to include a little excitement in the audio. To do that with other tools is very hard and time consuming to find just the right voice. What problems is Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?

New employees feel welcomed faster. Being included in recognition culture from their first week helps them feel like part of the team sooner. It accelerates that transition from "new person" to "team member.” The analytics that Matter offers has made a major improvement in decision making across teams. Now, we are able to hear from everyone in real time what is working and not working and are able to implement changes when necessary that improves employee experience in real time. What do you like best about Microsoft Excel?

The best thing about Excel is its unmatched power for data analysis. Features like PivotTables and XLOOKUP make it incredibly easy to organize thousands of rows of data. It’s the industry standard for a reason—it can handle complex financial modeling that other spreadsheet tools just can't touch.

I love how flexible Excel is. I use it for everything from simple checklists to complex project trackers. The conditional formatting and automation help me visualize trends quickly, and since almost every business uses it, sharing files with clients is always seamless and headache-free.

Excel is a huge time-saver. Once you learn a few key formulas or set up Power Query, you can automate repetitive tasks that used to take hours. It's reliable, fast, and the integration with the rest of Microsoft 365 makes my workflow much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Excel?

The learning curve can be pretty steep. While basic tasks are easy, the more advanced features—like Power Pivot or complex nesting formulas—aren’t very intuitive for a beginner. You often have to spend a lot of time on YouTube or forums just to figure out how to do one specific thing.

It can get sluggish or even crash when you're working with massive datasets or too many formulas. If a file gets over 50MB, you start to see 'Not Responding' messages, which is frustrating when you're in the middle of a big project. It still feels a bit 'heavy' compared to lighter web-based tools.

Collaborating in real-time is better than it used to be, but it's still not as smooth as Google Sheets. Sometimes you get 'versioning' errors or sync conflicts when multiple people are editing a workbook at once, which can lead to data being overwritten or lost if you aren't careful. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is easy to pick up and actually gets used, which is half the battle with survey tools. You can spin up a survey quickly without a ton of setup, but there’s still plenty of depth if you need logic, customization, or solid reporting. It works well for everything from quick internal pulse checks to customer feedback and more structured research, and it integrates cleanly with other tools so data doesn’t get stuck in a silo. While some of the advanced features take a bit of poking around to fully uncover, it’s not a deal breaker. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

The feature set can feel overwhelming at first if you try to use everything at once. Some advanced reporting and customization options could be more discoverable. UI polish in certain admin or advanced settings could be improved.

Userpilot gives our team the flexibility to build and manage in-app experiences without depending on engineering. Creating tooltips, walkthroughs, announcements, and surveys is fast once you understand the flow builder, and the targeting options are very strong.I especially like how experiences can be triggered based on real user behavior, which helps us guide users at the right moment instead of overwhelming them.
