What do you like best about Userpilot?

The product is fairly easy to use for almost all things we want to do with it. Support is phenomenal for all the things that are not easy or straightforward. We use it daily to make business decisions. The new AI features make it even faster for us to derive information and it even helps find items we were not currently observing. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

What I appreciate most about Userpilot is how effortlessly I can create in-app experiences—such as banners, modals, tooltips, slideouts, and checklists—without needing to write any code. The visual editor is straightforward and easy to use, the targeting options are highly accurate, and the analytics provide a wealth of detailed insights. Userpilot brings together engagement, UX, and product analytics in a seamless way, offering us all the tools necessary to understand and support our users in real time. What do you like best about Userpilot?

It's always the case with powerful software that it can do so much for you, but therefore the learning curve can be steep. It's easy to get blocked on your unique vision with things you don't know. Sending a quick message to the support email with a video has been a great experience, as the team gets back to me, often in less than an hour's time with an answer back, and 9 times out of 10, solve my problem without the need for a follow up. What do you like best about Userpilot?

Userpilot has some great educational resources which I love for ideas and inspiration for how to best use the product. If you've used one digital adoption tool, Userpilot’s features make sense and are intuitive. They have a good core feature set, providing the fundamental functionalities you'd expect from a digital adoption tool: allowing for various types of in-app tours, notifications, and surveys. We use surveys to capture product market fit, CSAT, and NPS. Digital adoption products are still relatively new, and the educational content provided by Userpilot, including how others use these tools, tips, tricks, and best practices, is beneficial in getting the most out of the product. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

I find the reporting functionality in Userpilot not terribly intuitive. It lacks ease in finding and interpreting data on surveys and tool tip usage. The charts available on the dashboard aren't very helpful or actionable, making it difficult to derive insights. Additionally, I'd love to further customize the types of notifications I get. What do you like best about Userpilot?

I find the UX on the product usage dashboards of Userpilot to be very well thought out, which allows me to effortlessly upload the graphs onto my reporting presentations. This makes the visual representation of the data engaging and easy to understand. The data exports functionality is exceptionally useful as I can further analyze specific customer feedback using Excel or other data analysis tools. I am also impressed by the engagement options Userpilot offers when augmenting our platforms. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

I would prefer if there was an option of downloading the data related to the dashboard graph instead of just a PNG of the graph. It will help in getting exports for further analysis. Additionally, the initial setup was not too easy and required multiple sessions with the account manager before I could get events onto the platform, even though the user guides were sufficient for setting up the engagements afterward. I really appreciate Userpilot for its amazing data visualization and tracking capabilities.
