"AI Note Taker and Pre-Meeting Briefs That Save Time and Keep Us Organized"
What do you like best about GReminders?

The AI Note Taker and the pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. These features save us a lot of time each day, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate them in advance has improved consistency and reduced the need for manual follow-up.

Customer Support has been very responsive in answering any questions that come up, and they were great to work with during our implementation of GReminders into our tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. What do you like best about GReminders?

I'm loving the way in which GReminders connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM. I've used other tools in the past that did a fraction of what GReminders offers so the switch was a no-brainer! Also, the AI notetaker is the best I've used so far and the accuracy allows me to spend very little time reviewing my notes. I also love the AI notetaker Chat feature! I don’t feel it’s the most user friendly interface. When trying to set up new team members, it was a challenge to make sure clients were not getting duplicate notifications coming from multiple event organizers. Additionally I was having some issues blocking out a specific day on my calendar, yet it was still showing available for a specific event type. What do you like best about GReminders?

It's not so much that I dislike it; but what I was also looking to do was program at a cadence for each of my individual clients (e.g., person 1 needs a reminder on these selected months, person 2 needs a reminder on these selected months) but it works out for me to just send individual calendar invite batches, but would be cool to be able to do it the other way as I onboard new clients. I love how GReminders delivers Pre-Meeting Briefs to my email, making it simple to quickly prepare for meetings by keeping track of where we left off and what to focus on next. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM system, updating notes in customer records so anyone on our team can easily see past conversations. GReminders was very easy to implement, up and running in minutes, and fits naturally into my work process without imposing its usage on other meeting attendees. What do you like best about GReminders?

I like how GReminders offers bulk send automation that integrates with our CRM, eliminating the need to call and email clients individually to schedule meetings. Their AI notetaking tool stands out for being more accurate than previous tools we've used, and it's effective at organizing conversations, identifying speakers, and capturing tasks and action items discussed. I also like the customizable fields in their meeting scheduling app, allowing us to tailor the tool directly to our needs. It's very easy to send in questions or requests and get responses promptly, which was a significant improvement over our previous experience with Microsoft Bookings where there was no contact person to reach. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I find most helpful about GReminders is its straightforward integration with RedTail. Since RedTail is one of the key tools I rely on to manage my practice, having seamless integrations is crucial for me. What do you dislike about GReminders?

I think the aesthetic of GReminder's booking page is rather uninspiring and lacks appeal. With other booking calendar tools, I've had the opportunity to influence how the booking page looks for my visitors. What do you like best about GReminders?

Clients have found it is easy to choose an appointment time that works well for them. I am excited about using the appointment reminder features. In the past we had our team members calling clients to remind them of an appointment time. Now we are able to have this process automated. I also love how well it integrates with RedTail. What do you dislike about GReminders?

We did have some reconfiguring of our RedTail calendar that needed to be done. In the past we used all day appointments to mark when something was happening in the office or with a team member. What do you like best about GReminders?

There are two main things I appreciate: First, I used to rely on my admin to schedule all my client reviews—quarterly, bi-annual, and annual—which took up a significant amount of her time each quarter. Now, I simply set tags in Wealthbox (QR, BR, AR), and GReminders automatically sends out the invites and reminders. This allows my admin to focus on other important tasks for me. Second, GReminders has replaced tools like Calendly and ScheduleOnce for me. I just include the booking link in my email signature, and clients can schedule appointments whenever they like. I also have the link available on my website.

Customer support has been excellent as well. They've joined Zoom calls with me to help set up new features, making the process very straightforward.

While I’d like to say I use it every day, the reality is that once I set it up, it mostly runs on its own. So, although it’s in use daily, I only need to log in about once a month.

Additionally, syncing with Outlook and Wealthbox is very smooth and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

I'm sure they'll build this out, but I have to go in and set the time periods that i want to set my client review meetings. I'd prefer to say, first 2 weeks in February, and it just does that every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
