  ### 1. Effortless Visitor Pre-Registration and Seamless QR Check-In

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

It does everything and keeps me organized.

I really like pre-registering visitors. This process makes checking in visitors much more efficient. I believe that the visitors like it as well.

When I create the event, it gets added to my calendar so I know who is coming and when. The visitor receives an email and completes the registration via a link. It takes less than 30 seconds to complete. Everyone loves that it is quick because nobody has time anymore. It's great that I can tell that they have completed it. Once they have registered and receive their QR code, the process is seamless. If for some reason, they do not have their code with them, I can always print it and get them signed in that way. 

I like that i can make the visits recurring and use the same code.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

When some visitors come back, they are considered "Returning" visitors. I don't always have them pre-registered so they sign in via kiosk using "returning visitor" selection. It does not always work. It is not a big deal, they just sign in as new visitor.

the events do not clear when they are done. I am currently undecided if I want the past events to auto delete or if I want to keep them. My instinct is to delete them.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting visitors signed in quickly as well as notifying the host via email. I have a busy reception area and visitors need to be moved in and out quickly. FacilityOS does this for me.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I love that FacilityOS just works with very low maintenance, and the support is always quick to respond and helpful. The initial setup was very easy, as we only had to import a CSV of our employees and contact info on an iPad that was already set up with the app.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Some of their product addons are a little unclear about what they actually do. We were looking to add a second device for an additional door at our facility. We were told there was QR code functionality that could be added to help multiple people sign in. The barcode is dynamic and locked to only a single device which wasn't what we expected it was. I thought it was going to be static and could be used elsewhere.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use FacilityOS to notify employees of guest arrivals and screen them. It's low maintenance with quick support.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

FacilityOS allows us to seamlessly integrate frontline mailroom workers with central office staff.  The Intra software is easy for staff to be trained on and gives detailed information for how our mailrooms are operating.  

Intergration with StarRez allows our recipient data to be updated daily so staff are able to best direct incoming items.

Requests for support or changes are addressed quickly during the week and resolved in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Lack of weekend tech support can be challenging in high volume times.  Temporary licenses are no longer being offered/sold which were a great benefit to during our busiest times of the year.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to be a very pen and paper operation.  FaciltyOS allowed us to modernize operations with tracking of items entering/leaving the mailroom and notifying recipients when items are ready for pick-up.  Approximately, 63% of packages are picked up the same day they are delivered, with an additional 19% picked up the next day.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

We like that we are able to see who is in the office for the day; We like that we can go back and see who was in the office on certain dates to verify if employees did in fact attend a training; We like that it notifies all of HQ employees when expected/unexpected guests have arrived via email; We like that we can add in expected guests into the system ahead of time, making the sign in process easier & quicker; Achilles and Damjan have been great when it comes to Customer Support, they were able to customize the sign in fields to our needs; The integration process has been great with our employees, it is easy to use with the QR code

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Only thing is we wish that the Sign Out button on the bottom right-hand corner of the kiosk could be bigger or highlighted to stand out better. When guests need to sign out, they have difficulty finding that button.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs. It has also allowed our front desk to see if we have trainings for the day and how many people we are expecting at different times which lets us know when it may get busy in the lobby.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I use FacilityOS in my work for controlling employees and visitors, and I find it very easy to register employees. The reporting feature is also great, and I appreciate receiving emails when an employee or visitor accesses the company. The initial setup of FacilityOS was very easy.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

We had issues with the duplication of employees records. It was possible to register the same employee twice with the same information. Another thing is that the system sometimes takes a while to respond (btw 1-3min) when the employee tries to make the registration. This usually happens in the first hour of the shift.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use FacilityOS for employee and visitor control. It helps track entry and exit times, provide security in emergencies, and offer proof for audits. It's easy to register employees and has great reporting, plus I get email notifications when someone accesses the company.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I like FacilityOS for its direct notifications to supervisors when employees, contractors, and visitors sign in. It's a timely communication feature that helps me track who is here and where they are. This feature helps me monitor when my staff sign in and from which station they do it.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

My employees have stated that sometimes when they attempt to log in, they have to wait several minutes for it to register. And sometimes it makes them have to sign in again. When I have multiple employees signing in at the start of a shift, there can be a queue to sign in due to the system lag where the screening is buffering for minutes trying to sign them in.

I use FacilityOS for managing people on site, ensuring safety in emergencies, and verifying timesheets. The direct notifications simplify tracking who is here, enhancing timely communication.

We’re currently in a transition period, moving from one VMS solution to FacilityOS, and we truly can’t say enough good things about our experience so far. The platform has been exceptional, and the support we’ve received has been incredible. We’re excited to keep deploying this solution across our sites globally as we continue the rollout.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The only thing I’d really like to see is the ability to do a mass import of users in FacilityOS and assign them the “basic role.” That said, this may already be available, and I might have simply missed the setting.

FacilityOS is reducing the extremely manual effort I’ve had to put in to support VMS globally, and I’m thrilled about its built-in multilingual capabilities.

The QR code for signing in multiple visitors. We paid for it and the first time we had a large group use it, it crashed the system.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I like that FacilityOS helps us by tracking when personnel arrive or leave, providing immediate notifications even when we're not available to see them right away. This feature is handy because when I am in a different building from the operators, these notifications allow me to update my attendance tracker promptly. The initial setup for new operators is also fairly easy, usually taking around 5 minutes to get them into the system. Overall, I think FacilityOS is a great resource and tool.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

There are times when operators log in to FacilityOS, it will buffer and not log them in, or it takes several minutes for the system to log them in. The buffering issue is random and usually happens first thing in the morning.

I use FacilityOS to track personnel arrival and departure, receiving notifications even if I'm not onsite. This helps me update attendance immediately, streamlining my workflow.

We use FacilityOS in our companies Warehouse and it has been extremely useful. It streamlines the check-in process for visitors, and our volume of such is extremely high. Customer service is easy to get ahold of when needed and it was extremely easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I think one of the difficulties the company is facing in using FacilityOS right now is the customization of fields in the check-in interface. When we were demoing FacilityOS, it seemed much easier to make changes to the form than what it is.

Documentation and professionalism with visitors inside our warehouse. Previously we would just have visitors or contractors come in and no documentation or identification and this has fixed it tremendously.

I use FacilityOS to track employee attendance and for roll call in emergency situations. I like the real-time results that come right to my devices. I also appreciate the ease of using the system. The initial setup of FacilityOS was very easy and operator friendly.

It seems to be really slow when employees are logging in, creating a line up of employees trying to sign in. It seems to be buffering and overloaded.

I really like the dashboard and reports that FacilityOS offers, especially because we use the report to create my monthly report about how many hours my contractors spend on site. The initial setup of FacilityOS was super easy for me, which I really liked.

I think the contractor report could use improvement by including columns that show the total hours on site. It would make it more useful for my role.

really like how FacilityOS helps us keep track of who is coming in and out of the building and at what times. It makes it easy to log visitors and employees, which helps keep everyone safe. The system is simple to use, reliable, and gives us peace of mind knowing our guests and team are protected.

Nothing at all it is very helpful at all times.

FacilityOS is solving the problem of tracking everyone who enters and leaves our building, including employees, guests, and delivery drivers. Before using it, it was harder to keep accurate records and know exactly who was on-site. Now, FacilityOS automatically logs check-ins and check-outs with time stamps, which keeps our workplace more organized and secure. It also helps ensure our guests and vendors are accounted for and safe while on the property. Overall, it saves time, improves safety, and gives us peace of mind knowing our facility is being properly monitored.

I like that FacilityOS is an all-in-one solution that covers all aspects needed to monitor anyone arriving at our site. I also appreciate the ability to contact visitors through the mobile app and send out emergency notifications.

It's very slow and sometimes it takes so long that people refuse to use it.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I enjoy the fact that I can have someone invited and complete their paperwork before hand. This makes the process to bring someone on-site quick and easy. The system is also very user friendly. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I have added over 400 people to the system. Twice I had to remove someone and put them back in. Truly not a big deal.

When a guest comes onsite. There is no longer a long wait for their onsite contact to be informed they are here. This gives them a feeling of importance when the host is prompt.

The only thing I dislike is when someone signs and it's not verified by initialing then it has a negative impact

At times it may go offline but they system is good at fixing itself and reboot is easy

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Right from the beginning when researching options for Visitor management, Peter F from sales was beyond helpful and made iLobby the choice clear. I had a few meetings with him asking more questions each time, he was happy to assist. The options available for features they offer checked off every item I had for my unique need. Once I purchased the system, they assigned a "roll out" person to assist in the normal startup questions and implementation. I made requests for a handful of systematic changes and each one was met, and they followed up to ensure I was happy. Lastly, after the first month they assigned a continuing customer success person, in my case it is Thenoo, who is fantastic. After a couple months I had some more in-depth questions on getting reports, or how the background data worked. I even asked for some more custom interface changes. Thenoo addressed each of my questions via Teams meeting, and was able to share screens to walk me through things. One of the custom interface changes I asked about, she went directly to her design engineering team and got back to me with examples.   All in all I am very glad I made the choice to go with iLobby, it was the clear choice.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

iLobby is quite user friendly and works great for my needs. The only change I requested was a different e-mail response when visitors get the initial invite.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby gives us true management over our visitors that come on site. Before iLobby, we had a sign-in book, which needed a receptionist to be there. The book is not private and is not controlled. iLobby allows us to operate without a receptionist, it informs the host when their visitor arrives, and is private and controlled.

We were looking for a visitor management system to monitor who is in our building at all times to ensure the safety and security of both our employees and visitors. iLobby was incredibly easy to implement and integrated seamlessly with our existing systems. As a user, it simplifies tracking attendees for events. Additionally, iLobby makes the pre-registration process effortless for visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient sign-in experience upon arrival.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

As part of the pre-registration process in iLobby, we upload a CSV file with a list of invitees to the event page for the corresponding event. However, the pre-registration email sent to visitors can sometimes be confusing for those who are unfamiliar with the process. When visitors fail to complete their pre-registration, it causes delays during the sign-in process on the day of the event.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we implemented iLobby, keeping track of who was in our building and ensuring security during events was a challenge. We had no streamlined way to monitor visitor flow or maintain accurate logs. iLobby solves these issues by offering a reliable, automated system that tracks visitors in real time, enhances security, and improves operational efficiency. By automating visitor check-ins and pre-registration, iLobby significantly reduces the administrative burden on staff, allowing us to focus on other important tasks. Additionally, the system’s real-time notifications keep employees informed when their visitors arrive, ensuring smooth communication. Security is another major benefit. Very user friendly and easly to move around. Great support and communication from iLobby Account Managers. Easy integration in to our plant. Setup is pretty easy and adding in contacts and such can be done by bulk uploads in Excel. I use this daily for our sign in and sign outs. Emergency OS was just added but will help greatly with audits and paper trails during investiagtions into any kind of incidents.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Some may find it somewhat consuming to get around if not tech savy as there is diffent menus feeding the same place and such but over all not bad and lots of support from iLobby if needed.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing at all times who is on site and not having to review sign in paper sheets. I have mulitple places to enter site and sign in is now made/uploaded to one place. Will also be great in the event of a emergency drill or acutal incident to keep track of all muster points from one place.

Our facility was looking to replace  the paper sign in process for our visitors and contractors so we decided to explore the option of utilizing iLobby. We like the digitilization of our visitor log book, each host is able to keep track of their visitors, and each visitor must review the site safety policies and sign off prior to entry. Overall, the technology behind this system provides everything that we have been looking for in terms of visitor and contractor sign in process and tracking of visitors. The setup of the kiosk was very easy and adding new hosts to the system has been easy to implement as well.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The only downside so far to iLobby is not being able to find some resources that can be shared with hosts on the set-up of the system and tracking of visitors. The upside is that the customer support team has been great at answering questions within an hour of the requests and they have explained everything thoroughly as our facility learns to navigate through the system.

iLobby is solving our issue of being able to track visitors and contractors in the facility and for every guest to review the facility's safety policies. This ensures that all guests are accounted for, tracked through their hosts, and the facility will limit uninvited visitors.

I really like the Quick update when someone has logged in and our out. We really like having all our on site contractors identified while on site. It makes our workplace feel safe. An unexpected benifit do to the Sign in process is that i get instant visibility to each persons  full name and phone number, so if i want to check in with them on todays work or additional work or special circumstances going on today, i am able to get in touch with the actual person on site doing the work. We are liking that all contractors complete the document review and signoff at the point of signing in.

If a lot of contractors show up all at the same time to start work, they have to wait for each person to Log in.

ILobby has solved our sign in complience because it has become visiable with the use of the Badge and notifications. iLobby has also solved our Contractor Evactuation notification and Muster station checkin process.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

Having centralized the check in as well as getting a badge with their picture is very helpful. Being able to have recurring visitors without having to log all their information again helps. The fact that they can check out after their visit is helpful, but also the automatic check out at night helps too. 
The interface is user friendly, so most of our visitors do not have issues trying to figure out how to use it. The fact that our employees can get a text message when a visitor is here, is very helpful because we don't have to chase them down anymore.
The implementation was easy, it is very easy to custom for indivual needs. When we had to reach out to our customer support, they were available immediately to help us. We use if every day, and it has been easy to integrate it to our daily routines.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I've noticed that it does not take a picture all of the time. I haven't look into if it's an option we can disable for always to take pictures or use the pictures of the recurrent visitors, but would like to see if it's applicable.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can get a headcount of the visitors in the building automatically, we can review who is here or who was here and even have a picture of that person. It gives a badge everytime they sign in, so we don't have to worry about having enough visitor badges ready. 
It also avoids wasting time trying to find someone to let them know their visitor is here, since the system sends emails and text messages directly to them.

The easiest thing about using FacilityOS is how quick it is to invite a visitor to get onto our sites - I can invite a visitor within about 30 seconds - I can check if they have done the pre-registration allowing me to follow them up if they have not completed it - That's by far the best feature for us - Simple, Quick and easy to use

That it asks me two times to login to the site, This is fairly annoying and is something new!

Compared to what we had this app is by far better. The sign in is easy and many options to choose from that works best for you and your company. The ease of setting options for signing people out and the app and all the information and layout is fantastic. The messaging and notices to staff as well as visitors is instant and makes notifying staff so much easier. for everyone. Very user friendly

My only complaint about the app is the signing out button. This is too small and down in the corner which no one sees. My suggestion would be to make it a little larger and maybe even show the verbiage "sign out" under the icon.

The endless customization a company can take to categorize their visitors, contractors, and employees. From the conditonal material that can be prompted to specfic guests, to the ability of pulling real-time data records -- iLobby's accessiblity from a management standpoint is second to none.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

At seldom times, the hardware (iPad) loses 'connection' with the iLobby database. Although this is most likely due to internal connectivity issues, if/when this error occurs it would be beneficial to have a programmed alert/email sent to the adminstrators as an FYI. This would avoid unexpected 'dark' periods where data isn't being tracked correctly.

iLobby has been able to provide a stand-alone, consolidated management system for Contractor Safety. Instead of relying on 'tribal trust' for all guests/contractors to review the facility's safety expectations, iLobby allows for an automated capture of verification during the default check-in process as they enter the facility. This saves both time and effort required from the EHS department to connect with each individual. Of course, it is critical that this process is consistently updated/audited, and iLobby allows for real-time customization to achieve this seamlessly.

ilobby is a great product that will ultimately enhance our ability to protect the client. It offers various options that will aid us in ensuring that employees are safe and secure.  This is also accompanied by great customer service.  Chase, the rep that we worked with was very knowledgable and overall a pleasure to work with.  He had great communication and was very accessible the entire time.  The integration of the EOS system was very straight forward, and easy to use. This is a system that we use every day so it is nice to have something that is user friendly, but also very effective.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I honestly cannot think of anything that I disliked about ilobby. Overall I think it is a great product and one that we will be utilizing for quite some time.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that it is solving right now is the ability for us as security, to ensure our clients are safe and secure.  With this new operating system, employees and visitors, will receive an email and a text when there is an emergency.  In addition to this, there will be two way communication so that the designated safety officers can see the status of the employees.  Prior to EOS, the employees were only emailed in the case of an emergency, which posed some issues.

iLobby is much better than our previous gate management system. It has a clean, slick and usable interface, which is particularly important to us, as we have numerous clients using it as well. The dashboard and overview features are really useful, as are the ways that reporting features are built right into the system.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

We have very few issues with iLobby, and the ones that we have are very minor - for example, how you choose a time for a meeting bugs our team a little bit, and we'd love to have more control over the welcome email. But if these are the only problems we have, you can see how good it is.

iLobby allows a smooth and streamlined NDA process for guests coming onto the lot, as well as less need for troubleshooting for clients than our previous system.

The emergency application allowed us to provide mass text alerts with important site closure information to all our employees and contractors which was critical to keeping our employees safe during the Palisades fire in Santa Monica.

We have several instances where the blue-tooth badge printer would not print when needed. Thankfully iLobby was kind enough to replace them after a few trouble shooting attempts.

At our warehouse entrances, iLobby facilitates the seamless signing in of drivers and records critical details like trailer numbers, pickup numbers, reefer setpoints, and ETAs. **What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

I've been able to onboard iLobby for our purpose with ease. Bringing in other employees that will be doing the day-to-day work has been a simple and intuitive process. We currently have hundreds of visitors checking in and out each day. We have only used the VisitorOS product so far.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

I cannot think of any negatives, I have been able to resolve any issues I have had with the onboarding support.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently keep track of all visitors coming in and out of our facility using iLobby. This includes normal visitors, interviewees, truck drivers, delivery drivers, etc. Each entry point is set up with a kiosk and badge printer. They check in and get a badge, and are automatically checked out each evening. Our security team has access to review any visitor logs.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

It is very easy to use and does not take up a lot of space (compact). Our iLobby is used at our food manufacturing plant. I found it to be a very useful tool to manage our food defense program. With iLobby, we have improved our capability to know when we have contractors on site and whether their GMP training is up-to-date.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

It would be great as an added feature if employees could use their badge to scan in and out of iLobby when employees are visiting other sites within their organization.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to installing iLobby, we had difficulty managing our contractors when they came on site to work on projects. It was also difficult to keep up with contractor training. With iLobby, it is easier to manage contractors and to know who is on site in case of an emergency.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby is very efficient to use. It's very helpful for sending alerts to employees when their visitors are here, relieving the work of our receptionist. It's emergency system is also very useful for keeping track of employees.

The customer support has been amazing, espeically Marc, and everyone we've spoken with has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The back-end of its website it easy to use but it's not always clear where to find the modules you're looking for,

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby is making it easier to notify employees when visitors are here. Alerts through text and email help make sure employees see the alerts.
The emergency management software has been useful in ensuring that all employees are accounted for since my facility does not have an atendees list.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby has been an AMAZING addition to our security system. It has saved us numerous hours of stopping work to allow entrance to visitors. The vendor, logs into iLobby, receives their visitor badge and alerts the person that they are visiting of their arrival via text and/or email. In addition, it alerts the visitor in the event of an emergency evacuation. Super simple to implement and integrate into our current security system. We use it every day, all day long. I only wish we had invested in this years prior.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

The only downside to iLobby is that we didn't get it years earlier.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventing having to stop work to allow visitors entrance. Security of knowing visitors will be alerted in the event of an emergency.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

If you have multiple access points and want to offer those as visitor entrances, each one needs a kiosk and license. It would be nice to be able to link those kiosks as one location/license.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track visitors and contractors at our production facilities - we now have a history of all visitors, their sign off to our facility policies, and they can be accounted for in the event of an emergency evacuation.

Ease of viewing of visitors.  Keeping track of who has visited in the last month.  It was very easy to implement the system and to set it up.  Customer service is outstanding.  Having the ability to record if they are a US citizen or not.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Nothing I like everything about it.  I am looking to have it installed in other locations.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Illegible handwriting when using paper logs.  People not putting in who they are visiting.  Not having a picture of the visitor if a problem rises.

I really appreciated Zach Schendel and teams help through the entire proceess from inquiry to project close. Prisha from the onboarding team was amazing at assisting with setup and onboarding. The software is easy to use and helps drives Ardent Mills value of simplicity.

I cant say there is anything is dislike about the company or product.

We went from old school, pen and paper method, to have a digital system that tracks all visitors and contractors on site. It saves time and saves paper.

**What do you like best about FacilityOS?**

iLobby is a great way to bring in visitors without the need for a receptionist.  This has allowed us to free up time for our receptionist to perform other duties.  It also eliminates the need for coverage during vacations.  The system automatically notifies site personnel when a visitor has arrived.  iLobby is easily integrated with our current systems to allow automatic notifications.  Customer support has been great.  Any questions have been answered quickly.  They have offered suggestions how to implement user friendly options.

**What do you dislike about FacilityOS?**

Thus far, we have not identified anything about iLobby to dislike.

**What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLobby allows visitors to check in without the use of a receptionist.  This has allowed the site to do more without adding additional personnel.
