
My favorite aspect of Subtext is the accessibility to reach all of our sales reps nationwide, right at their fingertips! It allows making announcements, shouting staff out, and communicating messages easier than ever. We send anywhere from 1 to 5 messages a day, and the platform can definitely handle a lot more than that. Another bonus is that the interface is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for less tech-savvy people! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, I wish the interface itself were a little more sophisticated. I like that it's easy to use, but it could use a minor facelift! I also wish that video previews automatically loaded instead of the user having to click "load preview". I think we would see our engagement increase if it auto-loaded!
