The fact you can have all your active artifacts in one place and move between projects

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

Its not a dislike, theres just so much to learn and sometime you cant articulate your challenges. Someone should know where people are trying to go. That confidence Framework  is needed. GHL sounds like its mainly for people that know what they are doing. Someone that doesnt would hide 90% of the time and say they are not ready mainly because their confidence is off. Make a bit size class room would make a difference.

They are helping me bring visions into focus.

It combines everything you need to manage your business into one comprehensive package that replaces all the different technological tools you need to manage your business into one integrated place.

Probably the biggest challenge with HighLevel is that it has so many things that it can do that it can be a bit overwhelming to setup in the beginning.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel solves the integration problem of working with a number of different tools that have to be somehow integrated together to be a cohesive solution. For example, for my business it handles my customer and prospect relationship management, my billing, my phone system, my email marketing, my social media marketing, my scheduling, and automating tasks relative to all those in one place. And I am not using all it's features!

Extensive capabilities, links to many other applications, can be customised to client requirements, continually developing, many tools in one package.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

Sometimes, tutorials lag behind updates or new feature releases. Many hidden charges on actions, premium actions, messages, automation—and a recent development to start charging for additional functionality, where we bought the application as an expanding, ever-developing platform, the R & D for which we are already paying in our monthly subscriptions. Don't make the same error as Groove.cm / Groove.ai who betrayed those that bought in to one concept as "founding members" only to get asked to pay again for a change in their direction, which was funded by the payments founders had already paid!

So many areas of our business have been impacted.  Website, email, automations, CRM, phone answering, missed calls and more.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

I did find that the amount of things available while one of my favorites now was admittedly frustrating to begin with.  But I was able to hire help with setup which is very available and that has jump started my progress.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer follow up has always been a weak spot for me.  The automations all in one product have given me a consistent flow for communicating with new leads.  And I find that I can customize the flow when I find areas that are not performing.

I liked the most automated workflows, it is effortless to use and convenient for marketing.
We can easily connect with other platforms by using inbound triggers and webhooks.
When we are stuck somewhere, we can reach out to customer support, they are very good at taking care of your all issues. we can easily create templates and automate workflows, It is very easy to implement anything.
I am a frequent use of Go Highlevel and I fully recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

In highlevel, there are so many important actions that are premium.
It  is the only thing which I don't like

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, in higlevel we can manage all the client very easily and for marketing we can automate the workflows.
Highlevel is time saver when we need reports and other things.

Easy to create automations and websites, courses and communities, needs to add a way to host live stream events on page and use the software to gather important information from attendees.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

GHL would greatly improve my ability to sell if it made it easier to host live stream on page "easier to add on page Zoom or other" So I can still use the CRM to gather important attendee information while participating in the Zoom. It would be nice if Stripe or other provider let you use multiple bank accounts, and it would be nice if it was easier to get A2P registered, It would be nice if you could clone sub sections of a course into another course so you don't have to build it all out again. I want to be able to host live stream inside of communities for weekly check ins/ etc.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM automations and calendar give a lot of time back to my clients, courses and communities, and easy to make website, although I wish the websites responded better to SEO.

I am struggling in getting a phone number for my clients in Rep. of Ireland. doesn't offer SMS and Toll Numbers and the local phone numbers are limited. May I request to broaden/widen up more the filter search option for local phone numbers please. and could you please update it with twilio about SMS and Toll capabilities in Ireland please. I couldnt offer missed call text back and the Voice AI which supposed to be whatI offer in my business but I am stuck with it. PLease Help!!

I dont think Highlevel is helping with phone numbers with twilio for Ireland yet

The Website Builder. I don't have to deal with Plugins after Plugins.

There are some JS/HTML capabilities that are not compatible with GHL native elements. But I've always found workarounds.

No more having to keep up with WP plugins!

up to 10 feature releases per day and the variety of features makes the use cases near unlimited

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

The quality of the first and partly second level support is aweful. Regularly I have to explain to the support agents how their own platform works only to get to the point where I actually experience the issue. Furthermore even obvoius flaws in the platform design or contradictive settings are not escalated to be fixed some day but just declared as the 'purposed design'. If you're an advanced highleveller, you're on your own. Don't wait for fixes, work around and hope for feature releases.

It is an all-in-one software that is good, but some elements like the builders need to be improved.

The website and funnel builder is not up to date compared to others like ELEMENTOR, FRAMER. It may be necessary to integrate FIGMA. On the social planner, you need to add the connection of music from social platforms, etc.

I think on the PAYMENT portion because there are still limitations especially in our country Philippines.

the lack of global views and data extraction, might be just a knowledge gap from my part but I find it very inefficient to need to go sub account by sub account to struggle to get some info from leads and pipeline stages and to have to repeat  the process on each sub account there should be an option to extract data so that it can be used outside of GHL, either this or to be able to easily create the report you are looking to get.

Love how GHL combines the most critical marketing tools into a single platform for a fair price.

Not able to create the type of custom reports we'd like.  For example, stats by social post.  It's hunt and peck, or top-level data only.  Very frustrating about this particular piece.
DO NOT like the contact layout, or how the system pushes add-ons to subaccounts even when turned off.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to manage all our client reviews for Google/Facebook in one place is quite convenient.  We no longer have to give staff permissions on those platforms, just to manage the reviews.  They can do that through their GHL logins.
Being able to publish social media content in a single platform is a great step, and the types of content we can publish is pretty wide.  Reporting is still a challenge.
Integrating the mass email newsletters with SendGrid is a major plus.  We protect our SendGrid reputation, and prefer to use that as the SMTP.  So being able to easily levarage that as a native functionality in GHL is fantastic!  We can ensure great deliverability on our clients' emails and ease of implementation is a nice saving grace.
Currently working through our first webcourses for our clients.  Like having that feature available.

The site builder is the main reason I use this.

The white labeling  solution is too expensive since it forces you to disclose the platform sooner or later, having your client think about their business overhead more than they have to. 

There is no solution to have a client Rent a property, car, ATV, a space, Tour or book an activity that takes more than 1-2 days in the store and measure the availability of that given the calendar for it, so you are competing against shopify to do the same when people desperately need an alternative to Airbnb.

You cant change the rate you charge your sub-account easily in case you need to for example charge them less for 1 month cause of a system mess up.

The site builder should have traffic measuring capabilities with a heat map built in. 

Store capabilities in the funnel so that you can personalize the store or add store features to your funnels.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I was unexpectedly contacted on a Sunday regarding a promotion ending that day. While I wasn't prepared to take this type of call, I still took it. The representative emphasized that it was my last chance to take advantage of the offer, even though I explained that my team and I were still uncertain about using the platform.

The rep reassured me by stating that we could cancel anytime, which gave me some confidence to move forward despite not having had the chance to explore the platform. I agreed to charge the card on file based on the price we discussed on the call. However, when I checked the charge, I was shocked to see that it was more than double what was discussed.

This experience feels misleading and unprofessional. If cancellations are truly allowed anytime, why the urgency to pressure customers on a Sunday? And why was the charge so much higher than agreed? This has left me questioning the integrity of GoHighLevel and whether this is the right platform for my business.

Do not like dishonest sells reps that do not do what they say they can do.

It's not solving any issues.

Gohighlevel has really good support. I got stuck while setting up my account. That's why I contacted support. Not even 5 minutes later, I had a Zoom call with Susan, a really nice and competent support staff member. She explained everything I wanted to know and even sent a video recording of our conversation. That deserves at least 5 stars.

I have not found any disadvantages so far.
