# How are you handling HighLevel’s steep learning curve without losing days of billable time?

I love how much HighLevel can do, but getting to that point has felt like wading through quicksand. The layout is not always intuitive, some key options feel hidden, and it takes real time to understand workflows, triggers, and all the layers. I catch myself spending evenings clicking around help docs and trial‑and‑error instead of doing paid work. For new staff, it is even harder, because I cannot just tell them to “jump in and go” without expecting a bunch of missteps.
If you have pushed through this, how did you ramp yourself or your team up quickly enough that it did not eat into client work and revenue?

Have you tried using HighLevel's workflow automation for lead follow-up? You can set up automated sequences that send SMS and email confirmations immediately, notify sales reps, and send reminders if no contact is made within 15 minutes—all without manual intervention.
