# What tips do you have for keeping email and SMS healthy when the tech side feels fragile?

Using HighLevel for email and text is a big part of my service, so I get nervous when the underlying tech feels shaky. I worry about my email reputation because of shared infrastructure, and I find the SMS and phone setup more complex than I expected. Add in extra timelines and rules for A2P and it starts to feel like one wrong move could get a client’s messages throttled or blocked. I end up spending hours researching compliance and delivery, instead of confidently launching campaigns.
For those running serious volume, how are you managing deliverability and compliance so you are not always worried about misfires or blocked numbers?
