I love the dashboard layout because it includes details for every important part of what I use Birdeye for. The ability for a client to communicate with us directly is really helpful. I enjoy being able to pull different reports so I can find the historical data I need when I need it and Birdeye as a whole loads quickly and smoothly so I'm receiving information as soon as I'm looking for it. I don't believe our company has as much need for most of the Birdeye features so there's not a large return on our investment making pricing a bit challenging for us. I do think there's a lot of support offered and very convenient AI programs integrated into Birdeye that we could look into taking more advantage of in the future as our business continues to grow and develop.
