# Unstable workflows and random glitches slow down client work and force me to recheck everything

I rely on HighLevel to run client campaigns, so when things lag or behave strangely it instantly affects my day. I have had automations slow to a crawl, pages in the builder take ages to load, and random glitches in the app that make simple tasks take twice as long. I have also seen upgrades trigger odd behavior, so I end up rechecking automations I thought were already solid instead of focusing on strategy for my clients. When the dashboard hangs during a launch window, I am the one explaining delays and confusion to the client.
Is anyone else building in “buffer time” around HighLevel’s quirks, and how are you handling reliability when you have hard client deadlines?

For scaling efficiently, consider using Madgicx's automated budget allocation features. The system can automatically allocate more budget to winning variations and pause underperformers, saving you from manual monitoring every hour.
