**What do you like best about Sinch Engage?**

-Automation: Predefined messages for people, it lacks detection on what they do say for a more "natural" conversation, but with an assigned agent that can use the predefined answers, it's great.
-Easy Use: It's just so easy to use that anyone in the team can help with ideas

**What do you dislike about Sinch Engage?**

Lack of an "Integrated API" to implement with the Team's tools; for example, we wanted to connect the predefined message with our database of the test users so we could have some additional info readily available for the agents, but it wasn't possible, as the API only allows the basic functionality (Messaging), and as a ready use tool, creating a new platform with their API was pointless

**What problems is Sinch Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting the test users( of our unreleased APP) with our service team was way easier than creating an automation system from scratch, it helped us in this part of the process, especially the ticked ID part, which we could link to an user and just keep saving all the feedback from the,

**What do you like best about Sinch Engage?**

What I like about this software is that it is easy to use. I can talk to my clients privately. Compared to other software, I guess this is the best so far. It has a lot of features I can use with my job.

**What do you dislike about Sinch Engage?**

Nothing much for now. I like how easy it is to use. All features are working correctly. May I suggest that I do hope you can improve your customer support? That is all.

**Recommendations to others considering Sinch Engage:**

I will surely recommend this to everyone. If you want smooth transactions, use this. It's worth it!

**What problems is Sinch Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am communicating not only with my team but also with our beloved clients. Overall was amazing, I am able to keep everything organize and smooth. Our communication improved a lot compared before. All thanks to this amazing software

I use this to communicate with my clients and friends. It's not complicated like other messengers. It's user-friendly.

**What do you like best about Sinch Engage?**

I like its interface better than any other chatting platform. but initially, we could use whats app for personal connections but now that we can use if professionally for the business purpose or with clients. it excites me furthermore.

**What do you dislike about Sinch Engage?**

Couldn't add dislikes. as I started using it for the last 2-3 days. I didn't dislike anything as of now.

**What problems is Sinch Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's no problem as such which was not being able to solve before I started using this. because there are tons of chatting applications for business purposes such as Hangouts, Microsoft Lync, etc. but now that we have switched from that to Whats App just to check it's versatility for business purposes. if we find any dislikes then we might switch back to hangouts. but apart from that, it's fun to communicate with colleagues with this app.

I love how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with WhatsApp. It also has a feature that allows us to set up automated responses so that parents and club members can get answer anytime of the day.

We have been using this software for over 3 months and there is nothing that I can think of that we do not like about it.

Recommend it to any company or organization that needs to communicate with a number of people quickly and effectively.

Communicating with club members and parents to create events, resolve behavioral issues, or update them on any changes to our program.

it is also an option for communicating professionally with clients. otherwise, initially, it was only used for personal uses. good initiative by whats app.

I am really happy that we found MessengerPeople as a communication platform. I worked with several partners before but nobody was able to build such an easy and professional platform like this one. 

**What do you dislike about Sinch Engage?**

Since the product was growing from the beginning on the first steps where a little bit hard but all these small issues are working now perfectly so there is nothing negative to say. 

**What problems is Sinch Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes there are really small issues with their service but they are fixed within max 1 hour. The benefits are endless, faster user support, more modern user support, happy costumers etc..

It took away the compulsion for our customers to open our website to contact our customer service team, now they can contact us from any communication app they like.

They can get better with ticket raising system apart from this nothing else to dislike.

Previously it was taking time for us to answer customer queries sometimes resulting in loss of customers but Messenger Communication Platform reduced answering time massively as our whole team is working together on this platform having chatbot & preset answers ready to shoot.
