What do you like best about Bloomreach?

What I like most about Bloomreach is how easy it makes it to create highly personalised customer journeys using real customer data. As an AI Customer Journey Lead at Motorpoint, the segmentation and journey-building tools allow us to quickly identify and engage customers based on their behaviour, without relying on manual audience builds.

The platform strikes a good balance between power and usability. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to build and optimise journeys, while the AI-driven personalisation helps us deliver more relevant messaging at scale. We've also seen strong value from its integrations, which give us a more complete customer view and make campaign execution much more efficient.

From an ROI perspective, Bloomreach helps us reduce manual effort, improve targeting, and increase engagement through more relevant communications. What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

One area where I'd like to see improvement is the reporting and analytics experience. While the platform provides the core data needed to measure performance, some reporting can require additional setup or workarounds to get exactly the level of insight we need, particularly when analysing complex customer journeys across multiple channels.

We've also found that some advanced functionality has a steeper learning curve than the core journey-building tools. The day-to-day user experience is intuitive, but getting the most out of more sophisticated segmentation, data structures, and personalisation capabilities can require specialist knowledge.

Finally, while Bloomreach delivers strong value and ROI through automation and personalisation, there are times when we'd like even greater flexibility in custom reporting and AI-driven optimisation recommendations. What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bloomreach helps us solve one of our biggest challenges: delivering personalised customer communications at scale. By bringing customer data, segmentation, automation and personalisation into one platform, we can engage the right customers with the right message at the right time, without significant manual effort.

The result is a better customer experience, more efficient campaign management, and improved engagement across our customer journeys.
