**What do you like best about Postscript?**

Easy to use but now worth it because they charge me $500 a month for platform fee and they refuse to cancel it after I was charged without using it. They are very condescending.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

This platform is really a scam, it's overpriced with very little ROI. I was charged $500 for platform fees. Imagine a platform charging you $500 for nothing.

SMS marketing is everywhere at a lower price.At first, I thought they were making me money by reaching out to my customers by setting up SMS messages, but then I found out that it's costing me too much.

Postscript is a simple, easy-to-use platform. Our CSM is great and always brings new ideas to the table, helping us A/B test across pop-ups, campaigns, and journeys.

It integrates with our other platforms where we need it to, and it has driven strong performance for our brand.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

For certain parts of our business, it feels like it’s lacking in tech innovation, and we’ve had to create workarounds to get things done.

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

We are still within the first month of utilizing Postscript, however, the onboarding process has been seamless. The platform is incredibly intuitive- but if I did have any questions in my first month my onboarding team was quick to answer and provide support. We have noticed tremendous differences working with an SMS-first platform. Postscript has shared 2 new updates to the platform to better customer experience. It is obvious they are listening to customer feedback about the platform which is really refreshing and exciting to be a part of. The SMS team that we have worked with thus far has started to feel like an extension of our marketing team- we are really excited to know for certain that we are best in class and even ahead of the curve when it comes to our strategy now.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

No cons! Still too early to note if there are any but we really have enjoyed our experience thus far.

Postscript has helped streamline our flows and come up with a more tactical approach to campaign building! They are on the cutting edge of the SMS industry so it is comforting to know as a customer we are always getting the best technology!

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

It's still early, but so far the platform is clean to use and fairly intuitive. There has been a bit of a learning curve migrating from a competitor, but support has been super helpful answer questions and resolving any issues we've encountered.

Being and SMS-first platform there are still some things to get used to, but overall I think it will be a positive switch allowing us to really leverage the SMS channel.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

Documentation could be a little more comprehensive, especially from an integrations standpoint. 

For example, it would be nice to have a more detailed overview of how Postscript interacts with Shopify. There also seems to be multiple articles covering similar topics (albeit with nuanced differences). These could maybe be cleaned up a bit to make them a little more streamlined.

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

We used Postscript to build our SMS program from just starting out and sending our 1st text message, to being our biggest channel for our lifetime value practice. Their customer service is incredible and they have always been willing to work with us if anything popped up. The metrics they’ve developed on their dashboard are incredibly helpful to have calculated automatically for you. Postcript has proven themselves to be experts in the SMS arena.

Unfortunately they don’t integrate with other E-Commerce stores, other than Shopify.

Customers receive a lot of marketing these days, and SMS is a fantastic tool for increasing visibility with your customer base. Postscript helped us scale our SMS program, and we’ve since developed a large text following who show a lot of engagement with our messages.

We really appreciate how Postscript took our wish list and goals and came to us with strategy and plan. We really love how quick they are to respond when we have questions or need help of any sort and we really like how easy to work with everyone is!

The flows seem intimidating at first, but once you get into them and going, it's not too bad!

We really wanted to work with an SMS provider that helped us with strategy and could give us a data driven list of things to implement, and so far that's what we've got!

There are a lot of options for creativity even on the free (or very cheap) version.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

So far, the only issue I've run into is the issue I had today. 

I wanted to use this keyword to incentivize a discount code. But if someone is already opted in they may or may not receive it, and I don't think I will have a way of telling unless they message me on other outlet.

People are moving away from Email. They like having marketing notifications texted. Open rate, and click rate on sms is better than email.

Partnering with Postscript has been a no-brainer for us. SMS is the perfect channel to both reliably reach our best customers and build our brand. Our Postscript Plus account managers have acted as a true extension of our team and constantly take the initiative to find new opportunities. After working with dozens of agencies and strategic partners, Postscript sits at the top of our list.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

It is difficult to find something we dislike. Our only area for improvement has been with glitches with custom on site popups - but the Postscript Plus team has been incredibly helpful in building custom workarounds with different integrations and working around the clock to solve issues during big campaigns.

Postscript helps us automate our SMS flows, build stronger customer relationships and strengthen our brand. They make it easy for customers to subscribe to SMS and connect with them immediately.

Postscript's interface is user-friendly and we are able to reach more people with our sms messages. Our ROI's are better. Pricing is very competitive. Love their customer service which we can use the chat and/or email our rep. We are able to get an answer quick and efficiently. Postscript doesn't push us to spend and push broadcasts, they are there to guide on best practices and make it easy to grow.

So far, we're only a couple of months in, and there are no cons to report.

The ease of use with the application. I rarely have trouble setting up campaings or automations. The customer support is really nice and the team members are very friendly.

I haven't had any problemds with postscript. I can't think of any qualities I dislike so far using this seamless applicaiton. I would reccoemnd it to anyone wanting to do sms.

They feel like a true extension of our team - we trust that they are really tackling SMS as if our company were their own.

As with any platform, there are always features you want to use that do not exist yet leading to some minor limitations.

**What problems is Postscript solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased SMS revenue contribution to the business, which is incremental to our other CRM channels. They're also helping solve bandwidth issues by taking most of the work for copy and scheduling from our team internally which has been great! They also fully dedicate their time to thinking of ways we can improve our SMS program so our internal teams can focus elsewhere knowing we are in good hands.

From setup to use, Postscript is easy to implement and work with! With Postscript+, the team is always there if you need help, inspiration, or feedback. And the dashboard gives a great at-a-glance view of how your account is doing.

The segmentation feature could be built out more to include multiple list exclusions. At the moment, you're only able to include one list and exclude one list, but I would love to be able to exclude multiple lists.

The culture and team at Postscript are awesome! Their team is super helpful and they are always cranking out new SMS features that help us meet our goals at Nomatic.

The on-platform analytics could use a good overhaul. There are certain metrics that I'd like to be able to see in platform that aren't possible yet. At least they have some analytics, but they could be much better in my opinion.

There are very few downsides! Our only area for improvement is the ability to integrate with more vendors out of our digital suite. Postscript has built in integrations with many but we'd love to integrate with more someday!

Love the functionality of Postscript. We have seen excellent results from implementing Postscript into our marketing plan and using it to grow our SMS list larger.

The one downsize of Postscript is the price. SMS is a more expensive platform to reach your audience and customers. It costs a good amount to send out SMS with any emojis or images.

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

The onboarding experience was the easiest and as close to white glove as you could possibly get without hand holding. The onboarding crew 100% set us up for success with our transition from attentive.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

We have been using Postscript for a few months so there is not really a lot to dislike just yet as we are still figuring things out. Invoices are a lump sum charge and not line-itemized, although we knew that going in, as one of their big financial draws is that there are no hidden or additional fees.

Postscript handles a lot of the automation SMS flows which ultimately saves us a lot of time. There were also integrations with RichPanel (our self-service CS platform) that attentive did not have at the time.

That's it's very easy to set up and send sms. Also seeing the data helps what sms work and which one didn't. Templates for the sms is great when you can't think of anything

i love how easy POSTSCRIPT made it for a new customer like me to get setup, integrated, and weekly reviews until i was able to create/analyze/and review my own campaigns or automation.

There is not one thing I dislike about postscript. Everything and everyone at the company has been a breeze to work with. since starting SMS marketing in addition to email marketing, our ROI has increased tremendously.

**Recommendations to others considering Postscript:**

I highly recommend giving POSTSCRIPT a try. It is super easy to setup and definitely worth the investment. In 2021, people are glued to their phones and will open up a SMS much more than a e-mail which can then get stuck in a junk box and never viewed. The App is easy to use and navigate. It works well with Shopfiy & Klaviyo by integrating segmented lists, user properties in just a matter of a few clicks and provides good customer success support.

I'm not too fond that they still haven't worked on list exclusions, which means that you have to spend a few more minutes creating separate lists. Also, they need to work on better-looking analytics and reports on the platform.

Definitely request for an account manager who can help you set up the campaigns and flows and help set up API calls. They're helpful; be patient.

Extremely easy to install. Setup from the Shopify store took only a few minutes, and I was sending my first text messages the first day. I thought it would be much more involved, but it was straightforward to set up.

I haven't come across any downsides from using the product. As with anything of value, it isn't free so expect to pay for what you ultimately need to have in your toolbag if you want to connect with customers.

**What do you like best about Postscript?**

I've used PostScript for 2 years and I am a huge fan. We've tested other SMS tools but always choose to stick with our team at PostScript. PostScript is amazing with features, ability to segment, set up automations. Strongest integration we've seen with ReCharge. But the biggest win for them is strategy and support. I give a 10/10 to their account strategy and support. The people they have working with them on the account strategy support teams are incredible. Features are important, but a tool is nothing without good execution. Running a mid-8 figure ecom business, with a lean team, we are always lacking resources. Having amazing team at PostScript to guide us helps us get done more with less.

**What do you dislike about Postscript?**

My only area of disappointment is analytics, and the UI. I'm constantly asking our rep to pull things manually because it's not possible to do in the interface, and I feel bad. The tool is very light on features to sort your flows/campaigns. Which causes a lot of headache as you get a more complex account or want to look at historical data. You are left clicking through list after list of campaigns and automations which by default show lifetime numbers. There's no date range function in flows/campaigns. You are stuck with lifetime metrics, even campaigns that ran long ago. All they would need to do is add a date range selector. Also putting metrics like new subscribers, credits used. The UI in it's current form has been "static" for a while. Really looking forward to see their engineering teams step up and make PostScript what it is capable of. Will gladly revise this to 10/10 if they can fix some of these basic usability/reporting functions.

Honestly, I've worked with a few different SMS platforms in my day, but Postscript has been one of the easiest to use. I was a little lukewarm on it (only because I was trained on other platforms), but after my experience with Sylvia and the support team, all of that changed. They were so helpful to me as I navigated an issue with a pop-up and making sure that everything was talking to each other clearly. She followed up with me and was responsive and communicative throughout the process, and was consistently looking to help me and be on my side, not just sending articles to help me sort it out myself, but by talking to her team and chatting with her engineers about the core root of the issue. It took a while to resolve, but she was patient and thorough and made sure that I knew it was going to be resolved! Thanks Sylvia. :)

N/A for the time being! Sometimes the segmenting can be a tad confusing, but it's nothing to fret over.

Love all the segments you can create. You can target so many different people based on how they interact on your site. Ive used some other SMS platforms and PostScripts is definitely a step above them. Super easy to use as well. If you spend a certain amount a month you get a dedicated rep and they are super helpful!

I don't love the pricing/ credit structure. I think a pay as you go feature would be much more beneficial for users

Although I don't use Postscript to the maximum extent that I should, I've always been happy with what I've done SO FAR. I'm excited to see the benefits of integrating Klaviyo lists & segments with Postscript to send more distinctive texts and GIFS to my customers. Customer service has been extremely helpful as well.  Cailee Rye was 10/10 today answering all of my questions!
