"Textedly: Fast SMS Sends, Affordable Credits, and Outstanding Customer Service"

What do you like best about Textedly?

Textedly customer service is probably the top reason I still use it. The credit system is affordable, and they have many options for different businesses. When I send an SMS with over 25,000 messages, it sends it right away, instead of taking hours. The user interface is extremely easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textedly?

There used to be no way to shorten links, but I can see that this feature has now been added. That said, I find the process for uploading contacts annoying, and the whole “keywords” part is frustrating too—though that may just be because I don’t really understand why I need to use it. What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I mentioned before, the link-shortening feature will definitely come in handy. I had to create a special link before, that was always still entirely too long, and it left me with not a lot of room to type out the text. It lets me send my link to all 25,000 contacts and still include a good amount of verbiage, which I really prefer. Thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
