Textedly customer service is probably the top reason I still use it. The credit system is affordable, and they have many options for different businesses. When I send an SMS with over 25,000 messages, it sends it right away, instead of taking hours. The user interface is extremely easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There used to be no way to shorten links, but I can see that this feature has now been added. That said, I find the process for uploading contacts annoying, and the whole “keywords” part is frustrating too—though that may just be because I don’t really understand why I need to use it.
