What do you like best about Attentive?

Working alongside our Customer Success Manager is an absolute pleasure. The team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive, and they’re willing to do whatever it takes to help ensure our SMS Marketing program is successful. We also have clear, transparent conversations about product development and enhancements, including platform features as well as improvements that are specific to our program. They are a leader in the SMS industry and have provided great insight as it pertains to iOS26 privacy updates; leading to sustainable delivery and engagement rates. What do you dislike about Attentive?

Integration within various hospitality-industry booking engines would be a game changer for our company. Pulling data such as stay dates, room types, etc., will ensure a more personalized and relevant message to guests with hotel reservations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attentive helps us reach our customers where they are. We’re seeing strong engagement, and it’s been an ideal platform to integrate into our tech stack.
