What do you like best about Sinch Engage?

I really like the customer support and the platform of Sinch Engage. The customer support is amazing; they handle issues very quickly, going back and forth through emails, and even set up a Teams meeting to solve problems right on the spot. Sinch Engage provides text reminders that complement email, ensuring people are notified effectively.
