"Easy to use but little visible value to employees"

What do you like best?

The idea of a pulse survey is great to help management stay close to employee's concerns and reality. The application has a great UX, the surveys are easy to answer and there are some helpful images to illustrate your ratings. As an employee, you can submit anonymous comments and get answered by your manager.

You can always see all your feedback in the portal and provide extra feedback at any time.

What do you dislike?

I find there is little guidance given to managers to deal with all this information. Anonymous feedback is not alway easy to digest and some managers seem to go on a witch hunt to figure out who submitted it instead of trying to deal with the problem in a general way. Also, the improvement advice given to them in the application seems very shallow and doesn't really provide concrete suggestions (i.e.: "Encourage your employees to do this behaviour" ... but how?) Weekly survey questions are asked in a random fashion and not necessarily aligned with the companies priorities, generating feedback that that can't really be addressed rapidly. Managers get a picture of employee ratings in categories (alignment, wellness, relationship with peers, etc...), but employees can't see how their own results affect the ratings. Finally, the weekly survey is sometimes frustrating, randomly asking for extra comments on some questions, but not always on the questions you would like to submit feedback on!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Start with a gradul implementation and make sure to give some guidance to managers on how to use and interpret all that feedback.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our managers work very closely with Officevibe, using the results to monitor employee satisfaction at work. They present the combined results to the whole department every month to let us see how we are doing and use the feedback in their one-on-one sessions with their direct reports.

"Spread good vibes with Officevibe"

What do you like best?

I like that there is an option to keep the respondents name anonymous so the respondents can freely express their opinions. It is a known fact that not everyone is comfortable in giving their honest responses to surveys if they know that the responses can be linked to them because they are concerned that it may affect their relationship with their supervisors.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I don't like with Officevibe. It's been a really helpful app in gauging how our staff feels with the policies that we're implementing. Because of Officevibe, we were able to make amendments to our policies to meet both the company and the employees' needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want to get an honest opinion from your staff that will help in creating a good working relationship, Officevibe is the way to go! With the option to keep their responses anonymous, they will feel confident in expressing their opinion because they know that only their responses will be sent to the management.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to identify an issue that most staff feel they don't get paid enough compared to other people in their field. It was something that the staff doesn't openly say to management, but because of the anonymity in Officevibe, they were able to express their opinion. Through Officevibe, we were also able to know that our staff is happy with how often we provide them with feedback about their work.

"Gel your team with Officevibe"

What do you like best?

We've been using Officevibe for three years now and I'm always amazed by the quality of the feedback we receive on a weekly basis from praise to constructive criticism. The management team has been able to better understand what please employees and what really bothers them. The mid level managers love the reports and are able to manage the communication with their team members with a lot of accuracy. We show the Company reports to all the employee and they are proud to be part of the organization. What a great tool!

What do you dislike?

It seems impossible to disable some questions like "Do you go out to lunch with your colleagues". Our team is completely virtual and it would be hard for colleagues to go out for lunch together.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be ready to receive blunt feedback and take action before you install Officevibe.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Understand waht employee want. What bothers them. It is very useful when we introduce changes in the organization to measure the effect of the change or the effectiveness of the communication.

"A great tool delivering terrific results"

What do you like best?

We were looking for a tool that gave pulse checks on how our teams, both remote and local, were doing, and how they were responding to change initiatives. Officevibe sata gives us this information clearly and directly, across relevant metrics.

We also needed the ability to deliver real-time feedback to our teams. The feedback tool in Officevibe is brilliant - particularly the ability to continue a conversation with someone, even when they chose to remain anonymous.

The ideas and tools available to Team Leaders has proven very effective. Simple guides to assist in building on the results.

The fun way to answer questions has helped with engagement, along with the colourful and simple reports that we can share information with teams.

What do you dislike?

Set up was relatively easy, however could be improved. i think as long as you have a member of the team prepared to "own" it, you have an expert trained to manage the solution.

We were nervous that being on the other side of the world would impact on the level of after sales service we would receive, however this has not been the case. There is a delay in response time, however the approach has always been to make it work for us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have certainly improved the metrics involving relationships (with peers and managers). The relationship to the larger organisation is an area of focus.

We have navigated through consistent change in the past 18 months. The information from Officevibe (data and feedback) has helped us understand the impact.

We are working to improve fun and wellness into the workplace with Wellbeing initiatives, informed by our Officevibe results.

"Expensive tool with a lot of bells and whistles, but little insight"

What do you like best?

Officevibe will allow you to collect anonymous feedback on a number of aspects of engagement, respond to feedback if needed while still maintaining anonymity and attribute feedback and engagement to different parts of the business. Questions are automatically sent via email, and you can add polls for specific questions you would like to ask your workforce.

What do you dislike?

You have no control over the questions that get asked, and some aren't great. If you have a small company, the number of data points you get on any dimension of engagement is pretty small, so you really can't do a lot with the numerical results. After a couple of years of using the tool, you largely see the same comments/issues, and the amount of people taking the surveys has decreased.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We now have the ability to collect and respond to anonymous feedback. There are a lot of different aspects of engagement that are covered by the questions, and you don't have to create the questions or remember to send them out.

"Good employee engagement tool with well researched + consistent updates"

What do you like best?

The tool has a nice user interface. Some of the fields are minimally difficult to update, which is more of a nuisance than anything. It integrates really well with our messaging tool, Slack.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the feedback review emails because they don't specifically reference the question that the feedback is tied to. You have to log into the tool to see that. There have been a number of times that I wasn't sure if feedback was positive or negative when read without the context of the question it was provided for.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get an employee engagement tool and USE IT. Employees may think that surveys are pointless, but I have extremely valuable insight into the mindsets of my employees. Officevibe really provides visibility into our workforce that helps our managers manage effectively and compassionately.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Officevibe is a great engagement tool. The questions that are asked are clearly well researched and there are constant improvements.

It's a really great barometer of employee happiness. We've been able to identify engagement issues well before employees have been willing to come to us on their own.

"Surveys team love"

What do you like best?

User interface design is great - lovely design and interactions work well. The ability to reduce frequency of surveys and add in custom questions easily makes it super powerful.

The analysis features let you dive in and share results with leadership very quickly. The metrics are helping guide our company people strategy.

What do you dislike?

It would be great to be able to run non anonymous surveys, with advanced logic on questions (ie if answer A, show question B).

Segmentation and reporting could always be more powerful... but it’s good for what we need now.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you take time adding in as much info on your employees as possible. For example, department and divisions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are getting great quality, open, challenging feedback quickly. We don’t have to wait for management 1-2-1s. We’ve been able to work on people policies that reflect the survey results, meaning we can say “you asked for... so we’ve created.... policy.”

"Good way to stay engaged with employees."

What do you like best?

The way they mix it up every week. Over time you do see repetition but that is a good thing. You do need repetition over time to make sure that things have not changed (for the worse). I like that it is anonymous. I like that it goes by department though I would prefer that departments are allowed to be smaller as it is a trend these days to have small teams. Employee engagement. No more need for a suggestion box!

"User-friendly platform that allows everyone to express what they are really feeling at work"

What do you like best?

There are some comments that wouldn't be shared if it wasn't for the platform. Some employees are not comfortable with sharing some constructive or delicate feedback. It helps them to share what they are really thinking.

What do you dislike?

The downside of being able to share their thoughts anonymously is that it can bring some feedback that is not always very fair. Some employees are sometimes sharing thoughts or bad experiences when they are not having a good day that impacts the overall rating. It doesn't happen often, but it would be helpful to know that when there is a drop, you can see the variation WoW but you cannot see exactly which questions the users answered to and see what changed since then. It would be helpful to really that what needs to be adressed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Some insatisfaction about office environment, the things the management are too much focusing on or not enough focusing on... What we are doing best and what things we should improve. We using these afterwards in our manager meeting to bounce ideas and help each other.

"Super easy to use and gives really valuable feedback"

What do you like best?

The anonymity allows everyone to have a voice even if they're shy about giving feedback. We'e discovered several issues with culture that we would have had no idea about if we weren't allowing our teams to give feedback in a place where they felt safe.

What do you dislike?

Some of the questions aren't overly relevant and could be tweaked. There are a lot of ways that Officevibe assures users that they're anonymous, but it's still a question we frequently get. So maybe more tools to help us reassure users that their feedback cannot be traced back to them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We've seen an improvement in our office culture that can be directly attributed to using Officevibe. It came at a critical time of our growth and was a key tool in keeping our small company feel as we grew to 2,000+ employees worldwide.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've discovered a lot about our team culture by allowing my team to give anonymous feedback. It's also helpful to find out about the overall company culture and how it's being realized in each team.

"Pretty Good, but some questions are frustrating "

What do you like best?

weekly regular surveys with tallying of results

PS - all these advertisers are breaching google ads policy by using your company name in their ads - http://prntscr.com/odswh9 )

What do you dislike?

Some weeks the questions are pointless and don't add any value or insights. This is my biggest dislike. It's annoying to wake up on sunday and do my office vibe only to see totally irrelevant questions that don't allow for deep answers and feedback to be made about the company and feelings of the staff

recognize app is a bit wonky and it SUCKS when you enter it wrong and it deletes all the nice things you wrote about someone

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Finding specific issues that people keep close to the chest, allowing our team to dig into issues.

We review the metrics weekly and then create programs to help resolve issues. The team then uses officevibe again over the next few weeks and we gauge of those changes actually helped people.

"Good way to get employee feedback"

What do you like best?

We started using OfficeVibe a few months ago because our company wanted to change the solution they were using to get feedback from us employees. I definitely like this better than what we were using before (I hardly remember what we were using before.. Lattice I think). It's a lot easier to provide quick feedback with pulse surveys that are sent out.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, really. I think the only con is that our team is kind of small, so providing "anonymous feedback" for longer questions is almost impossible. But that's not the app's fault.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely consider this for your team if you want an easy way to get feedback in your organization!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Definitely have more open communication with the team which is really great. My manager is able to easily identify issues and problems and has increased the number of 1:1 meetings we all have as a result. He also can gauge our mental health/feelings about work easier to help accommodate.

"Simple and easy to use"

What do you like best?

I like that the metrics are built up from questions that are grounded and easy to understand. The mechanism of sending only 5 questions weekly increases engagement since it is easy, light and quick to fill in. The report is also easy to read and digest. I can easily pinpoint which area to improve and focus on with the team.

What do you dislike?

The animation of the gauge (moving from 0 to current score) and graph (moving along the timeline) is not really necessary, but this is a minor thing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With the easy-to-read reports, I could easily see where the pain point lies at a given point of time. With that information I could gather my team to understand the problem, discuss and act upon that. Sometimes a really simple action point can address the problem almost immediately, and as a bonus it raised up the Officevibe score as well.

"Very good tool helps me assess employee satisfaction and commitment."

What do you like best?

It is a system with a very friendly interface, is very easy to use and configure, in addition to customization is very good because it allows to focus on the interests of each manager, in terms of functionality facilitates the creation of instruments or surveys to make measurements of performance, comfort or satisfaction of employees, anonymously so as to guarantee objective or uninfluenced opinions, thus obtaining truthful data on information about individual relationships, space, interpersonal relationships, work and interdepartmental. In addition to providing proposals, games, or group dynamics applicable to all employees, in order to streamline the work process.

What do you dislike?

We have more than two years using this program and to date we have not presented any inconvenience with this tool is very effective, we have managed to identify some problems and give solution through this functional application.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Very effective, excellent tool I recommend 100%, really worth a try.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I would like to start by highlighting the great reliability of the data obtained with this platform, since the process is done in total anonymity, but in our experience, this tool gave us the opportunity to learn more about our employees, as well as the critical nodes that affect their productivity and good performance, which has played a key role thanks to this we as human resources department have been able to take corrective, preventive and mitigating measures to resolve those complaints or requests of staff. We have obtained data from the degree of satisfaction or comfort, to the treatment given by their superiors, in addition to their consideration regarding materials and inputs provided by the company for the fulfillment of their functions, in addition to their opinions regarding the benefits that our organization has provided, so we have full knowledge of the opinions of our employees or that has not allowed strategies to develop to address the problem, as well as the planning and organization of complementary activities to help meet their needs.

"Full visibility and tracking of your organization's health"

What do you like best?

Officevibe provides consistent visibility into your entire organization. Employees from all levels of the organization are able to voice their opinions and feedback in confidence. In addition, as a manager, you get insight into how your company and department are tracking against your industry peers.

What do you dislike?

Weekly poll questions can seem a little redundant. Likewise, some team members are hesitant to be 100% truthful in fear that the responses are not as discreet as HR has promised. While feedback is indeed discreet it would be great to somehow provide comfort to end users who are skeptical.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Commit to using the Officevibe solution across all levels of the organization. The information and feedback are most valuable over time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Feedback has been opened and honest. The feedback is actionable while the platform has helped solve a long standing goal of being better internal communicators.

"Key tool for culture management"

What do you like best?

Data-oriented approach to capture and analyze sincere feedback from the team, helping manage issues before they come bigger problems and create a mindset of constantly improving culture and collaborative responsibility for making this a great work place. Love that I can see down to the question level as well as the high level, also feedback section and being able to separate into groups.

What do you dislike?

that my director put me within my own group, instead of having my area composed of the people that report to me. incentives me to inflate the score. Platform should recommend best practices for creating groups (without the group leader).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

No better way to create a culture of communication and transparency in the office.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

through the anonymous comments being about to hold anonymous conversations and push a proactive culture of people solving their own problems

"Changes the way we communicate!"

What do you like best?

I love how Officevibe seamlessly integrates into Slack. Now I don't have to fear that employee surveys get lost in crowded inboxes. Surveys are also very quick to complete, so they don't have too much an impact on employee productivity.

What do you dislike?

I like that 5 questions are chosen at random for the employees to answer, with one of them being open-ended feedback. However, as one who also takes the surveys, sometimes I'd like to be able to provide open-ended feedback on specific questions. (However, I know I can use the suggestion box for this.) Having some sort of optional "Elaborate on Your Answer" button would be pretty neat.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Conducting regular employee surveys for how they feel about our company culture; pulse surveys for current issues (even as minor as "what flavor of coffee would you like to add?)

"Simple and Effective"

What do you like best?

The base version of OfficeVibe is free, so it's a no-brainer. Try it out!

I love how simple, quick, and easy it is to take the weekly survey. It's 3-5 questions, and takes under two minutes to complete. We consistently have 80% or more of our team participating.

What do you dislike?

I don't have any major qualms with the tool. I think it does a great job of collecting and tracking employee engagement metrics & feedback over time

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The base version is free, just try it!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted a way to collect employee feedback that wasn't another Google Survey. OfficeVibe makes it easy to collect feedback (basically set it and forget it), and I get regular email updates when team members submit new feedback, or when there's a significant change in one of our 10 key engagement metrics.

"A remote teams best friend"

What do you like best?

Officebive lets us keep a finger on the pulse of the team's overall state despite being split across 4 offices. I'm not sure how we would be able to manage our team without it!

What do you dislike?

Keeping the questions relevant on a regular basis is a challenge for getitng the teams buy-in. Otherwise I can't really fault it!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Really can't recommend Officevibe enough. Everyone I have mentioned Offficebive too has had the same rave reviews.

They also provide really relevant content for how to actually improve your team scores.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being split across different offices and countries, it is hard to understand the nuances of employee engagement and buy-in. Officevibe provides an up to date snapshot of the state of our employees moral and allows them to provide feedback to management on areas of change.

"Simple enough for employees, great to identify trends on topics people won't necessarily speak up ab"

What do you like best?

It's simple and non intrusive for employees, and because it is they don't feel like it's a burden to fill. Frequent feedback gives good evolution over time

What do you dislike?

Small samples (ie for small teams <10) make it hard to get relevant results. I would like to be able to deep dive on a set of 2-4 categories for a few weeks to get a better data coverage

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Getting visibility on individuals that won't usually speak up (personalities). It helps confirm that things you do have an impact, and also make you realize things that you wouldn't if that tool didn't exist. I've used it with a couple of teams so far and I find it works best with larger teams (>10), and with people that don't speak up that much.

"Easy to use platform to check in with team members"

What do you like best?

The user interface is easy to use with fun graphics.

We like how it asks straightforward questions and then translates those into summary measures.

Also like the opportunity to add extra detailed answers.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the email invitations to surveys slip past and someone shows as inactive. It would be nice to be able to sign up for a reminder if someone didn't respond in a timely fashion.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The administrator can see who is not responding and send them a reminder - it may have slipped past in their email rather than purposefully not responding.

"Office Loves Officevibe"

What do you like best?

Officevibe has increased employee engagement by almost 45 percent since we implemented it in my division. I like how it asks employees various levels of questions to gauge how they are feeling and doing at work and builds off of their answers. It has not only provided us with valuable information about our employees but it has also made our employees feel better because we care about them enough to take the time to use Officevibe to gather this information.

A company wouldn't work without employees and happy employees make a better company for all involved. Officevibe has really helped us to improve overall morale.

I like that Officevibe provides your employees with the option to stay anonymous or not. So, if they want to divulge information that might be sensitive or information they don't want to be attached to - they can do so through Officevibe and feel safe they their name won't be released.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that I have discovered at this point that I feel could make Officevibe better would be if it has an application that could be used on mobile devices. Today, we do most of our communicating on the go and our cellphones are the main thing we use to accomplish work on the go. Applications are a great addition to any service and I think Officevibe could definitely benefit from one.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend Officevibe as it is unlike any product or service that I have seen before. If you aren't sure about Officevibe you can take advantage of the free trial that they offer. The free trial of Officevibe is good because it allows you to test all of the features that a paid subscription offers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Besides increasing our employee morale and giving us valuable insight on how our employees feel, Officevibe has also been a benefit to my company because it allows us to use it as a training tool for new supervisors and managers. We have started to share employee feedback that we have gathered via Officevibe with new supervisors and managers in order to show them employee feedback which has led to a better overall understanding of employees. The information collected via Officevibe has been very valuable to creating a better office atmosphere.

"Increases Staff Engagement"

What do you like best?

Officevibe has been a great platform for our employees to provide feedback and suggestions anonymously. Our management team used to guess what it was we thought was going wrong or right with our employees but Officevibe helped change that. We now have a place where employees can anonymously, or not, give us suggestions and tell us what we are doing right or what we could do better at. The site is very user friendly and the company provides tools to help managers.

What do you dislike?

Officevibe has a "Praise Game" within the site. This is where managers go in and are given a pre selected question to answer about an employee. I don't feel like there is enough variety in these questions. It feels like there are about 5 that get recycled. I want other questions to be able to provide different types of feedback.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Increasing employee engagement. Employees feel more comfortable with a platform where they can choose to be anonymous. It's a safe place to voice concern.

"Great employee satisfaction tool"

What do you like best?

I can easily share my opinion about the work environment as an employee. It is flexible in the terms of being able to share feedback anonymously or with you name. You can also share feedback with other teammates, which is a great motivational factor. Some things might not be worth sharing face to face where this tool give me an option to express my opinion. The questions asked are pretty simple and I only need to use a few minutes once a month or so.

What do you dislike?

We are working in a quite small office and I'm working in the smallest department so I'm sure that it is obvious at times to recognize that it is me. I have also helped setting up the tool which could have been more user friendly. This is more a HR tool so it should be build for people without IT knowledge. It's annoying in a small IT department to be to much in a hassle with a tool that a different department should be able to handle.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would make sure that you have time to setup the software with people with the right competences from the beginning. Include your IT Department to be sure it's done right.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can express my opinion in a lot of different areas. Everything from amenities to work related things. I find it important that it can be done in anonymity as some things are not great to handle face to face.
