## Workleap Reviews
  ### 1. Affordable but eventually lacks luster

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paige H. | Director, Program Management - People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

To be honest we originally picked OfficeVibe because it was an affordable option. The UX is nicely modern and good for our employees. Admin controls are fairly intuitive (albeit limited).

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

We've had an incredibly hard time keeping our managers and groups updated. We also liked the frequency of questions at first but found it just overwhelms our managers and HR team so they stopped responding as much with then meant employees responded less frequently and on and on. Also the anonymous factor ended up really bringing out a real "online troll" aspect from some employees and they could post truly awful comments and we were left trying to figure out how to help managers cope.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a way to collect and report on engagement data which this definitely allowed us to do at the start.

  ### 2. Anonymity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin M. | Business Intelligence Process Specialist, Consumer Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

You can provide open and honest feedback as answers can remain anonymous

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike about officevibe

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

issues between departments, trying to solve the silo effect

  ### 3. Pulsing your team engagement continuously

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Pulsing your team engagement continuously, having a zoomed-in approach to different metrics of engagement (including eNPS)

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I'd love to have more clarity on the time-span for the metrics.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a non-stop, continuous flow of information regarding the teams' engagement and pain points.

  ### 4. Critical for maintaining a visual of our org structure

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David F. | Senior Learning Management Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Pingboard is extremely easy to use for both admins and end users. It really helps to put a face with the names of people we interact with every day, especially in a 100% virtual environment.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I wish our company permitted end users to upload their own pictures, but that is a policy decision and not a fault of the PB app.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

The tool is very easy to use. I love that it has a mobile app which includes a fun game to help recognize your co-workers. The new applause feature is also a nice touch.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy integration with ADP, so names, titles, reporting structure are all in sync. Able to create ad-hoc teams for various software projects.

  ### 5. The simplicity of contacting.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marieke B. | Redacteur, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Pingboard is now the assistant of mine while I have to look for somebody to call and / or email as all the contacts of mine are next to the image of yours. It is good to use a picture to search, as well as Pingboard combines these 2 components to make a good option to your organization's online business pattern as well as contact list. Apart from being in a position to get into this powerful info from anywhere, I like the comfort of that.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I cannot recall what I do not love about Pingboard!

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Huge as well as very simple organizational values.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The management flow in preparing a task is fantastic. Nevertheless, I truly like the simplicity of contacting as well as finding individuals on Pingboard. I have begun using a couple of extra functions and also have only added some more information to the profile of mine. There's nevertheless a great deal to find out, is not there!

  ### 6. Performance Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Giving direct feedback anonymously and being able to implement it into the organization quickly. The ability to get your ear to the ground around a problem in the organization you may not even know existed. Especially if you are growing and losing a bit of touch in the process. People also feel more comfortable sharing through office vibe even in a company of open communication and feedback. Which I totally understand. Even though it's welcomed telling your CEO you don't like XYZ about the company is harder to their face than to an anonymous survey. Another wonderful thing is for new people who may not be used to an open feedback culture like we have may feel much more comfortable using office vibe then to jump right in and giving open and honest feedback to one of the leaders at the organization.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I would like the questions to dig in a little more. Have a little more variety. Another great option I would like to see is being able to change the number of questions to dig in and get a little more granular on a particular subject. I would like to see the questions get a little more specific.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

It's wonderful if your office is open to direct feedback. Giving direct feedback anonymously and being able to implement it into the organization quickly is a wonderful gift.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Receiving direct feedback and being able to have a pulse on the companies feelings. Then being able to implement anything from the comments. Finding small issues before they become much larger issues is a big benefit. So you can get ahead of the curve and fix it.

  ### 7. Where has Pingboard been in my professional career?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrizia V. | Associate Director, Research, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I have never eased so seamlessly into a new job as I have with Pingboard by my side. Pingboard has helped reduce the number of times I've needed to say, "Sorry, what was your name again?" to virtually zero. With so many working teams, many of them remote, it's helpful to have a sidekick remind you of names to faces before jumping into a meeting or attending an event. My favorite part is the division by location. I can easily jump to the group of people I need to re-familiarize myself with quickly!

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The app includes name, photo, and title, but not department in the quick text underneath each photo. I can get this information by clicking on specific departments, but this takes more work if I know a person I'm thinking of, but do not recall their department.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

It's 100% worth it! I'm not privy to the costs of using Pingboard as I am only a user, but for organizations considering to add, I strongly recommend as it will significantly improve onboarding for your employees!

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greatest benefit is being able to address people directly and not relying on memory alone especially when there are too many people to keep track of every single one.

  ### 8. Knowledge Is Power

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

As a new employee to my organization, Pingboard has been a helpful tool. The platform has provided me the resources to learn who my colleagues are in preparation for meeting as well as other interactions.

I'm in the process of learning all of what Pingboard has to offer.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Sharing birthdays, and career milestones would provide a space to cultivate meaningful relationships with colleagues.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Be proactive when onboarding new associates to your organization by training them on all of the capabilities Pingboard offers your organization. This can be a very useful tool when training is integrated into your onboarding process.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've had no problems to solve thus far. However, Pinfboard has aided by guiding me to the proper person to contact as I develop in my new role with Scout.

  ### 9. Great way to get feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin M. | Customer Success Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I love that the answers are anonymous, this makes it easier to be completely transparent and honest with the answers.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I haven't come across anything that I dislike yet about this.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have used Officevibe to see if an internal reorg would benefit employees, we've also used it to get info on employee safety.

  ### 10. We love OV!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The ease of administration and use for employees/users.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Reporting capabilities. I have to ask for a report and not all fields can be reported on. I receive responses very quickly though.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems - we see issues from our employees before they become a real issue. If we see a department is burning out or are receiving not so great feedback from a department, we address it in a meeting with all.
Benefits - anonymous feedback. They're not afraid to tell us what they're thinking!

  ### 11. Use the Officevibe survey software to gather feedback.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yasmina Margarita T. | Analista de calidad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like this software because it helps to understand the mood, happiness, and emotional stability of employees in real-time for business owners, managers, and human resources chiefs. It allows them to know the comments made about each team member, discovers the real needs of the worker, enabling the correction or further promotion of happiness and camaraderie, resulting in increased productivity. It has a free version, its support is only during working hours, it is used directly online, and the comments are anonymous.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It can be advantageous, but a disadvantage is that an unhealthy comment about an employee might leak, resulting in low self-esteem for them, decreasing their capacity and productivity.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

To stay stable, confident, happy, active, and with high self-esteem, it is good to use Officevibe, which guarantees improvement for every work group. It is easy to apply, it's free, and you can create very fun and entertaining questions, making them attractive for employees, as well as fun puzzles and skill games to know each person's abilities. In short, I recommend using it.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping the staff happy and content increases production and sales, helps correct internal issues of motivation and rewards. It brings benefits such as increased sales and good use of the more than 350 predefined questions based on industry standards, ensuring that all aspects of your company are covered.

  ### 12. User friendly and very simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick V. | 7th & 8th GradeGirls Soccer Coach, Sports, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like how easy it is to use the website and update information. Past websites I have used before have been lagging and sometimes hard to manage. With Pingboard, I have had no troubles updating my contact or work information or even my profile photo. Very happy with Pingboard.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I can't honestly say anything that I dislike about the website. From what I've used so far, its very easy to use and easy to catch on. Almost all of the features are self explanatory.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Highly recommend Pingboard, its very user friendly and very easy to update information.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a coach for a huge club, sometimes it is very hard to get in contact with other coaches from different parts of the club. With Pingboard, I was able to find and use the employee or staff directory to find coaches or staff members that I need to contact and send them an email or call or text them.

  ### 13. Overall a Good platform.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Temple P. | Service Provisioning , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Quick and Ease of use is by far the most important. It's basically the Google equivalent of contacts, which this company has tried a variety of options to try to facilitate but Pingboard is far better than the others.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Even though it's quick, it could be quicker. The other thing I could thing of is adding some kind of "did you mean such and such". Also it's hard to determine who is in what group, so a better grouping system would be appreciated. One last feature would be to request that a user update their information. Say John has a bad phone number, you can just simply press a request update right on his page.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

It's a wonderful tool, there doesn't seem to be anything better for what we use it for.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contacts, it has been a huge problem for this company, but with pingboard we have been able to drastically reduce the time in getting contact details.

  ### 14. My experience was decent.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lidia R. | PR + Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I am able to identify employees and their positions/ role in real time. This is especially useful after having had a meeting or conversation with someone who I don't usually interact with but it gives me a better understanding of what role they play in the company.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

What I dislike about ping board is that the live organizational chart only automatically shows the heads of each department and I have to individually click through each one to identify where each employee is working and under what mentor or supervisor.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

if ou are someone that is considering using pingboard I would say go fot it! This tool is specially useful when your organization has over 500+ employees because it allows you to be on the loop of different teams and role changes. you will also be able to create stronger relationships

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving many problems on ping board, especially as it pertains to teams recognition. For example, if I recieve a calendar invite from an unkwown name, I can easily go to ping board and look up their name in order to have a better understanding of who they are and what team they are on.

  ### 15. Incredibly useful in med-large orgs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brock N. | Client Strategy Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Pingboard is an easy way to glance at the company as a whole and see where we are at in terms of headcount, out of office status and navigate departmental org charts. People can get up to speed quickly and figure out who they need to talk to or if others are out of office.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It would be awesome to have more integrations.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People are used to having to ask around to figure out where people are or who they need to talk to and this can usually solve those issues.

  ### 16. Officevibe in Motion

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul L. | Senior Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Oficevibe is great in keeping all feedback as confidential as possible.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Officevibe seems a bit repetitive when it comes to questions being asked.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

For those who are thinking of implementing Officevibe, I think they need to find ways to motivate the staff to participate. Because without staff's wllingness to provide feedback and truthful feedback, then there is no return value with the product.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we're trying to solve at our office with Officevibe is to obtain feedback from our staff at a consistent bases so we know how the office morale is doing.

  ### 17. Good Tool, User Friendly, Valuable Feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir S. | Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The idea of a pulse survey is superb to assist management keep on the brink of employee's issues and reality. The appliance incorporates a nice married woman, the surveys square measure simple to answer, and their square measure some useful pictures, for example, your ratings. As a worker, you'll be able to submit anonymous comments and find answered by your manager.
You can invariably see all of your feedback within the portal and supply any input at any time.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There is nothing that I do not like with Officevibe. It has been a helpful app in gauging; however, our workers feel concerning the policies that we're implementing. Due to Officevibe, we tend to were ready to create amendments to our policies to satisfy each corporate and, therefore, the employees' desires.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Get a worker engagement tool and use it. Workers might imagine that surveys square measure pointless; however, I have precious insight into the mindsets of my workers. Officevibe provides visibility into our hands that help our managers manage effectively and with compassion.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have improved the metrics involving relationships (with peers and managers). The affiliation to the broader organization is a locality of focus.
We have navigated through a standardized modification within the past eighteen months. The data from Officevibe (data and feedback) has helped us perceive the impact.
We square measure operating to enhance fun and eudaemonia into the work with we tend toll being initiatives, conversant by our Officevibe results.

  ### 18. A good outlet for introverted Employees

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loretta B. | Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It was a great tool for orgs that have poor management/leadership and employees need an outlet. You can get good data on employee experience if you can get your team to adopt the software. They had launched some new feedback loop tools which were helpful and helped solved a problem we were facing in facilitating better 1:1s for the team in general.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

As a manager using the tool, I would get a bit frustrated that employees would go be extremely negative on Officevibe and not have an honest conversation with me as to what could be fixed. Using it at a small company, many employees didn't believe in the anonymity of the product as well and didn't give feedback. I would get the same feedback every time from half of my team and not be able to make super great decisions based on that data.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a good outlet for employees to vent. It also helped show what departments needed more work than others.

  ### 19. Very complete

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra C. | Project Director, Oil & Energy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The platform is really easy to use and the functionality to delve into individual team results is excellent. It allows access for the team administrator and the manager, and tracks all previous comments and trends. It allows us to add custom surveys and also has many useful features. I really like the scored questions that can be asked to our staff, which take just a few minutes of the person's time to answer and evaluate our company's corporate identity, which can be one of the most difficult things to measure. Additionally, people can give opinions that are sometimes not considered, and it gives us the opportunity to gain perspectives different from our own and allow everyone to have the same voice. And as for the reports, you can obtain data that is so open, transparent, and detailed, and you can access that information at any time.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

So far, I can't make any negative comments, but if I had to choose one, it would be that sometimes the platform can take its time loading some parts of the site, but it doesn't happen all the time.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

I advise to start with a gradual implementation and thus allow some guidance to managers on the way to use and interpret all those comments.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining visibility into people who generally do not speak. It helps confirm that the things you have make an impact and also makes you realize things you wouldn't if that tool didn't exist. I have used it with a couple of teams so far and I think it works better with larger teams and with people who don't speak as much.
In addition to boosting our employees' morale and giving us valuable insights into how our employees feel, this program has also been a benefit to my company because it allows us to use it as a training tool for new supervisors and managers. The information gathered through Officevibe has been very valuable in creating a better office environment.

  ### 20. Easy to use but little visible value to employees

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tania G. | Présidente, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The idea of a pulse survey is great to help management stay close to employee's concerns and reality. The application has a great UX, the surveys are easy to answer and there are some helpful images to illustrate your ratings. As an employee, you can submit anonymous comments and get answered by your manager.
You can always see all your feedback in the portal and provide extra feedback at any time.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I find there is little guidance given to managers to deal with all this information. Anonymous feedback is not alway easy to digest and some managers seem to go on a witch hunt to figure out who submitted it instead of trying to deal with the problem in a general way. Also, the improvement advice given to them in the application seems very shallow and doesn't really provide concrete suggestions (i.e.: "Encourage your employees to do this behaviour" ... but how?) Weekly survey questions are asked in a random fashion and not necessarily aligned with the companies priorities, generating feedback that that can't really be addressed rapidly. Managers get a picture of employee ratings in categories (alignment, wellness, relationship with peers, etc...), but employees can't see how their own results affect the ratings. Finally, the weekly survey is sometimes frustrating, randomly asking for extra comments on some questions, but not always on the questions you would like to submit feedback on!

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Start with a gradul implementation and make sure to give some guidance to managers on how to use and interpret all that feedback.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our managers work very closely with Officevibe, using the results to monitor employee satisfaction at work. They present the combined results to the whole department every month to let us see how we are doing and use the feedback in their one-on-one sessions with their direct reports.

  ### 21. Spread good vibes with Officevibe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filipinas C. | HR Team Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like that there is an option to keep the respondents name anonymous so the respondents can freely express their opinions. It is a known fact that not everyone is comfortable in giving their honest responses to surveys if they know that the responses can be linked to them because they are concerned that it may affect their relationship with their supervisors.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There is nothing that I don't like with Officevibe. It's been a really helpful app in gauging how our staff feels with the policies that we're implementing. Because of Officevibe, we were able to make amendments to our policies to meet both the company and the employees' needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

If you want to get an honest opinion from your staff that will help in creating a good working relationship, Officevibe is the way to go! With the option to keep their responses anonymous, they will feel confident in expressing their opinion because they know that only their responses will be sent to the management.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to identify an issue that most staff feel they don't get paid enough compared to other people in their field. It was something that the staff doesn't openly say to management, but because of the anonymity in Officevibe, they were able to express their opinion. Through Officevibe, we were also able to know that our staff is happy with how often we provide them with feedback about their work.

  ### 22. Gel your team with Officevibe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Youcef B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

We've been using Officevibe for three years now and I'm always amazed by the quality of the feedback we receive on a weekly basis from praise to constructive criticism. The management team has been able to better understand what please employees and what really bothers them. The mid level managers love the reports and are able to manage the communication with their team members with a lot of accuracy. We show the Company reports to all the employee and they are proud to be part of the organization. What a great tool!

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It seems impossible to disable some questions like "Do you go out to lunch with your colleagues". Our team is completely virtual and it would be hard for colleagues to go out for lunch together.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Be ready to receive blunt feedback and take action before you install Officevibe.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understand waht employee want. What bothers them. It is very useful when we introduce changes in the organization to measure the effect of the change or the effectiveness of the communication.

  ### 23. A great tool delivering terrific results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Training and Development Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

We were looking for a tool that gave pulse checks on how our teams, both remote and local, were doing, and how they were responding to change initiatives. Officevibe sata gives us this information clearly and directly, across relevant metrics.
We also needed the ability to deliver real-time feedback to our teams. The feedback tool in Officevibe is brilliant - particularly the ability to continue a conversation with someone, even when they chose to remain anonymous.
The ideas and tools available to Team Leaders has proven very effective. Simple guides to assist in building on the results.
The fun way to answer questions has helped with engagement, along with the colourful and simple reports that we can share information with teams.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Set up was relatively easy, however could be improved. i think as long as you have a member of the team prepared to "own" it, you have an expert trained to manage the solution.
We were nervous that being on the other side of the world would impact on the level of after sales service we would receive, however this has not been the case. There is a delay in response time, however the approach has always been to make it work for us.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have certainly improved the metrics involving relationships (with peers and managers). The relationship to the larger organisation is an area of focus.
We have navigated through consistent change in the past 18 months. The information from Officevibe (data and feedback) has helped us understand the impact.
We are working to improve fun and wellness into the workplace with Wellbeing initiatives, informed by our Officevibe results.

  ### 24. Expensive tool with a lot of bells and whistles, but little insight

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** April T. | Vice President, Publishing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Officevibe will allow you to collect anonymous feedback on a number of aspects of engagement, respond to feedback if needed while still maintaining anonymity and attribute feedback and engagement to different parts of the business. Questions are automatically sent via email, and you can add polls for specific questions you would like to ask your workforce.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

You have no control over the questions that get asked, and some aren't great. If you have a small company, the number of data points you get on any dimension of engagement is pretty small, so you really can't do a lot with the numerical results. After a couple of years of using the tool, you largely see the same comments/issues, and the amount of people taking the surveys has decreased.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have the ability to collect and respond to anonymous feedback. There are a lot of different aspects of engagement that are covered by the questions, and you don't have to create the questions or remember to send them out.

  ### 25. Good employee engagement tool with well researched + consistent updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole G. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The tool has a nice user interface. Some of the fields are minimally difficult to update, which is more of a nuisance than anything. It integrates really well with our messaging tool, Slack.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I don't like the feedback review emails because they don't specifically reference the question that the feedback is tied to. You have to log into the tool to see that. There have been a number of times that I wasn't sure if feedback was positive or negative when read without the context of the question it was provided for.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Get an employee engagement tool and USE IT. Employees may think that surveys are pointless, but I have extremely valuable insight into the mindsets of my employees. Officevibe really provides visibility into our workforce that helps our managers manage effectively and compassionately.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Officevibe is a great engagement tool. The questions that are asked are clearly well researched and there are constant improvements.
It's a really great barometer of employee happiness. We've been able to identify engagement issues well before employees have been willing to come to us on their own.

  ### 26. Surveys team love

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom C. | People Operations Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

User interface design is great - lovely design and interactions work well. The ability to reduce frequency of surveys and add in custom questions easily makes it super powerful.

The analysis features let you dive in and share results with leadership very quickly. The metrics are helping guide our company people strategy.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It would be great to be able to run non anonymous surveys, with advanced logic on questions (ie if answer A, show question B).

Segmentation and reporting could always be more powerful... but it’s good for what we need now.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Make sure you take time adding in as much info on your employees as possible. For example, department and divisions.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting great quality, open, challenging feedback quickly. We don’t have to wait for management 1-2-1s. We’ve been able to work on people policies that reflect the survey results, meaning we can say “you asked for... so we’ve created.... policy.”

  ### 27. Good way to stay engaged with employees.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil A. | CMO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The way they mix it up every week. Over time you do see repetition but that is a good thing. You do need repetition over time to make sure that things have not changed (for the worse). I like that it is anonymous. I like that it goes by department though I would prefer that departments are allowed to be smaller as it is a trend these days to have small teams. **What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Having to describe some answers in text. I prefer multiple choice. It needs to be very fast for the user to complete.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

No other specific advice.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement. No more need for a suggestion box!

  ### 28. User-friendly platform that allows everyone to express what they are really feeling at work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline B. | Digital Marketing Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

There are some comments that wouldn't be shared if it wasn't for the platform. Some employees are not comfortable with sharing some constructive or delicate feedback. It helps them to share what they are really thinking.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The downside of being able to share their thoughts anonymously is that it can bring some feedback that is not always very fair. Some employees are sometimes sharing thoughts or bad experiences when they are not having a good day that impacts the overall rating. It doesn't happen often, but it would be helpful to know that when there is a drop, you can see the variation WoW but you cannot see exactly which questions the users answered to and see what changed since then. It would be helpful to really that what needs to be adressed.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some insatisfaction about office environment, the things the management are too much focusing on or not enough focusing on... What we are doing best and what things we should improve. We using these afterwards in our manager meeting to bounce ideas and help each other.

  ### 29. Super easy to use and gives really valuable feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea S. | Head of Social Media and Editorial, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The anonymity allows everyone to have a voice even if they're shy about giving feedback. We'e discovered several issues with culture that we would have had no idea about if we weren't allowing our teams to give feedback in a place where they felt safe.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Some of the questions aren't overly relevant and could be tweaked. There are a lot of ways that Officevibe assures users that they're anonymous, but it's still a question we frequently get. So maybe more tools to help us reassure users that their feedback cannot be traced back to them.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

We've seen an improvement in our office culture that can be directly attributed to using Officevibe. It came at a critical time of our growth and was a key tool in keeping our small company feel as we grew to 2,000+ employees worldwide.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've discovered a lot about our team culture by allowing my team to give anonymous feedback. It's also helpful to find out about the overall company culture and how it's being realized in each team.

  ### 30. Pretty Good, but some questions are frustrating

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** danny z. | marketing consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

weekly regular surveys with tallying of results

PS - all these advertisers are breaching google ads policy by using your company name in their ads - http://prntscr.com/odswh9 )

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Some weeks the questions are pointless and don't add any value or insights. This is my biggest dislike. It's annoying to wake up on sunday and do my office vibe only to see totally irrelevant questions that don't allow for deep answers and feedback to be made about the company and feelings of the staff

recognize app is a bit wonky and it SUCKS when you enter it wrong and it deletes all the nice things you wrote about someone

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding specific issues that people keep close to the chest, allowing our team to dig into issues.

We review the metrics weekly and then create programs to help resolve issues. The team then uses officevibe again over the next few weeks and we gauge of those changes actually helped people.

  ### 31. Good Tool For Employee Assessment and Feedbacks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Magnus A. | Social Media Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The platform is straightforward to use, and also the practicality of drilling down into individual team results is excellent. It allows team manager and admin access and keeps track of all previous comments and trends.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The inability to customize queries is frustrating now and then. While most of the queries area unit is relevant, the heartbeat checks cowl such a significant amount of totally different areas, and there's power in selecting and selecting areas to survey on and focus improvement efforts. Also, some queries don't seem to be relevant to our business; therefore, the ability to show on/off would be sensible. Recently there have conjointly been some knowledge problems wherever homepage results do not equal, identical classes once you drill into it. These have been corrected; however, we tend to lose a touch of confidence given it occurred over many months.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Start with a gradual implementation and ensure to allow some steerage to managers on the way to use and interpret all that feedback.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been virtually two years since we have a tendency to started victimization OfficeVibe and despite many problems, it's been principally positive expertise with comprehensive analytic thinking and practicality.

  ### 32. Great feature that most companies miss

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh W. | Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, Telecommunications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I love that I can provide feedback directly to my employer without feeling like I could be targeted for some reason. The anonymity that comes with Officevibe is extremely important to me as well as my colleagues. I'm also a massive fan of the "reply" feature. I can have a totally anonymous feedback conversation with my direct supervisor and still feel relaxed, even with the level of honesty I am providing.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Sometimes the questions can repeat over the course of a few weeks. When this happens, it can feel as though the repetition could cause any new feedback to be somewhat ignored.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Officevibe is a game changer for the workspace. The level of insight into your workforce is absolutely unparalleled.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Culture has improved and our department seems to be functioning in a better way. Coworkers seem to be on the same page more often than not.

  ### 33. As a new starter, Pingboard instantly gave me an interactive overview of the companies Org Chart

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I recently joined a company that use Pingboard, a product I hadn't heard of before. I found it immediately intuitive, and was able to navigate the company org chart with ease. This was a massive time saver and made my onboarding that much easier.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The "secondary" features such as the out of office functionality are a little lacking, and feel like second class citizens. Typically Pingboard is the last place I fill out my availability as I've normally already filled in existing tools such as Google calendar.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pingboard is used as our Org Chart and company directory. Everyone is on Pingboard and I can quickly view the Org Chart to find someone in a particular department, location, role etc.

  ### 34. A platform where we know the degree of employee commitment to the company through their happiness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

This tool helps us to know the degree of satisfaction that the employee has with the company in a quantitative way, when it comes to a personal feeling it is difficult to know how good or so bad is the relationship with coworkers, however , with Officevibe if I have a number, a rating of how you feel and who or who have a good working environment, customer service is fabulous, they serve us very quickly and have always resolved all our doubts.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The questions are standardized for all sectors of industries or services, in our company there are some questions that do not fit and we do not see how to modify or eliminate them.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us as a human resources department to make decisions about incentives and talks with people who do not contribute to a good work environment, in this way we manage to rectify and channel the problems before an organizational chaos occurs, it is easily understood and employees feel free to comment in total anonymity when asked.

  ### 35. An excellent way to get into metrics how your staff feels.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob W. | Director Business Development(Automotive/Mobile), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like the software because it helped us to get quantifiable measurements rather than rumours, about team results and emotions.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

An OfficeVIbe feature allows you to congratulate staff through the site. He named as 4 of his staff and is praised. You have to answer a question, and I don't like that. Each week, the questions are the same. I would love to see more than one variety.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

The platform is really easy to use and the functionality to deepen the individual results of the team is excellent.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This instrument has been invaluable in contributing to the evaluations that my boss can use to improve the team with the moral pain of the employees. Set the individuals in your group and send messages when you configure them. From that moment, people will receive weekly memoranda to help them feel. The scheme uses very simple graphic style questions that resemble psychometric tests of how they are interpreted. When we installed that for the first time, all employees have determined how their reactions have contributed to the team's statistics.

  ### 36. Simple and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alia S. | Scrum Master, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like that the metrics are built up from questions that are grounded and easy to understand. The mechanism of sending only 5 questions weekly increases engagement since it is easy, light and quick to fill in. The report is also easy to read and digest. I can easily pinpoint which area to improve and focus on with the team.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The animation of the gauge (moving from 0 to current score) and graph (moving along the timeline) is not really necessary, but this is a minor thing.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the easy-to-read reports, I could easily see where the pain point lies at a given point of time. With that information I could gather my team to understand the problem, discuss and act upon that. Sometimes a really simple action point can address the problem almost immediately, and as a bonus it raised up the Officevibe score as well.

  ### 37. Pingboard is great for new employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Pingboard is a great tool to help new employees out names to faces around the office. It also helps see where your team is at all times, whether working remotely or traveling. It's also a great way to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

At this point, there isn't much I dislike about the platform. It is a bit bare bones when it comes to set up instructions for a new user, but it's pretty self explanatory from there.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

It's great as a simple staffing platform.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to see where everyone is, whether in the office or working remote. Helps to identify departments as well and to get to know new coworkers. Also, my company as two other offices that we collaborate with, rarely meeting in person. It helps to foster a team mentality.

  ### 38. Not much, but effective in small dose

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | Investment Association, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It can be deployed quickly and timely. Our office used it effectively to pick up feedback after just about every session.I imagine they were able to gather good geedback from it.

We are able to get a healthy sense from our staff on what needs to improve. That being said I don't actually administer this - only use it.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I was not able to see the results from it. It would have been nice to see what other people said after submitting my results.

That being said I don't actually administer this - only use it.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Give it a try - it all depends on the authenticity and adoption of your stadd.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting feedback very quickly in order to secure excellent improvements to iterate with our company.

That being said I don't actually administer this - only use it.

  ### 39. Great interactive org chart

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Very easy to see team structure, employees by location and contact information for coworkers. Having status updates in one place is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I have yet to see anything to dislike. Pingboard's a simple tool that delivers on its purpose.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to see and interact with an updated org chart with all employees across the company, and filter by team or location. Employee profiles make it easy to connect a name with a photo, pull contact information quickly, see how long someone's been at the company and more. It's also a way to see which team members are out of the office, on vacation, on a business trip or working remotely. It's also helpful for new employees to get to know their coworkers, or to help coworkers in different offices connect.

  ### 40. Convenient tool for org chart and out of office notifications

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Integration with Google Calendar after updating work status (Remote, Business Trip, PTO, etc)

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Don't have approval option for managers. Not as easy for managers to see when their team will be out since it only lists dates. No calendar view.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy way for new hires to see org chart. In addition, convenient way for employees to post their work status either view the website or through their convenient mobile app.

  ### 41. User friendly and provides customizable options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber G. | Front Desk Receptionist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It has some great features to look at your company as a whole as well as see important individual data. We have been able to create some inter office recognition using pingboard as well has get essential information to increase effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

We would love a way to download the org chart with more modifications and be able to select what is appearing.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to utilize it most recently for some individual recognitions.

  ### 42. Good way to get employee feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily H. | Copywriter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

We started using OfficeVibe a few months ago because our company wanted to change the solution they were using to get feedback from us employees. I definitely like this better than what we were using before (I hardly remember what we were using before.. Lattice I think). It's a lot easier to provide quick feedback with pulse surveys that are sent out.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Nothing, really. I think the only con is that our team is kind of small, so providing "anonymous feedback" for longer questions is almost impossible. But that's not the app's fault.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Definitely consider this for your team if you want an easy way to get feedback in your organization!

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely have more open communication with the team which is really great. My manager is able to easily identify issues and problems and has increased the number of 1:1 meetings we all have as a result. He also can gauge our mental health/feelings about work easier to help accommodate.

  ### 43. Very Easy To Use and Quick to Learn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I really like how user friendly it is. There are not many obstacles hindering the learning of this new technology, and once you pick it up it is incredibly useful. The chart design is also very 'modern.'

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The only features that are there are charts and diagrams that we refer to occasionally I believe that there are additional things we can add in order to make it fully integrated into office life, such as chat rooms/conference calling one-click by clicking on the person's profile picture etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

If you like charts and visualizing, then use Pingboard. It's quite simple.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving management and communication problems. The benefit is seeing who each person reports to, and if there are issues we instantly know after a quick search who to communicate to. If there are issues that need to be escalated to the top then we know who to look for.

  ### 44. A great tool to get the overall company vibe

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Panku N. | HR Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Officevibe is a great employee engagement tool which helped us to know how our employees are feeling and what the different issue that they have raised. The tool gives us good insights on what are the different topics that we need to focus on. There are also features for employee recognition and engagement in the tool.

The tool can also integrate with other commonly used communication channels like slack is an added advantage.
The tool also helps us filter the reports based on different segments.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Officevibe does not allow us to customize the question and we have to use only the question set which is provided by them.
The initial signup process can also be confusing to some users.
It can be a little confusing to navigate on the tool when we want to drill down on the data and filter data combination of segments.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

It is a very good employee engagement tool

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Officevibe gives us the culture dashboard of our company and give a medium to the employee to share their feedback, ideas or any other suggestion regarding any process in the company.

  ### 45. Full visibility and tracking of your organization's health

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob C. | VP, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Officevibe provides consistent visibility into your entire organization. Employees from all levels of the organization are able to voice their opinions and feedback in confidence. In addition, as a manager, you get insight into how your company and department are tracking against your industry peers.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Weekly poll questions can seem a little redundant. Likewise, some team members are hesitant to be 100% truthful in fear that the responses are not as discreet as HR has promised. While feedback is indeed discreet it would be great to somehow provide comfort to end users who are skeptical.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Commit to using the Officevibe solution across all levels of the organization. The information and feedback are most valuable over time.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feedback has been opened and honest. The feedback is actionable while the platform has helped solve a long standing goal of being better internal communicators.

  ### 46. Key tool for culture management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda J. | Sub Director of Corporate Venture Capital, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Data-oriented approach to capture and analyze sincere feedback from the team, helping manage issues before they come bigger problems and create a mindset of constantly improving culture and collaborative responsibility for making this a great work place. Love that I can see down to the question level as well as the high level, also feedback section and being able to separate into groups.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

that my director put me within my own group, instead of having my area composed of the people that report to me. incentives me to inflate the score. Platform should recommend best practices for creating groups (without the group leader).

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

No better way to create a culture of communication and transparency in the office.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

through the anonymous comments being about to hold anonymous conversations and push a proactive culture of people solving their own problems

  ### 47. Good tool for measuring the performance and effectiveness of processes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juana P. | Spécialiste en marketing et publicité, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

As survey software, it is beneficial for the design company I currently represent. From a productive standpoint, Officevibe is an employee engagement survey program with key features such as anonymous employee feedback, achieving excellent improvements in the company's internal performance. It offers real-time data on the motivation, happiness, behavior, interaction, and productivity of your employees.

The fact of conducting surveys and responding anonymously allows for the expression of critical ideas about certain processes or products, but in the long run, it is positive because it allows project leaders to change the negative aspects pointed out by other employees and apply the necessary corrections so that the final product is better. In the end, with a good advertising campaign, the client will obtain good software.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Some items cannot be done because there are remote work teams, therefore there are situations that cannot be measured with this tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Through this program you can apply employee surveys, wellness assessments

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Among the employees, they can make criticisms and these allow video game developers to improve the products. We implement surveys among all employees inside and outside the company because there are product developers located in other regions. Through some criticisms, it allows improving some parts of the programs.
It allows detecting bottlenecks in some internal processes of the company, therefore employees can improve the processes; it's like having a suggestion box among the employees.

  ### 48. Changes the way we communicate!

I love how Officevibe seamlessly integrates into Slack. Now I don't have to fear that employee surveys get lost in crowded inboxes. Surveys are also very quick to complete, so they don't have too much an impact on employee productivity.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I like that 5 questions are chosen at random for the employees to answer, with one of them being open-ended feedback. However, as one who also takes the surveys, sometimes I'd like to be able to provide open-ended feedback on specific questions. (However, I know I can use the suggestion box for this.) Having some sort of optional "Elaborate on Your Answer" button would be pretty neat.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conducting regular employee surveys for how they feel about our company culture; pulse surveys for current issues (even as minor as "what flavor of coffee would you like to add?)

  ### 49. New Pingboard User/Admin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I love the visuals of Pingboard, it is very easy to read and navigate and has the ability to contain a plethora of information. It is also extremely user friendly and customizable from the admin aspect in regards to creating reports.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The zoom aspect has a bit of a learning curve to get comfortable with. Also, I wish there was some record of when each invite or resending of invite was sent.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates a central location for all employee information with their branch, location and direct reports.

  ### 50. Good platform, but gets repetitive over time!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divya B. | Content Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

- Engaging employees better with surveys
- Sending anonymous messages to the management team
- Sharing feedback with the team

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The surveys were fresh in the beginning and focused on various aspects which contribute to employee happiness. But over time, I realized that I was being sent the same questions over and over again which was kind of disappointing.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

If you are just stepping into the 'Employee Happiness' area, I would say Officevibe would be an amazing choice.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our management wanted to know our views about the work culture, work environment, and the team. In an organization, any employee generally doesn't speak about the problems he faces or if there is something lacking in the team... I could say all that to my management team because of Officevibe.
