The user experience design made it easier to navigate a new platform without prior knowledge. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** I tried using the AI assistant, which made it more complicated. I started with the goal of having AI review a submitted form and, if any responses were empty, send an email notification to the person who completed the form. It seemed to make it more complicated. I did try to ask the AI Assistant if there was a simpler way to do what I wanted, and it didn't recommend this path. I figured out that I could do the condition for if (field) is (empty); if any are found, then mark it incomplete, and I used the AI Assistant to do that for all the fields for me. **What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't had problems I've been unable to figure out. Sometimes, when I create applications or forms, I want a certain data type, and it's hard to customize the dimensions of tables. First is automating based on specific fields. For example, emailing a certain person based on the answer given in a form. This is helpful because it directs the information to who really needs it. I also like the wide array of options JotForm Workflows gives. For example, you have different options if a submission is approved or denied, if a person had a certain answer for a field, if other people also want to view the information, etc. It is a robust system. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** I don't think there are any downsides. Probably the least helpful feature, though, is that you can't use automatically send a form for two different flows. For example, if a respondent submits an answer, and I want to send a follow-up form for that respondent to respond to, but that follow-up form is used in another flow in the same workflow, I have to create a new form that has basically the same information. This means I have to track information on two forms, rather than one. I can set a workflow so that whenever a certain form is received an email is sent to one person, who then has to review the form and approve or deny it. If it is denied the workflow can be set to automatically send the form back to the submitter, if it's approved it is automatically passed along to the next person in the chain. We no longer have to worry about whether or not someone remembers to send a reminder because emails triggered by workflow do that for us. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** The UI is meant to be intuitive but is actually very busy and clunky. It saves me time to go and manually export files. The AI feature also helps by creating a good starting point and lets me refine the workflow any time. The last thing I like is that it lets you test the workflow as well. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** There can be some limitations to be able to use the workflow feature. For example, in my case, if you have form encryption on, it will not allow you to use the feature, so I had to turn encryption off even though I would prefer to have it on. **What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?** It lets me create agreements and ask clients for signatures online. It makes online signatures way more efficient and time saved. I want to be able to add a while loop so I can say, “While the x variable equals this, do this.” I also want the wait to be more dynamic.
