I appreciate that Jotform Workflows was easy to set up and navigate, even without a strong technical background. I also like the notification options that let me notify certain groups and individuals based on the outcomes of the forms. The ease of setup and the ability to quickly build intake forms and workflows that align with how our organization operates made adoption smoother for our staff and team. Jotform Workflows is excellent for intake but limited when managing multiple projects with several people involved. I would like to see a dashboard or timeline view of the statuses of the intakes. I would also love to see more flexible communication features in the workflows. Some conversations still have to move to emails or chats instead of happening right within the workflow. We're glad you find Jotform Workflows intuitive. Your feedback means a lot. For project visibility, a helpful workaround is using Jotform Boards. Each workflow submission can feed into a board where you can assign status fields such as new, in progress, waiting, or completed. In Boards, you get a visual, column-based overview that works similarly to a project dashboard and makes it easier to track multiple intakes at once. I like that I can use the AI to basically make the workflow for me. I use the AI step by step for exactly what I want it to do. The more detailed I am, the more successful the outcome is. I spent several hours creating a complicated workflow, and then it vanished, leaving me unsure where it went. I couldn't find it even with help, which was really frustrating. It took me a while to figure out that the form is separate from the workflow, but they work together, which was confusing at first. Innovation that helps improve slow and inefficient systems in our current workflow. I used the expense request template form after finding it through Jotform-made instructional videos on YouTube. I like that I could connect an existing form in my workflow, although sometimes the system didn’t seem able to find it. I also tried starting with a template, and while it was a helpful starting point, I found it difficult to customize to my needs without breaking the code. The AI helper wasn’t very effective at fixing bugs and didn’t always recognize when there was an error. On my current free plan, I’m satisfied with the level of support. That said, I would benefit from a tutorial that walks me through all the JotForm features, and it would be most helpful if the tutorial were interactive. It should be optional, though, because I find it annoying when I’m trying a tool for the first time and I’m bombarded by pop-up windows that want to show me all the app features. In terms of speed, there were a couple of times when the tool slowed down after I asked the AI to fix an issue or advise on how to fix an error. But, I think it is fair for every tool to have a learning curve, especially if it provides so many features. Our current expense form approval process is having employees fill out an excel sheet form in which they "tag" four individuals that then have to go to the form and approve.
