We were easily able to route automated emails after a custom approval flow. The setup was easy to figure out. We haven't tried the templates yet but I can imagine they are a good starting point for more complex workflows. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** When I cloned the forms the workflow configs copied, which was great but it was a lot of clicks to get to just update the email of the notification. **What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less manual and more automated processes. **Official Response from Elton Regs:** > Hi, Thanks for your positive review.
