The ability to quickly automate tasks that previously took a lot of manual effort. The ability to visually track progress and involve the right people in the process.The platform offers a solid set of features for workflow automation, but expanding the library of templates and customization options would be a plus. What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jotform Workflows has become an essential tool for automating key HR processes in my work. I use it to manage recruitment, streamline onboarding, and handle hiring requests, as well as to organize engaging gamification activities. Right now, it’s practically the only solution that truly helps me simplify complex workflows and significantly reduce the workload. I dislike how expensive it is to add team members to a workflow. I also dislike not being able to mass approve or deny submissions. Going one by one is very time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
