I've run into a lot of errors and problems with form creation in Jotform Workflows. There are so many errors and bugs. We have so many issues mapping fields and getting the correct form sent to us. It's so complicated, and when I contacted support, they told me it's a bug that the dev team had to look at, and I've been waiting for like 3 weeks for them to fix it. It's great to hear Jotform Workflows makes it easy for you to implement and use forms. While we don't currently offer live phone support, our Support Team is available 24/7 in our Help Center page, and we'd be happy to help with any issue you encounter. When I checked your ticket, I found out that you're having trouble transferring a form from the other account to your account, particularly on removing the connections of the form. Right now, if a form is connected to other Jotform products such as Jotform Apps or Jotform Workflows, it can't be transferred. You'll need to disconnect the form from the app or delete its workflow first. If you've already removed the workflow, you need to also check that the form isn't being used in any of your apps. I understand that this process can be a bit complex, so I've escalated your case to our Developer team here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/30896431. I believe there should be a much easier way to handle this, rather than manually going through each product to disconnect the form.
