For a particular product order form, depending on the customers country approval is automatically routed to the relevant regional manager with automatic customer and back-office notifications. 3. I have found Customer Support amazing. They will usually respond within an hour or so and provide actual working solutions. When you share a copy of the form you are working on, one of their tech support start fixes it for you and the solution is waiting in your inbox. They even do this for you on a free plan! 4. Getting forms working on platoforms can be a nightmare. I use extensively this on Shopify. I has saved so much money, compared to high priced Shopify addons, which are rigid and fixed depending on thhe developers goals.
