What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

The functionality is great—the interface is easy to use, very intuitive, and it takes very little training to start using it right away. I would love to see a few additional workflow options, such as multiple approvals in one step with all or a percentage of them required before it moves on (but required in no particular order) or the ability to attach larger files to forms, but overall it works great for our purposes. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like that setting up processes in Jotform Workflows is quite easy, so even someone without a background in IT can handle it. The features are constantly updated, which I really appreciate. I also enjoy the "surprise element" of new widgets and features that not only add efficiency but also make the process more interesting and fancy. "Great Templates and Scheduling, but Workflow Building Takes Know-How"

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like the variety of different templates and the ability to build my own workflows to closely suit my needs. The free level allows enough to trial different options before committing to a membership package. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Unless your needs fit nicely into a template workflow, you need some experience of building workflows or basic understanding of coding. The AI features can become irritating when it cycles rather than helping answer/fix issues. "Effortless Survey Creation, Seamless User Experience"

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I love how easy Jotform Workflows is to use. It prompts me to fill in the necessary information as I go, so I'm not searching for the next step or missing it. It also created the survey in a way that had students only filling in information that was necessary, based on their answers to other questions. This prevented them from having to answer irrelevant questions. I stumbled across it and, after using it, I don't plan to go back to using Google Docs or Survey Monkey because Jotform Workflows kind of did the work for me. "Jotform Workflows Saves Time with Smart Automation and Helpful AI"

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I like that Jotform Workflows automates many manual processes for me. It saves me time to go and manually export files. The AI feature also helps by creating a good starting point and lets me refine the workflow any time. The last thing I like is that it lets you test the workflow as well. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

There can be some limitations to be able to use the workflow feature. For example, in my case, if you have form encryption on, it will not allow you to use the feature, so I had to turn encryption off even though I would prefer to have it on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

It is not easy to integrate jotforms with other programs we use, especially when we are charging money for tickets. For organizations that collect event fees and additional contributions, you can use the Request Payment element to easily collect payments at a specific point in your flow. "Helpful Workflows for Cross-Device Notifications"

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

There’s no while loop. I want to be able to add a while loop so I can say, “While the x variable equals this, do this.” I also want the wait to be more dynamic. For example, I want a while loop that waits 2 days, checks my if condition, and then adds another 2 days before checking again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jotform Workflows currently doesn't support traditional looping such as a while loop because workflows are designed around processing a submission through a predefined sequence of steps and conditions. However, there's a workaround in some approval scenarios like using the Request More Information, which allows an approver to send the submission back to the submitter for changes and then review it again, rather than creating an actual workflow loop. Jotform Workflows allows me to have systems in place for purchase and reimbursement approval. It also allows for more than one person to approve, which is perfect for my organization. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

It helps me organize regular work in a much better and simpler way without making the workflow feel complicated. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create healthcare awareness content for social media, so I regularly handle consultation forms, patient follow ups, diet plan approvals, reminders, workflow tracking, and content related tasks.

I use Jotform Workflows very frequently for managing patient consultation flow, follow up updates, confirmation emails, approval steps, and task tracking. The visual workflow builder makes it easier to understand where each step is connected, and I can quickly check which task is pending, approved, completed, or still under follow up. I also like that creating workflows, conditions, automation steps, reminders, and email actions does not feel too difficult even for regular daily use.

Another useful thing is the number of features available in one place. Form based automation, approval flows, workflow status tracking, notifications, task steps, conditional routing, and workflow organization help me a lot while managing healthcare related processes and educational work together. Ease of integration with forms and automation setup also saves time during regular work. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

sometimes when a workflow becomes bigger with many steps, approvals, and conditions together, making small edits can take a little extra time because I need to recheck how each step is connected. In the beginning, understanding some automation conditions and workflow paths also took a little time during setup. Also Sometimes the workflow canvas can also feel slightly crowded when multiple actions are added in one flow, especially during follow up and approval management. What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me solve the problem of handling consultation follow ups, approvals, reminders, and workflow related tasks manually from different places. Earlier, checking patient updates, sending follow up reminders, managing diet plan approvals, and tracking pending tasks used to take extra time during busy working hours.

Now most workflow steps stay properly organized in one place. I use it for consultation forms, confirmation emails, approval flow, task tracking, and follow up management, so it becomes easier to see what is completed, pending, or still under review. Workflow automation also helps reduce repeated manual work and keeps healthcare related processes more structured.

It is also benefiting me while managing healthcare awareness content and patient related tasks together because reminders, workflow status updates, and task organization stay easier to manage.
