**What do you like best about Ideal?**

Our experience with the platform was excellent from start to finish. It was incredibly convenient and user-friendly, with intuitive navigation and a wide range of useful features. The transition from Ethos Data and Ideals was seamless, ensuring continuity without any disruptions.

What stood out most was the responsiveness of the support staff—they were quick to address and resolve any issues, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The project wrapped up just as efficiently, with a well-managed archival and handover of data.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend the platform for its reliability, ease of use, and outstanding customer support.

**What do you dislike about Ideal?**

There is no issues at all while using the platform

**What problems is Ideal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were undergoing an acquisition and going through a due diligence process, which required sharing a significant amount of data with multiple parties. Ideals proved to be instrumental during this phase by providing a secure platform where data could be centrally stored and accessed by authorized users based on predefined access rights. This ensured both security and efficiency in data management throughout the process.

**What do you like best about Ideal?**

iDeals provides an exceptional level of transparency and organization, streamlining the due diligence process for sellers. The responsiveness of the platform's support team was outstanding—quick and efficient assistance was available at all times, making the experience seamless and trustworthy.

Honestly, I don't have any significant dislikes. I'm quite satisfied with the overall experience.

Ideal streamlines processes efficiently, making everything simple and intuitive. Its professional interface makes it easy to navigate, and it performs its tasks flawlessly without any technical issues

**What do you like best about Ideal?**

Ideal makes it easy to identify matching candidates to specific roles. All chatbots that deploy to candidates can be customized to include automatic knock-out questions to disqualify candidates that do not meet certain criteria ie. specific country, availability to work hours of operation etc

**What do you dislike about Ideal?**

The main downside to ideal is the turnaround time for changes to be complete on existing chat bots or to set up new chatbots for new clients.

**What problems is Ideal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideal is automatically grading candidates based on various factors, making it easy for the talent acquisition team to identify matching candidates quickly.

**What do you like best about Ideal?**

The IDEAL project team is easy to work with and aren't "Locked In" to their own way of doing things rather they are willing to listen and open to new concepts.  Ideal brought an entire integration project team to the table from day 1 to help us integrate and get launched.

**What do you dislike about Ideal?**

I wish reporting was a little more robust in separating who was automated status vs who was only graded but not automated.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideal:**

This product works as advertised and is a game changer for any company that wants to enhance the candidate experience along with the quality of hire.  Keep your recruiters doing what they do best..  "Talking to your qualified candidates" and not clicking buttons to move candidates.

**What problems is Ideal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to reduce bias and speed up our process to engage candidates much quicker in a very undermanned Healthcare industry.  Early bird gets the worm and ideal gets us there early.

**What do you like best about Ideal?**

Ideal has tremendously helped our team to quickly screen, identify, and match top talent for roles with our organization.  With around 29,000 employees and growing, our organization knew it was time to modernize our screening process with AI technology to decrease time to fill and ensure the best talent is identified and hired.  Additionally, the chatbot capabilities are fantastic and have really increased our candidate engagement.  I love how much we can customize the chatbots to tailor them to specific roles and learn more about the candidates while allowing them to reply 24/7.  The integration with our ATS, iCIMS, has been a huge benefit for us as well, as it allows our recruiters to work within the ATS itself.  We have found that over time as we receive, disposition, and hire more candidates, the AI grading technology becomes more and more accurate.  Overall, I would highly recommend Ideal if you're looking to decrease time to fill, enhance candidate engagement, free up time for your recruiters to focus on the high-value tasks instead of sorting and screening, and improve overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Ideal?**

The technology does take a little time for it to be learn our recruiting and hiring preferences in order to best grade and match candidates; however, the technology does pull in historical data to assist with this ramp-up/learning time frame which is helpful.  It can be a small "learning curve" for the algorithms, but this is expected and quickly learns during the calibration phase.

**What problems is Ideal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The technology allows our Talent Acquisition team to focus on high-value tasks, such as relationship building, sourcing, etc., while Ideal works on our low-value tasks, such as sorting, screening, etc.   It also increases candidate engagement with chatbots, and the rediscovery tool allows us to identify top talent that is within our system for new roles that post.

**What do you like best about Ideal?**

Ideal currently integrates with our Success Factors ATS seamlessly; the report cards and grades are displayed in the candidate workbench making it easier for recruiters to action on candidates based on grades. The Ideal report card also serves as a one-stop guide/reference for all the information we need about the candidates while talking to our Hiring Managers. We are able to engage with the right candidates quickly and move along the recruiting process more efficiently. This has in turn enabled us to reduce the ‘time to interview’ and the ‘time to offer’. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and the engagement we have with Ideal; they truly are great partners to work with.

**What do you dislike about Ideal?**

Nothing I can think of; our team really enjoys the tool.

**What problems is Ideal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduce administrative/repetitive tasks by the recruiters and enable them to work on strategic high value activities  like candidate engagement, keeping candidates warm, develop strong candidate pipeline and hiring manager engagement. Also with Ideal, we were able to progressively profile candidates to hiring managers and provide recruiters with multiple data points to help make a decision in their screening process.

**What do you like best about Ideal?**

Using Ideal makes it easy to review candidates who are the best match for the role first. Each applicant automatically receives a grade (A through D)  based on their match to the job description as well as their responses to our chatbot questions. It's a great way to immediately connect with candidates, and simplifies the review process, saving hours of time for recruiters and hiring managers. At Indigo, we general receive hundreds of applications for each open role, so being able to confidently filter for 'A' candidates first makes all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Ideal?**

Ideal needs time to learn the types of profiles that best match each role, so the more information that runs through the system, the better and quicker it will be able to screen applicants more accurately.

**What problems is Ideal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Indigo, we follow a decentralized recruiting model where our store managers hire for their stores. Ideal saves them time when it comes to hiring, and ensures they are looking at the best candidates first.

**What do you like best about Ideal?**

With over 10,000 employees, here at Canada Life we serve the financial security needs of more than 12 million people. We realized that as our team continued to grow, hiring the right talent and minimizing employee turnover was essential. Using Ideal's screening and matching feature, we spend less time sorting resumes and more time talking to the right candidates - which has been a game changer. Ideal's chatbot helps us engage and qualify candidates much faster, delivering a better candidate experience. Ideal is now an integral part of our HR tech stack!

we desire improved integration with our talent technology suite but that is not relational to Ideal, its tied to the timing of our hr technology roadmap

**What do you like best about Ideal?**

As a Fortune 500 company with over 720 Burlington stores throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, we hire tens of thousands of new associates each year.  We’ve partnered with Ideal to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies in our hiring practices.   Ideal technology is helping us reduce time-to-fill and the time is takes us to respond to applicants.  Quicker response time means we lose top talent to others who react more quickly.   We have enjoyed the partnership with the team at Ideal who have been flexible, responsive and interested in understanding our unique needs.  Their technology has integrated well with our applicant tracking system we look forward to expanding our partnership.

Ideal is the easiest and best solution for ensuring that you are identifying top talent within a talent pool. With more applicants than ever before, this has never been more important. Ideal provides your talent acquisition professionals reliable and easily consumable candidate scoring all inside your existing ATS. Not only is this product rock solid but so is the company. Wish there was more buzz in the market place about their product. Companies need to know about this.

Selecting the right candidates for a job based on in depth understanding of their past experiences and skills not resume descriptions.

Upsides of Ideal are reducing sourcing time, and having a second form of validating candidate quality.

**What do you dislike about Ideal?**

At first we saw some inconsistencies with the way candidates were being graded due to some of our internal processes, but after partnering with our CSM we were able to work out some of the kinks, make changes on our end to train the algorithm appropriately and saw immediate changes in accuracy.

We are solving for the tediousness of sourcing with the top roles we hire for the most. This is beneficial to increasing efficiency and productivity amongst our TA team

When a candidate answers no to a chat bot question, being able to redirect them to a new chat bot for a different job that has a different set of screening questions that the candidate might meet

**What problems is Ideal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps the recruiters have more time in their day instead of screening 100s of resumes for high volume positions. We do have the automation setup where we miss some of the basic screening questions and have the review our application questions before scheduling candidates for interviews
