In niches like construction or photovoltaic, the same good people come back from one mission to another. My problem was finding them again in my old ATS, Nicoka. With Jarvi, when I open a mandate, the matching proposes people from my base on similar experience, not only keywords. Last example: a "responsable d'affaires" from the electrical industry came up for a solar project manager role, and he's the one I placed. About 30% of my placements now come from profiles I already had. My candidates are on site all day, so I reach them by SMS and phone from Jarvi, and the note-taker writes up the call directly on their profile.
I must also point out that I use it heavily for prospecting and business development. The tool used to be very focused on the ATS—which works miracles—but for several months now, the CRM has become increasingly comprehensive. The variety of possible actions is crazy. You can track every action, project, and mailing campaign, execute follow-ups, and completely personalize your approaches. The CRM is now as efficient as the ATS; it kills two birds with one stone.
Furthermore, every improvement request is taken into account and often made available to all users within hours or days. Having such technical support is awesome. And it takes nothing away from their level of communication: they are all very pleasant, which is a nice change! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Semantic search is sometimes too wide on generic titles like "chef de projet", so I add filters to narrow it down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
