Paylocity is the best HR software we have used so far. It's highly customizable, easy to navigate, and requires fewer clicks to get where I need to go compared to other systems. The platform is reliable, and the value we receive for the price far exceeds that of many competitors.

I especially appreciate the new AI features being introduced, as well as the streamlined onboarding experience. The integration capabilities are excellent, allowing us to connect with the vendors and solutions we choose to work with. Those integrations are dependable, and we rarely experience issues.

Most of my concerns are relatively minor. Occasionally, users may be logged out unexpectedly, which can be frustrating. There are also times when certain modules or connected systems do not communicate as seamlessly as expected. In some cases, completing a process requires making updates in multiple areas of the system rather than having a single workflow that updates everything automatically.
