The AI analyzer gives my team confidence, and the platform’s intuitive design means no coding is required. The support team is proactive and quick to add new connectors, which makes the tool feel like it grows with us. The export feature is fantastic for sharing insights fast, and the in-house AI means our data stays secure. Most importantly, Hurree has made our digital team much more visible in the organization and has directly contributed to measurable improvements, like a 15% spike in web engagement and a 23% growth rate on social, far outpacing competitors.

**What do you dislike about Hurree?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If I had to mention anything, it’s that building out complex dashboards can be a bit involved at first, especially with lots of moving parts like paid and organic social. But the support team makes this process much easier and is always available to help.

Hurree helped  us consolidate reporting from our advertising tools, website analytics into one structured command Centre that actually reflect what is happening across the customer lifecycle. The integrations were stable and allowed us to see acquisition activity, engagement patterns and conversion result without switching environments.

**What do you dislike about Hurree?**

We needed to refine, several data label and KPI definitions before dashboards displayed everything consistently. This took internal effort  that we did not initially anticipate.

Hurree improved the discipline the discipline and clarity of our reporting processes. It turned fragmented metrics into a reliable overview that supports confident and informed decision making.

**What do you like best about Hurree?**

As a bit of a data geek, Hurree was quite an exciting concept for me, and using it so far it'll make the data side of my job so much easier. 

We often share the data of our marketing channels with other members of the team, and now we have a really nice platform to log on to and show them which is easy to use and integrate into meetings, emails and more. 

Currently, I am using the platform every single day, this may end up going down slightly once I am used to the software, but I can imagine I would still use it at least once a week.

There are plenty of features on the platform, but if there is something else you want, the team are quick to investigate and see what they can do to accommodate you.

Update: We have now had Hurree for over a month and so far it has been a really useful tool for us, we can view our stats quickly, easily and all in the same place. I do check it most days, but once a week I do what I call a deep dive and I have found this to be a very thorough and easy process through Hurree.

**What do you dislike about Hurree?**

So far nothing, there were a few hiccups at the start when it came to implementing the connectors, but that was sorted efficiently and quickly by the fantastic team at Hurree, who can't do enough for you - so really not a dislike.

**What problems is Hurree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When dealing with data, one of the many issues is collating everything in one place, for example, say if we'd run a campaign, and we had used multiple different platforms, we'd have to log on to these individually to get the data, then collate it all separately, with Hurree you can put it all in one place - and after using it for a month I can tell you it is a brilliant tool.

Unlike many other tools out there this one is much more easy to navigate and produces best results in almost no time.

**What do you dislike about Hurree?**

Nothing to dislike but I would prefer a more optionability with the analysis.

The main problem is how to showcase the finding. In the numbers it is fairly easy to represent any insight but with visuals it is tricky and hurree helps there!

**What do you like best about Hurree?**

I have been using Hurree for a few months now and it has saved so much time in reviewing KPI's across the business. 

The team at Hurree have gone above and beyond to customise the connectors, widgets and add additional funcationality to ensure I get the information I need. They are super responsive and have helped set it all up in a way that suits me. 

Previously I had to log in to each system individually, be it for social, accounting or project management to see the reporting, now it is one login and access to everything. I use it to send custom reports - specific for various team members, on a weekly basis.

**What do you dislike about Hurree?**

I don't think there are any downsides. I think there is potential for more ways of displaying the data.

**What problems is Hurree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it simple to collate and visualise important data to monitor various aspects of the business.
